Loving You What It Is

Loving You What It Is
Chapter 47's

That day, Harold looked dizzy. How not, the company's shares are getting freefall. His head hurts every day thinking about the fate of the company. If he comes home, only scolding can he get from his parents but if he goes to the office, his head hurts to see the fate of his company which is on the verge of collapse.

I don't know what's going on, he's a dazed man. Initially the company was fine but in the blink of an eye and without him realizing it, the company was already on the verge of collapse even some employees were forced to stop.

Harold rubbed his face violently, even his swearing sounded. He'd better call Wycliff's company back and make a schedule to meet. The company was the only hope he had. He hopes he has a chance to save his company that is just waiting for the day.

The phone was already in hand, even Ben's voice was heard at that time. Harold is back excited, hopefully this time not in vain.

"Wycliff corporation" Ben pretended, he already knew who was calling.

"I'm Harold, can I make a schedule to meet with Mr Wycliff?"

Ben glanced at Justin for a moment and after that he replied, "Of course but right now he's not in place" he said.

"When will he come back and when will I be able to meet him?" harold asked, he hoped to see the man as soon as possible.

"Some days he's back and I think he'll see you later" Ben said.

"really? Oh, I'm so glad to hear it," Harold was really happy, there's finally hope.

Ben just smiled and showed his thumbs to Justin, the man actually got into the trap. After talking to Harold, Ben approached Justin who was busy with his work. Somehow he got curious, what did Justin and Abigail do last night?

"She's been dying to see you" Ben said.

"Let it be, don't forget to send the invitation to them."

"You seriously want to invite them?" ask Ben to make sure.

"Yes, they should see later, who's a pathetic loser."

"All right, I want to be a spectator later" Ben said. I can't wait to see the show, it must be exciting.

Justin just smiled, he was also impatient especially he wanted to give a surprise for Abigail later.

"Hey, by the way, what did you do with that girl last night? You must be, hm ... Aren't you?" ben asked with a curious expression.

"No!"

"What's? Are you serious?" ben asked with an expression of disbelief.

"Hm," Justin replied briefly while checking his work.

"Oh come on, why don't you do it? Is your head still hurting?"

"I don't want to rush Ben, I just gained her trust and I don't want her to think I approached her with any particular intent. Don't let Abi think I'm no different from his ex."

"All right, you're right. So, are you gonna pick her up later?"

"Sure, so get this job done right away otherwise your bonus won't come out!"

"Aiyai, Captain! This time it's not for my wife to take!" said Ben.

Justin chuckles, it's noon he's going to pick up Abigail but when it's unbeknownst to anyone, Harold comes to Abi's house because he wants to meet Abi and talk to her.

When Harold arrives, Abi is in front of the computer because he is making a cover letter. Abi plans to return to work, now there is no reason to laze. It's time to help her parents and make them proud and this time, she won't be back to being the old Abigail again.

The sound of the door knocking from outside, Abi did not move because he was serious. Anyway she thought her mother would open the door so she was just sick.

The sound of the door coming back, Abi saw his mother who was busy in the kitchen.

"Mom, someone's coming" she cried because she was lazy to move on.

"Mommy's busy!" shouted mother.

"Ck!" Abi looked at the clock, it couldn't be Justin.

Inevitably Abi went to the door when he was serious. The door leaf opened, Abi's eyes bulged and his face looked unmodified when he saw Harold standing in front of the door.

"Abigail," Harodl was so happy to see him. Abigail really changed drastically, she looked more and more beautiful and sexy.

"This is not Sarah's house" said Abi, the girl was about to close the door but Harold held back quickly.

"I don't care!" abi replied coldly.

"Abigail, I know I'm wrong so I'm sorry."

Abi was silent, not answering. Harold stepped closer to her, hoping that Abigail would forgive him and return to him.

"Abi, I've been reflecting on the mistakes I've made all along. I made the wrong decision to leave you at our wedding, I'm really sorry to have done that. I shouldn't have left you just because of your body shape. I'm sorry Abigail, all the words I said were not true, I'm really sorry to have left you and insulted you" Harold said.

Abi is still unmoved, Harold is increasingly convinced that he can get Abigail back.

"Come back to me, Abigail. We repair our relationship and we resume our pending marriage."

"What about Sarah?" abi asked in curiosity.

"I'm not serious with him. I told you, me and Sarah don't have any relationship."

Abi smiled, it seems there is no harm in refusing and she will return with Harold and marry him then the author will be hit with the same reader 😂 this Joke 😂.

"But I don't want to go back to you anymore!" abigail said coldly.

"Please, I know I'm wrong. Please forgive all the mistakes I've made" Harold pleaded.

"No! It's best to leave because I don't want to see you and talk to you anymore!"

"Abigail, I'm sorry. I know I was wrong!" Harold's still trying. Compared to Sarah, Abigail is much better at the moment and she wants their relationship to go back to what it used to be.

"No! You used to insult me and disgust me, now why are you asking for this? Do you think I'm a stupid girl who wants to come back to you? Do you think there's no other man so I should go back to you? Didn't you say I was disgusting so don't lick your own spit!" Abi tries to close the door but Harold holds him back.

"I told you I was wrong and I'm sorry" Harold said. He won't give up.

"Go Harold, go!" shouted Abigail.

"No, I want to mend our relationship," Harold was still trying to push, as was Abigail. He was really upset with the man and it felt like he wanted to punch him in the face.

While Abi was still trying to hold the door, the mother patted him on the shoulder and asked him to step aside. It was enough for him to be a spectator, resentment filled the hearts after hearing their talk. The door opened, Harold looked relieved but this time Abigail's mother was coming out with something she had hidden behind.

"Aunty," Harold smiled, as did Abigail's mother.

"So you want to go back with Abi?"

"Right Aunty, I knew I was wrong so I apologized and gave me a chance to fix everything" Harold said.

"It's good that you realize you've been wrong but don't expect you to go back to Abigail!" shouts Abigail's mother and without Harold expecting, Byuuurrrrr!! Abi's mother sprayed him with the cold water she had brought earlier.

Harold was surprised, his steps backward.

"Abigail, go get the ice cubes. We're gonna throw him in there until he's satisfied if he doesn't get out of here!" the mother's orders.

"Okay, Mom!" Abi ran inside.

"Aunty, I still love Abigail and I just want to mend our relationship!" said Harold.

"After you left and you despised him, now you want him back? Is it because she has changed and become beautiful?"

"No, Aunty!" refute Harold.

By then Abi had returned with ice cubes, without saying much, the mother grabbed the ice cubes and threw them at Harold while driving away.

"Go you!" the ice cubes were thrown back, while Harold ran away, avoiding the ice that was thrown.

"Dad, I'll be back!" shouted Harold.

"If you dare to come again, I will throw you with a stone!" abi's mother shouted while throwing ice cubes at Harold.

"Wear this, Mom!" Abi gave her a brick that she picked up in a flower pot.

Harold ran to his car. Shit, he's a laughingstock for some passers-by. It seemed like he would have to be wary if he came again because he did not want the brick to hit him.

Abi goes inside with his mother, while Harold leaves feeling disappointed. Hopefully he has a chance to meet Abigail again because he is desperate to improve their relationship.
