After picking up Uncle Sapta at the Pier and delivering him and Rasta to go home, Ken returned to the Hospital.
It's dawn, when Ken gets there. He saw his wife who was still soundly in sleep, as well as the Mama who fell asleep in an empty branch located next to the ranggang occupied by Zahra.
Ken cleaned himself in the bathroom in the VVIP room, after which he also berwudhu.
Ken doesn't know why he feels a change in himself about this. If in the past he would have done this because he wanted to change and become worthy of Zahra, but now it is not that that makes it light to do worship. I don't know, it's like there's an urge within yourself that makes him sincerely do all that without feeling forced.
Maybe at the beginning he decided to change, this feels very difficult even lazy always hit. But later on, he felt a significant change in himself.
Ken started performing the sunnah prayer that night.
Today's events are quite exhausting and want to put everything on the Creator in a third of the night.
After doing his rakaat, Ken began to give hands and pray, he prayed for his parents first, continuing to pray for his wife who was pregnant with the fruit of their love.
Ken did not know whether the prayer of a sinner like himself would be accepted or not. But what he believed was that, the Creator will always hear the grievances and pleadings of His servants.
Whether when the do'a was issued, Ken could only pray as high as he wished it could overshadow the aspect of kindness for his small family life that was just about to begin.
_____
Zahra awakens when she says up - she hears someone speaking a do'a. She opened her eyes and saw her husband sitting on a crimson bed of golden tassels, hers.
He gasped, but hurriedly fell silent to hear what Ken was saying to the All-Hearer.
"O Allah, forgive all my past mistakes. Ridhoi me to be better, Istiqomahkan my heart to be able to stay in Your way..."
"...maybe as Your servant I ask too much, not worth all my sinful deeds. The sins I have committed without ever remembering You.forgive me, forgive me, O God. But, allow this sinful me to pray for the people I love."
"Protect my family, O God. Keep away from all the problems we can't get through. Servant knows that You put us on a path of test that we are capable of going through. Give me a chance to become a better priest for my wife and children. Protect the child in my wife's womb, too,"
Ken seemed to shed tears but was soon wiped away by the man, before Ken finally continued his prayer again with a choked voice while holding a sob.
"A-I love Hannah very much, O God. Give me a test, just don't take it from me. If we have to separate because of age, then with your permission take my life before him, don't let anyone human take it from my side... Aamiin, Aamiin to Rabbal Alaamiin..."
She heard her husband's prayers in one third of the night. He wanted to rise from his position and pour into the arms of the man who had torn the foundations of his heart. He wanted to cry in the man's arms.
However, that intention he paused because he saw Ken rise up and was like looking for something in his sling bag on the nightstand.
He knew at this time Ken had not realized that now he had come to his senses from sleep. He tried to stay silent because he wanted to see what the husband wanted to do next.
Ken seemed to be sharing a small smile when he found a mini qur'an in his sling bag. Apparently Ken is looking for it in his bag, maybe Ken knows if he often carries the mini Qur'an.
Does Ken want to read the Qur'an? During his 2 months marriage, he had never seen or heard Ken read the Qur'an.
Ken again sat cross-legged in his body, it seems Ken really unconscious if the middle he noticed in his position that is still lying, now.
Ken opened the mini-sheet of the Qur'an that is now in the fingers. Then the man started to open his mouth and read one of the surahs inside.
"Audzubillah Himinas Shaiton Nirojim,"
"Bismilahbornrahmanirrahim,"
"Arabusi ..."
"Allamal Quran,"
"Khalaqal insaan,"
"'Allamalhul baayaan,"
He immediately knew what Surah Ken was reading. She tried to be quiet and listen to her husband's reading which sounded stiff but his pronunciation sounded good enough. He really did not expect that Ken could read the Qur'an in this kind of tone.
And she again listened to the Surah of Ar-Rahman which was still read by her husband.
"Fabi ayyi aalaaa'i Rabbikumaa tukazzibaan ..."
Ken's voice rang out as he read the verse, inexplicably he began to shed tears, indeed he also felt Ken's sadness when reading the 16th verse.
The verse is repeated and mentioned 31 times in the same Surah.
(Which favor is your Lord denying?)
Maybe now Ken is realizing about his mistakes in the past that are too much to deny the pleasure that God has given him, I don't know...
However, he seemed to dissolve in the syahdu reading of the husband, so that he could not resist his haru crying.
Ken stopped reading. Perhaps due to hearing his unstoppable sobbing, the man glanced at him with a faint smile, then completely ended his recitation of the Qur'an.
"Sadaqallahul azim ..." Ken closed the mini Qur'an in his hand, then folded.
The man approached towards her, after storing all the items to their original place.
"Why, Honey? You had a bad dream?" ask Ken gently.
He tried to sit with the help of the husband, then without a word he immediately grabbed Ken's body from the side.
"Why, hmm??" It felt like Ken's fingers stroked the top of his head repeatedly.
"I'm so moved, you mentioned my name in your prayer."
Ken blinked for a moment, then turned to look at him. "You hear me praying?"
He nodded slowly still in the man's arms.
Ken took a long breath. "I didn't know you heard me say that prayer" said Ken.
"Yes, if you know maybe his prayer is not continued so I listened in silence," he said frankly.
Suddenly he felt one hand of Ken move and Ken's fingers stroked slowly on his stomach.
"There is already our child candidate, you do not cry often.later our child becomes sad because of it," said Ken gently.
"Do you love us?" tanyanya. Although Ken did not need to answer, he already knew the man's answer, only he wanted to hear directly the expression of love from her husband, because it felt he would never be sick of hearing the sentence.
Ken took off the hook, letting their positions face each other and cupped his cheeks with both hands.
Ken looked at her with a loving look.
"Now look at me in the eyes! You can notice that there is full love for you and our child," said Ken no less soft than before.
"Is his love full?" ask her again innocently.
Ken nodded in a position that still cupped the side of his face.
"Full ... might even have spilled out, overflowing!" said Ken who is now giggling with his own words.
He stroked Ken's fingers that were still faithful on his cheeks.
"Thank you, Ken..."
"Yes, honey."
"Is your problem finished? I woke up and looked for you, but you weren't there said Mama, you had a sudden need."
"Yes, it's just a need and it's not a problem like you said, it's all done, honey." Ken said as he looked in another direction, no longer looking into the bead of his eyes, suddenly he felt something was covered by this husband.
"By the middle of the night what are there needs? That's why I'm concluding that you have a problem."
"That's it, don't think about it. Everything's fine, Han. We're ready - ready, soon to be at dawn" Ken dodged and he read Ken's letter.
"Just a second, Ken..." He shook his head, now he cupped Ken's face so as not to shy away from the look in his eyes.
"Why, hmm?" Ken seemed to be doing well by showing his flat attitude that had indeed been ingrained.
"Don't lie to me, don't cover anything!"
