"His mother knows my mother?." Ask Rachel again.

Maria nodded as she wiped her tears, "Your mother was my best friend when she was in high school. After graduation we separated and never met again. I searched everywhere, but I didn't find it." Maria replied softly as she looked at the severed Irina calmly.

"Is she your birth mother?." His hand was on Rachel.

"Yes, ma'am, she's my real mother." Answer Rachel.

Maria wiped her tears and walked towards Rachel.

"Let's sit down, son. I have something to talk to you about." She had Rachel sitting in the patient's waiting chair. The simple room was no soffa like a VVIP room.

"Yes, Madam." Rachel sat in the chair because honestly her legs still hurt if standing too long.

"What's your name, son?." He asked gently as he rubbed Rachel's head. She was sure that this Rachel was a pretty girl just that she didn't take good care of herself.

"Rachel Madam." Rachel smiled softly.

"Don't call Madam. Call me Mommy, I'm your mother's best friend." Maria Say.

"Yes Mom." Rachel answered stiffly. How could a woman as beautiful as this be kind to him?

"Rachel, your mother is Mommy's best friend who Mommy already considers her own brother. Let Mommy pay for all the surgery and your mother and sister's hospital bills."

Rachel heard how she could not believe the words of the woman who was still faithfully stroking her hair. The girl's eyes glazed over, is this God's answer?

"Together Son." Maria rubbed Rachel's back with affection. That's so sorry, that pretty girl.

Maria let go of his embrace "Where's your father?." Maria rubbed Rachel's cheek.

Rachel increasingly cried "Dad's dead Mom, five years ago. Ever since Dad died, I've been sick a lot."

Mary was surprised to hear that her friend was dead. Irina and her late husband had been dating since high school of course Maria knew Irina's late husband, because the man was also her best friend.

Rachel looked at the two women who were still at home lying there. His heart was relieved that he had already earned the cost for the operation of the two people even though happiness would be his bet later.

Maria leaned Rachel's head against her shoulder. He will pay all his promises to his best friend Irina.

Ayunia chuckles softly. He's known for a long time that Choky likes Rachel. But somehow until now Choky did not dare to express feelings for Rachel.

They both entered Irina and Rima's hospital room. It looked as if Rachel was sleeping by hugging Irina's arm as her pillow. The clang of the heart-detecting screen monitor echoed each other and was understated.

"Wahhh Fried chicken." Rachel exclaimed she loved Upin & Ipin's favorite food.

"Let's eat." Choky stood up and extended her hand for Rachel to welcome him.

Ayunia unfurled the mat that Rachel used to cool her body during nighttime sleep.

They're sitting on that mat. Choky looked at Rachel with a smile, an object that always made her feel at home to be stared at for a long time.

Choky and Ayunia are surprised "Where's the money coming from?." Choky asked, her tone sounding disappointed.

"Then did Rima get a kidney donor?." Tanya Ayunia who also felt disappointed just like Choky.
