When Happy Comes With Grief

Fatimah gave birth to both of her children safely, yes it turns out Fatimah was pregnant with twins. Rayyan was deeply moved when she saw her first-born son, then five minutes later, followed by her beautiful daughter, a fusion of herself and Fatimah.

Unfortunately the happiness did not last long, because afterwards Fatimah convulsed and unconscious.

Rayyan even yelled out in disrespect, The doctor immediately asked Rayyan out of there because he would disturb the doctors who were trying to save Fatimah's life.

Rayyan sobbed, Rio and Doctor Ratih who did not know anything were confused, but after Rio found out, then they cried together.

They did not expect that Fatimah would drop after successfully giving birth to her sons.

"Lord, please save my wife. Let me make amends for all my mistakes" Rayyan murmured inwardly.

After four hours, the doctor came out and said Fatimah was in a coma.

Hearing that, Rayyan immediately fell limp, when he had just met Fatimah, but Fatimah was even in this state. Why is it so hard for him to feel happiness, "Do I not deserve to be happy, O God?" rayyan asked with tears.

After Rayyan's crying subsided, the doctor went to see Rayyan and gave her both of her children, because there were two, finally Dr. Ratih who carried the female.

Because Rayyan is still rigid, it is impossible to hold two of them.

Rayyan felt grateful because she finally could meet her sons, really she did not expect if Fatimah would give birth to cute twins like this.

"Who do you want to name?" rio asked who had noticed the two babies who were fast asleep.

Rio photographed Azzam and Azzura and then sent to Alfian, Nana and all the employees working in Rayyan's ministry. Rio also asked for their prayer for Fatimah to get up from her coma.

"Are you going to catch babbysitters?" asked Rio slowly.

Rayyan shook her head, "No, I will take good care of Azzam and Azzura. Maybe I'll ask you guys for help at the beginning, but I promise I'll study harder so I can handle everything. Although it might be a bit troublesome, but I'm sure, I can definitely take care of them with my own hands," he said firmly.

Rayyan did not want any outsiders to touch her two children except those closest to her.

"Okay, then what about the company? Are we going to bring Fatimah to Indonesia?" rio asked, he realized, this is not the right time to question this, but Rip still had to do it so that he knew what steps he took after.

"I will be here accompanying Fatimah and taking care of my two children, for the company I entrusted to you huh," Rayyan pinta to Rio with a pleading gaze.

Seeing that, Rio was finally only able to nod with resignation

"Well, you want to help me, take care of my two babies, at least until I can, at least for the next two weeks. I beg you."

"All right, I'll help you." Hearing that, Rayyan breathed a sigh of relief.

At least he doesn't have any trouble for the next few days. "Fatimah, I will take good care of our children, may you recover soon and wake up. Me and the kids need you." Rayyan murmured inwardly.
