Chapter 62: Book Store

After school we visited the club room later used by Rose and her twin colleagues.

As we approached the sound of music was becoming clearer, as we peered it appeared Rin and Ran were dancing to the music playing from the phone.

"One, two, three."

This room has been transformed into a dancing room for Idol. Natalie knocked on the door and the one who opened it was the Rose.

"Is there anything we can help you with?"

"Actually you're suspected of committing a criminal act, we're here to take you to prison" Nurman said.

"Perhaps, I was caught snacking in class and also borrowing a pencil without a trace of the owner and then returning it without sharpening the pencil back."

I doubt someone will be arrested for that, but it's quite surprising that Roses are like that too.

Erin patted Nurman on the back.

"He's just kidding, we have a question for the twins."

"Rin and Ran are you?"

Without calling him they approached us all.

"What's this rame-rame? Do you want to dance?"

I explained it.

"I heard you guys forbid other students from buying snacks in the cafeteria."

"Right, we intend to buy everything later," Rin lightly replied as if remembering something she was holding onto her head.

"We forgot to buy it, Ran?"

"I don't remember either."

I nodded slowly and continued.

"So, the owner of the canteen asked us to investigate the unsold food, because you two, the owner of the canteen got nervous."

"How is this?" both look panicked.

"You better apologize, and explain everything."

"We understand," he replied lethargicly.

After the two apologized, Natalie and I walked home together, I guess because they both wanted to buy it later, there was no hidden evil intent.

Lately they have been practicing hard and decided to buy snacks in the cafeteria, unfortunately they forgot to do so even though they had forbidden students in their class to buy it.

Obviously, the problem solved faster than I imagined.

Natalie walked beside me while checking her phone for a moment before she said again.

"I don't mind, but you rarely go there?"

Natalie puffed her cheeks.

"Sorry, but I like to read books like you, today books can be ordered online sometimes some sites sell versions of e-books.. since I already have a boyfriend I can buy it straight away and ask my girlfriend to take it."

"You want to use me" I shouted.

"It's not the point of having a partner."

I pulled Natalie's cheek, though I don't mind her delivery being so bad.

"Let's just kidding, don't pull my cheek, I think spending time with someone precious in a bookstore would be fun."

I let go of my hand while sighing softly.

"I'll drive you but don't buy too much."

"OK," Natalie replied quickly.

Arriving at the bookstore, shelves offering a variety of genres welcomed us.

The shelves of fantasy, horror, comedy, school and so on we can choose anywhere.

Natalie glanced to her right left, front and back. Is it time she said 'beautiful, beautiful'

"There's no 18+ area here, I've been looking for it."

He likens bookstores here to those in other countries.

"Sorry, nothing like that exists."

"What?"

She obviously just came to this place, and also Natalie should be a little embarrassed for trying to find such a book in front of a man.

"You can pick another one, I suggest you buy this."

"The Lord of the Ring, I've read everything in English."

"This one?"

"It."

"Sherlock Holmes."

"Everything is."

I'm sorry I underestimated Natalie, she likes to read books.
