Chapter 18: Video Games And Goodnight Greetings

Actually I wanted to ask Natalie to get out of my place right away just like it was too late, he took all the sweet stuff I hid in my room and also some drinks in the fridge while sitting in front of the tv.

"Arta, let's play a video game?"

"Go home."

"I'm not going home before I play all this."

It means everything in other words he wants to be here until night, it's really troublesome.

I sighed softly then turned on the console as desired before sitting next to it. The first is a fighting game that has recently been quite popular.

I picked up my jacket and followed Natalie from the side after locking the door, instead of her maybe I should thank her, long ago I didn't have a single friend, when Natalie showed up I just realized that I had her.

"Why are you asking me that?" I asked back.

"Just curious, most people at a young age like us lead a relaxed life as necessary without overextending yourself but you look different."

I paused and thought about telling her or not, until I finally decided to say it.

"Actually I'd like to take a scholarship to medical school."

"Faculty of medicine, Arta wants to be a doctor."

"What's weird?"

"Which may be strange, even if it were me, I'm not sure I could do it."

"This is my advantage" said Natalie smiling happily and continuing.

"I'll always support you, so watch out if you give up."

"I thought when I was a doctor I could save my father, it was a pity for him.."

Natalie held onto my shoulder, maybe this time she was looking at me seriously.

"Listen to me Arta, even if you're a doctor you can't prevent anyone from living, you're still an ordinary human being who can only make an effort and the rest is just God's fate that determines it."
