Surrender

Tonight Kevin went alone to the address sent by Ardi this afternoon. Worry and longing merge into one.

Kevin stopped his car right in front of a pretty big house. The man began to step into the place. There were guards around the house. Soon Ardi appeared from the doorway.

"Well, I didn't expect you to move so quickly" Ardi said, developing a triumphant smile.

"Where are they?" ask Kevin who doesn't want to talk much.

"They? oh, your wife and daughter. Looks like they're not here." said Ardi.

Kevin looked at his half-brother sharply. The man stepped closer to Ardi and then pulled his collar. React to several guards immediately swiftly stopped Kevin's actions.

"Don't play me, I won't hesitate to kill you!" exclaimed Kevin who was shrouded in increasingly blazing emotions.

Ardi chuckled at the attitude shown by Kevin just now.

"Lad..."

Suddenly Varo's voice seemed to echo in Kevin's ear. The man also excommunicated his grip on Ardi's collar.

Kevin's eyes glazed over to see his son and wife who were currently looking at him.

"Take him off!" ardi commands the guard who is currently blocking Kevin's arm.

Varo ran up to Kevin and then rushed into his arms. While Icha looked at her husband with sadness. The girl also stepped up her legs to catch up with her son who is now hugging Kevin.

Kevin's heart was broken to pieces. This time he would give up. Seeing her son hugging her. His eyes also glanced at the wife who was now crouching while hugging Kevin.

The third cry broke. Ardi turned his face for a moment, he did not want to look at the three people who would eventually make the man thwart his plans.

"Who's going anywhere? Varo misses Papa." said the little boy who is almost four years old.

"I'm sorry, Papa, son. Forgive Papa." said Kevin while tightening his arms.

Kevin was able to breathe with relief after seeing the two important people in his life. They were the ones Kevin had to protect but he had failed to protect his wife's child.

"Go take care of everything right away if you want them to come back to you." said Ardi who left Kevin just like that.

Kevin ignored Ardi's words. He prefers to focus his views and thoughts on two people who are valuable to him.

"Hold here for a moment, after this I will go home to the main house to finish everything." said Kevin kissed his wife and child's forehead alternately.

The next day, Keysha welcomes Kevin home with a bright face. The girl quickly took her husband's briefcase. Kevin puts his butt on the couch, while Keysha rushes to the back to get her husband a glass of water.

"Drink first." said Keysha while giving the glass.

"Thank you" said Kevin grabbing a glass from his wife's hand.

"Look at your eye bags, you've been working hard lately" Keysha said.

Kevin was just silent, actually not just an office business but now he was taking care of some things to take his wife's son back to his side.

"I'm going back to Indonesia to see Papa for a few days. After that there's something I want to talk to you about." Kevin said.

"What's? why not just now?" ask Keysha.

Shortly after, the man got out of his seat.

"I want to rest, you go to sleep" said Kevin stepping away from Keysha.

"Why is the mood always changing" Keysha muttered as she looked at Kevin's back.

In the room, Kevin threw himself on the bed. His mind was reminded of the faces of two people who were very precious to him. Kevin took his phone and then typed in a short message.

Riko was in the kitchen making a cup of coffee for herself. After he finished doing this, he took the coffee to his room. He needed coffee to relieve his drowsiness. There were some unresolved office tasks and the man was about to finish them tonight as well.

Shortly after, his phone shook. A short message from his boss.

Arrange my departure to Indonesia tomorrow

Riko scrunched her forehead while reading the sentence sent by Kevin.

"He's really going to give it all up." muttered Riko who put down her phone again.

The next day, Kevin was ready to pull the suitcase in his hand. Kevin said goodbye to Keysha and told the girl to stay home while she was still in Indonesia. Keysha followed that.

"Then I leave first, you don't sleep too late. If you get bored, you can play music in the reading room. Look at the room next to the wine cellar you found back then. I've turned the room soundproof. So, if you scream with a microphone, everybody won't hear it." Kevin said.

"Alright, thank you for understanding me." Keysha chuckled.

Kevin rubbed the top of the girl's head, and a moment later he got into the car whose door had been opened by Riko. After making sure the master was in, Riko immediately headed to the steering chair. The man drove the car into the street. While Keysha waved his hand staring at the car that was starting to move away.

The girl immediately rushed to check the room that Kevin was referring to earlier. He headed to the reading room, after which he passed through the wine storage room. Where this place is the beginning of Keysha to taste the alcoholic beverage.

He glanced at a door in the room. Keysha pushed the door. He saw there was already a guitar complete with a microphone. The room is set like a stage where he sang in a cafe first.

Keysha immediately entered the room. He sat down holding the guitar in his hand. The girl strummed the guitar strings and then smiled.

"Thank you Kevin because you've prepared everything." muttered Keysha smiling happily.

At the airport, Kevin delivers some messages to Riko. His assistant will not be with him. Because that man had a special task that required him to remain here.

"Supervise Ardi's movements, and once in a while you check how Icha and Varo are doing." Kevin said.

"Well, sir." said Riko firmly.

"I also left Keysha to you. Please keep an eye on him to stay home. Don't let him go anywhere. I'm afraid that Ardi will also harass Keysha." said Kevin.

"Every Master." said Riko.

"Did you really give up everything?" ask Riko.

Kevin exhaled violently before answering the question from his assistant.

"Yes, I gave it up because I lost." said Kevin.
