Aska woke up to the sound of a phone ringing. He realized he was still in the car. That night he did not sleep for the sake of arriving at the village where Leka lived and the result, he was late because Leka had already left for Jakarta. In the middle of the way home, Aska could no longer hold her sleepiness and finally stopped at a resting area on the edge of the toll road.
He lifted his cellphone. "Hello."
"Aska you're sick? Why not come teach today?"
Oh, Om Arya. I forgot to tell him that I can't teach wushu today. Huh! "Sorry, I forgot. I suddenly left town. I haven't even slept since I left last night. This is it I woke up on the phone from Om."
"You drive yourself?" Search Arya.
"Yes." Yeah."
"Yes, then be careful on the road. If you still sleep, right? Do not drive while sleepy. Ok?"
"Yes Om." He hung up on her. Fortunately, Om Arya was very understanding. Not as nosy as the people at home. Except one, Mama.
Aska tidied up her seat. By late afternoon, the redness bias replaced the sunlight that began to dim. He opened the car door and got out.
In this rest area (rest area), there are several fast food restaurants, clothing stores, mini markets and petrol stations. Aska chose to go to a restaurant and order food and drinks. He found a place to sit and eat there.
The place was getting crowded in the Maghrib. Aska just stared at the people at the entrance. He himself is still confused to determine his heart, because he only did spontaneous actions last night which is now his brain debated. Even more terrifying was the arrival of Leka to Jakarta. What will the woman demand of him. A treasure? Aska herself was afraid to tell her marriage to her father Chris who was notoriously fierce, especially if Leka to demand various things.
Though he just wanted to make sure his heart first to Leka and then decide whether to continue this marriage or not.
He heard from Zaki the first wife and both made many demands including property and this is what he wanted to avoid. He did not want Leka to know he was the son of a rich man because in fact he was afraid this marriage made his name in the graffiti of the family list of Jhonson, his adoptive father. He felt that way because from the first raised by Chris, his name did not change following Chris' last name but still using the last name of his original parents, Irfan. That's what makes Aska feel unsafe. It could be that Chris crossed his name from the family list due to a small mistake.
Chris is a person who is disciplined not only at home but also in the office and now GM (General Manager) in his office will be changed and the name Aska is included in the list of promoted candidates. This made Aska ketar-ketir with the offer of this position, and the arrival of Leka was arguably not right in time. Aska is grateful to know early Leka's arrival so at least he can strategize first, what he must do with the woman. Maybe he'll persuade her with what.

Leka's awake. He heard something. On that dark night, he did have a hard time sleeping because of the new environment. The lights are turned off to save electricity.
From the direction of the front door sounded like the sound of people trying to open the door. The panicked Leka, put on her instant hijab and immediately picked up the frying pan to get ready beside the door. When the man managed to break into the door, Leka immediately beat him with a frying pan in his hand.
"Well, canuun!" The man tried to dodge but Leka continued to chase and beat him for fear. "AAgh, aww ... fight!!"
Runi wakes up and cries, but Leka lets her. He focused more on criminals who entered his house to be taught a lesson.
Not only that Leka acted on the criminals who entered his house, he also shouted for help. In just a few minutes, the surrounding residents had arrived and arrested the man. Leka certainly did not know the man. But the landlord immediately recognized him who was one of the residents there.
"Oh, apparently you are, who often break the key. I thought so was someone else who deliberately broke the key but my daughter couldn't believe it."
"So he's been here a lot sir?" Tanya Leka was confused. He had been holding a frightened Runi and was confused to see how many people had come to enter the one-room rented house.
"He's a drunk. Maybe he was afraid to go home and meet his wife so he looked for somewhere else to sleep. I don't know how often he's been here but this contract has been empty for a month. I'm sorry ma'am, just a day of living here has to deal with this."
"It's okay. The important thing is that the problem is over." Leka herself was also afraid, but for the sake of her son she tried to be a brave mother. His life choice is not much, because he lives in the neighborhood. Fortunately, the man was not a criminal who wanted to steal in the house, because the woman was alone in living there.
Siskamling residents immediately took the man out. Many residents saw Leka because of the new residents of the village. Some are acquainted, introduced the father of the owner of the house and some are directly back to their respective homes.
One of them went home. Leka immediately closed the door and tried to go back to sleep. Runi hugged her mother tightly in confusion and fear. Leka rubbed her back until the little girl fell asleep again. Although it was difficult for him this time to close his eyes, he tried to get up quickly and prepare the sale.
Early in the morning Leka had steamed the rice, then the dawn prayer. After that, he went back to cooking. Once ready he then took a bath and also bathed Runi. He cleaned his sales place and began to organize his trade. Before long buyers began to come and look at the food sold by Leka. People started buying and some were eating on the spot.
Runi was busy with her dolls inside the house. Sometimes he peeked at his mother outside the house serving buyers. Because they are used to Leka very deftly serving buyers. A little later the trade was up for breakfast. He cooked some more rice for lunch.
In front of Leka's house also the road is quite wide even though it is not a highway. Motorbikes and cars that can park on the side of the road because they want to eat at Leka places also smooth the way until the sale is selling.
He then prepares the sale for lunch. After completion he then went to the market by holding Runi by riding an ojek. He has to shop for the needs he sells tomorrow. Being alone, he had to tire of doing everything himself. Only Runi, this little brat can encourage him to sell. It was exhausting, but for a dream. Happy Runi.
"Sir, are you sure that woman is not a widow?" The son of the landlord asked. "Don't let her get kicked out of her village again for daring to approach people's husbands." He was busy sweeping in the tv viewing room but was also very curious.
"Astagfirullah. Don't talk about something we don't know son, it slanders his name." The man was busy sipping his coffee while watching the tivi. The conversation just made him look.
"Just like you can't believe it, there's such a beautiful woman who's wasted on her husband."
"You should be grateful, your husband is not. Everything in this world exists to be a lesson for others to be grateful for. So do not compare your life with others who are more than you because everyone has their own difficulties. It may be that the person you see as rich and having everything is unhappy, but the person who has nothing can be out of gratitude that he is happy."
"Dad if you talk already like ustad who gave a lecture in the mosque. Hathakn ...." Ika Ledek. He finished by sweeping it and leaving his father alone in the television viewing room. Only the Father was a head-scalp.
Leka came back from the market by riding a motorcycle. After saving his groceries, he started eating. He also feeds Runi. Then before selling again in the afternoon, Leka went to bed.
That's the cycle he sells every day in his village. This time he had no one to help him. Therefore he had to steal time to be able to rest and sleep.
Leka's body is very thin, inversely proportional to her before marriage. His body is crazy, densely packed. His skin is also yellow. Now besides being skinny, his skin was a little pale from the exhaustion of selling food.
Leka only took a short nap for about an hour but it was enough for her to recover her body strength.
He then tidied up his sales window and sat around outside. Runi came to Leka and asked to sit next to her. The woman lifted him up and sat him on the side. "Runi, are you hungry?"
The little girl nodded.
Nizam happened to pass by and was about to return home.
"Eh, Nizam. You're home, where are you? Lunch yet?"
"Newly want to Mom."
"Here you go, just eat Mom's place."
Nizam stopped his steps. "So not good with Mom."
"It's okay. Here." Leka called. He immediately went into the house and fried the chicken.
Nizam tried to sit next to Runi. It seemed that Runi was getting used to Nizam and letting the young man sit beside him. Slowly they talk to each other. Nizam likes the little girl because she has no sister. He was only a brother to his sister.
"It." Leka gave a plate of rice and fried chicken and a glass of sweet iced tea to Nizam's hand.
"How much is this mother?"
"Free."
"Don't you, ma'am."
"For today."
Nizam glanced at Leka with embarrassment. "Yes already." He said a little heavy.
"Leka, are you here?" A man with a tall body blocked the incoming sunlight behind his back. Moreover, the tarpaulin from the roof cover where Leka trade made the man's face dark. The woman had to raise her hand to filter out the sunlight that was starting to dazzle her eyes.
