Long River

Long River
Jealous

Aska takes her phone and sees there send a video of her friend Zaki. He's opening. How shocked I was to see the video. "Damn it, he's there again." Aska muttered to herself.

"Now what is it you want to say?" Now Leka boldly asked back in an angry tone and her tears were not yet dry.

"Leka, this is not what you see." Aska tried to lower her voice. He tried to lower the emotions of his wife who was so fiery to him.

"You want me to be blind or something?" It was really hot that the woman heard her husband was still trying to dodge.

"Leka, this is Papa's client. Sometimes we meet unpleasant people, but what can I do?"

"What client, is it your twin sister's friend who met us the other day? Why do you keep lying." The woman's voice had already started like a stifling person.

"Yes, but it's Papa's client, I'm not lying. I also just found out about Leka, I swear."

"Then why was yesterday time with your sister, you want to be taken by her?"

"This is for our marriage disguise. I don't want my sister to be suspicious."

Leka closed her eyes for a moment, restraining the turbulent anger. The man always considered what he did right when it hurt the hearts of others and he was not yet aware. How do I explain it to him so he understands?

"Well, why should we hide our marriage, until now I still don't understand." At the break Leka tried to take a breath.

"Leka, I've explained to you repeatedly I want you to understand."

"Understand what?"

"Understanding my situation."

"What situation? The situation I can see right now is that you want to be free to date out there and that's the only reason that makes sense according to Leka, Bang."

"That's not true Leka." Aska directly touched his wife's arm, but was immediately picked up by the woman. "Leka, I really didn't lie to you. I did that because in a month there will be a new placement for the GM position, a position far above me and I'm being promoted by the office. I don't want any weird gossip dropping my name and I wish I could get that position so we'd live better than we are now."

"For me Bang, our lives are good enough. Without that department we'd be fine."

"But I have to be careful talking about this to my parents, because I'm afraid they're angry and cut me off from the family list. I got married suddenly without notice and with a person I don't know, you know what I mean?"

"Do you think I'm a disgrace to you?" Leka's tears are back. She was very afraid that her husband would say 'yes' because her heart was not ready to accept the fact. She herself regretted asking him so much that she had to hear him out loud even though in her little heart she wanted her husband to lie.

"No, not so I mean Leka. I ... I just feel we need preparation. I'll have a family I have to protect that's you two."

"Why do you hurt me so many times? Why would you let me be like a maid if it was just to pretend? I don't understand Bang, I really don't understand." Leka is crying again. Aska tried to get closer and wanted to hug her but Leka quickly stood up. He took his pillow and blanket.

Aska quickly got down and hugged her from behind. To stop him from leaving. "Don't go Leka, I beg you. How about if Runi sees your eyes swollen like that, she'll be scared. Already, just here huh?" He persuaded her with a soft voice.

Leka thrashed but her husband tightened his embrace. This time the man was really not going to let Leka go. "Leka, if you hate me, it's okay but don't go. Stay here, 'cause I want our son to have no idea what happened to you. Listen to me because I'm your husband. I'm trying my best for you, you understand?" Whispers slowly.

They can only cry. She was forced to obey with an unwilling heart because she was still very upset with her husband. As the man took off his embrace slowly and wanted to wipe away his tears, the woman pushed him away. Aska tried to stay firmly standing and wait until his wife climbed back into bed and followed. Leka.

The man knew Leka was still not satisfied with the answer from him but that was all he could give now to his wife. He could promise her nothing.

"Bang ...." Said Leka, still turning her husband back. "If you have nothing left, I will stay with you. Just so you want to live honestly. We can work it all out together. We can sell pecel lele together, I think it's more likely to make our lives happy than we can live pretending like this, Bang." Leka tried to finish the rest of her crying.

"I disagree with you. Listen to your husband's wishes. Support me, that's all I ask."

Then their world was again in silence until morning came.

That morning Leka again wrestled with the pots in the kitchen. Only those pots were able to calm his heart at this moment.

"Leka, I'm going to teach you, you want me to take you to the market?" Aska reached the dining table.

"But I haven't had a bath Bang. Uh, what's your brother doing?" Leka dried her hands in an apron.

"Wushu Learning. Take a shower, I'll wait."

"Wushu? Pencak silat huh?"

"Yes like that. Come on, hurry up and take a shower."

"Eh, yes Bang." Leka immediately held onto Runi who was lying on the sofa. The milk is over. He took her upstairs.

Half an hour later Aska dropped Leka and Runi on the market. He then drove his car towards the training ground.

At the market Leka was a little confused. Somehow he suddenly hoped there was a Kenzo appearance there. Though the market is not where the man works and he only met Kenzo at the market for some reason. He tried to erase those very misleading momentary expectations and began to focus on shopping.

At the dinner table, Zack had not finished his morning breakfast. Chris was surprised. "Zack, what happened to you?(Zack, what's wrong with you?)"

"Why the hell, Papa only made one Zack?"

"What?" Chris looked up to hear it. "What are you talking about?"

"Bikin dong for Zack, Lydia's got people."

Chris laughed back and forth as did Reina, only Zack could be seen still frowning.

"Zack, if your sister is not around, you can play to your friend's house" Reina said.

"Bad Zack, that play also has a limit, right?"

Zack looked at Reina. "Yes, but I want my sister back. It feels like a long time."

Reina laughs. "Yes, help Mama at the store want to?"

Zack nodded weakly.

Leka had finished her cooking duties, but then she remembered that her cooking was all coconut milk and not good for Runi until she remembered the cafe opposite the apartment. He then took Runi and went there.

The cafe was a little crowded on Saturday morning. Leka lined up a little before getting a turn to buy the bread she wanted. After buying bread, he came out. He almost hit a man in a hurry but the man called his name instead.

"Look?"

"Oh, Candi ...."

"Where do you live?"

"Oh, sorry I'm in a hurry."

But the man stopped him from stepping.

"Candy ...." Leka fixed her sling on Runi.

"Where?"

"In the apartment in front. Haven't you?"

The temple had just given Leka a path when suddenly someone came and punched the man in the face hard until he fell down. Leka was really shocked, Aska was already among them with a fierce face. He pointed at the temple that had fallen on the sidewalk and spoke in an angry tone. "I warned you not to approach my wife again but still you tried to disturb her. Do you want me to kick it one more time, huh?"

She had already raised her fist high but Leka immediately touched her husband's arm while whispering. "Bang, many are watching us Bang."

Aska soon realizes people are starting to come crowding as they stand near the entrance of the cafe.

Aska quickly grabbed Leka's arm and led her across the street. He continued to pull her into the apartment building and waited in front of the elevator. "Why are you still meeting that guy, huh?" Aska whispered in an angry tone that was held. "You see, I've got a slick talk." Said upset.

"I wasn't looking for him, I just met him at the door of the cafe" whispered Leka in self-defense.

"Don't lie! I heard you tell him where you lived." Aska still bitterly berated his wife.

There were several people joining waiting for the elevator so that when Leka was about to speak again, Aska stopped her by clutching her arm.

"Acst ...."

Aska gave the code with eyes to not talk. They remained silent until they reached their apartment.

"Why are you still in contact with him?"

"I'm not related to him."

"You don't lie! How could he come to see you if you didn't invite him, huh?" Aska's voice began to rise.

"Where do I know, I just met him." He tidied his carrier at Runi. The little girl looked agitated. He began to see his mother and the man quarreling.

"Oh, don't-don't you cheat on me behind my back all this time yeah, you deserve to ask for the house keys, so you can easily go in and out to see him, right?" Ejek Aska again.

Leka was upset at being accused of cheating. She pushed her husband because of it. "I'm not that low!" The plastic package of his bread shopping cart fell to the floor. "You're the one who cheated, you're the one who accused me of cheating, what kind of husband are you!"

Plaque!

She could feel the heat on her cheeks. Panicked, he looked sorry. "... Leka, I'm ...."

Back then, Leka was completely desperate. She had tried to tell her husband but it seemed to be in vain. The man looked as if it had darkened his eyes. Her warm tears dropped without being asked.

"Leka forgive me ...."

But Leka did not care. He ran back to the door and came down the empty elevator. His head was completely dead. Her tears were coming out when she tried to hold it. He fixed his carrier on Runi.

"Sound ...."

"Yes son, Mommy's fine." He wiped his tears and rushed out as the elevator door opened. It just needs calm. It just takes a short walk and ....

Tiiin up!

He almost hit a car. "Ah, sorry!"

"Look?"
