Kenzo entered the restaurant as Chris was raising Runi up with both hands. The girl screams pleasure. The man immediately lowered the little girl and rubbed her head that was veiled. "It turns out that children as small as you are funny are also wearing a hijab, huh? Like doll. Mmh ...." He touched Runi's nose. "For you, I'm called Grandpa now."
Runi smiled by showing off her rare teeth.
"Ih, Grandpa's gnawing at it." Chris pinched the soft Runi cheek.
"Don't pinch Da, it'll be hard to eat" Reina told.
"That's Ma's myth."
"That's real."
"Romeo ...."
Their quarrel made Leka smile until she realized Kenzo's presence at her side.
"Oh, Brother. I'll pay the rent for the house." Leka showed the black card she was holding.
Chris could see how happy Leka was when talking to Kenzo, but it seemed like the man was awkward.
"Oh, you just give it to Dad, you stay in the process."
"Oh, that's it." Leka then thrust the card at Arya. "This sir, please proceed."
"Om, Aunt ...." Kenzo greeted Chris and Reina then cleared his throat. "I'll check the kitchen, um, excuse me." He hurried to the kitchen.
"Oh, yes. I still haven't finished the job." Leka immediately stood up from her chair and lowered her head. "Sorry, Mister, Mum." Then ran to the kitchen.
Leka immediately did her job checking pending entry while Kenzo checked her employee work.
"So it's done, right?" ask Chris Arya.
"Mmh, for a while, huh? Mmh ... we also want to try to visit his house in a few days to check if he needs something else."
"Mmh, I'm fine."
"Eh, but don't tell her, she'll have to bother preparing something for us."
"Oh .. yeah whatever. No problem."
Suddenly someone appeared in the restaurant and looked astonished. "Papa?"
"Aska, you're here too. Want to see Leka?"
Aska visited Chris and Reina and kissed the back of her hand. "Yes Pa, Map."
"Yes, Papa's the same as you go to the store first." Chris stood up and handed Runi to his Baby Sitter. She leaves the restaurant with Reina. "Go first Yes."
"Yes Da," Arya raised her hand.
The man saw Aska coming into the kitchen. "I'm going to the kitchen first, Om." And surprised Leka. "Darling ...."
"Eh, you don't come here."
All the restaurant staff and Kenzo were looking.
"Bang, you're outside. This is my workplace." Leka pushed Aska out of the kitchen.
Feeling lazy to see the scene of the two of them, Arya also came out of the restaurant.
Aska grabbed Leka's hand. "Here, I'm gonna talk to you for a second." He pulled Leka to the nearest table. They pull the chair there face to face.
"What?"
"Don't that dong darling, I want you to work in my Papa's office how?"
"That's not my place, I don't want to."
"Later I teach .." she said half whining.
"Abang ..." whispered Leka embarrassed, because Aska's whining was afraid of hearing other employees.
But it was heard and disrupted the concentration of restaurant employees who were working. Some are curious, some consider it excessive. Some can't stand it, like Kenzo, but Aska doesn't care.
"And if you work for the company, I can see you every time. Take you. It's even easier if we're home, we can ...."
"No. I'm working now, so don't bother me." Leka stands.
Aska grabbed Leka's hand. "Yes, now I want to order a drink. Please tell me a good drink dong." He saw the menu. Leka finally had to help.
Runi who saw Leka was sitting, approached her. "Sound ...."
Leka immediately carried him.
Aska touched the little girl's hand. " Here, carry Daddy." He put his hand out.
Runi unmoved. He just pointed at the man. "Of, um!"
Kenzo really can't stand it. He took off his apron and left the restaurant to the parking lot. He needs fresh air because his chest wants to explode. He rubbed part of his face.
Why is my life like Otousan(father), loving women belonging to others. That's what I avoid the most. I don't want to ruin anyone's household. I'm not that kind of person, but why is this? What is like father like son (a proverb that means : the declining nature of parents) which means I can't change it? Is this my karma because of Otousan's son? "Ag." He grabbed his hair because he was upset. Why would I fall in love with you, Leka?
"Kenzo!"
Kenzo. It turned out that Chris was waving his hands from the veranda of the flower shop. He called Kenzo with his hand. Kenzo must come to him. "Yes Om?"
"Sit here and accompany Om in conversation."
Kenzo pulled the chair in front of him.
"You like Leka, don't you?"
The sentence immediately struck the Japanese crossbreed man. "I-I didn't mean to seize ...."
"Taking Leka from my son. I-i know. Your life story is similar to mine."
"Eh, what?"
"I also like Kenzo's wife, just like you."
"Tante Reina?"
"But I don't ...."
"Capturing people's wives? I don't either! I could only like it without being able to do anything, but fate then sided with me. I don't pray for the bad, but Reina's husband then dies until I can marry him."
"A-a-a ...." Kenzo. "I'm not that kind of person Om, sorry. I won't ...."
"I know what kind of person you are ...."
Kenzo immediately raised his face. Her eyes are red. He really felt bad for Aska's father. "I won't ...."
"Love is a blessing, from the Almighty. He was given to humans to give a sense of calm, peace and happiness so sincere. Return it to the Owner. He will lead you to find your way."
"But I'm not gonna ...."
"Who knows the future? I'd love to be at your wedding and marry you to someone." Chris patted Kenzo's shoulder.
"Ah, Um ...." Kenzo smiled with great force. He felt bad for Chris.
On such holidays, lunch is the busiest time in the restaurant. Leka and Kenzo, shoulder to shoulder, completed the order that came in and over again, changing incessantly. It even made Aska start to get jealous.
Two young couples were a little late to the restaurant and had to wait in line, but the woman looked pregnant. Leka saw her and approached her ex-husband. "You didn't order food?"
"I'm waiting for you, I want to eat with you."
"Then the chair is given to someone else." One of his chairs pulled Leka out.
"Eh, no. This is for you." Aska held him down because the remaining seats were one. The other one was sat by Ani who was holding Runi.
"It's for pregnant women who are bang ...."
Aska kept him. "Why did you come so late?"
"I'm the one who wants to love you, I'm not sitting." Leka tried to pull.
"No!"
Leka hit Aska's hand hard.
"Switch ...."
The handle of Aska was released so that Leka could pull and give the chair to pregnant women who were waiting in line.
"Oh, thank you, ma'am." The woman sat down smiling.
"Oh, it's okay."
"Thank you" the man said later.
Leka just nodded her head and returned to the kitchen. She saw her ex-husband staring at her.
After the queue ran out and who ate at the place also lived some people, Leka could only breathe a sigh of relief. It was approaching 3 o'clock.
"Lekaaa .. when you eat, I'm hungry." Aska's face looks dirty.
"I didn't ask you to wait for me Bang." Leka reached the table. "Now order the food. Uh, you haven't prayed Zuhur yet?"
"Not yet."
"Eh, let's pray." ask the woman.
"Yes." Yeah." Aska stood up from her chair. He stepped towards the back door.
Kenzo just looked at Aska who looked upset because Kenzo saw he asked Leka to pray first.
"Neither yet? Sorry huh? Let me be the fat one here." Leka took over the sleeping Runi.
Ani went to the back door.
Leka sat down on the chair that Ani was sitting in and started looking at the menu. Then he raised his hand to call Kenzo. "Sister, may I ask you a favor?"
"Yes?" Kenzo approaching. He recorded Leka's order.
While waiting for food, Leka rubbed the back of Runi who was asleep on her lap.
Aska then returns with Baby Sitter Runi. The woman sits by separating herself because there is no seat anymore.
"Eh mbak's. Sit here, why sit all the way?" Leka called.
Aska's mouth began to conical. "Already! You take care of people all the time. Get rid of me dong!" his protest.
"We're not mahram, I have no obligation to take care of you!" lang Leka was upset.
Aska caved, recognizing his mistake. "Lekaa, sorry." He touched his ex-wife's hand. "Eat me, huh?"
While the people in the kitchen were peeping at the two of them including Kenzo. The man realized later that there were several employees who noticed Leka and Aska besides him.
"Hey, don't peek at people's business!" Kenzo stuns him with a napkin.
"Father is also anxious." point the rice at Kenzo's face.
"Ah, no ..." elak Kenzo with a panicked face.
"Yesn ...." Padi smiled still while pointing.
"Here you go, go to work there!" The Japanese man waved the napkin once more in front of his employees until they disbanded. He himself still had time to see the togetherness of Leka and Aska who had lunch at one table.
Looking uncomfortable, but not looking curious and then hurt. It's the repetition that keeps Kenzo's heart in disarray but can't avoid it. I really can't, if it's about Leka. Why does this woman have such a powerful magnet that she can bear this bloodless wound. The answer doesn't exist. He can only live it to the limit that he can do. I don't know until when.
After Magrib, the crowd returned a lot. Leka and Kenzo took care of the orders from the take-home, delivery to eating on the spot. Fortunately, the order was not as much as it was this afternoon. Quickly the queue unraveled, living those who ate where the food was being made.
Kenzo took off his apron. "I'm going home first, right?" he said to Leka.
Aska, who was sitting not far from the kitchen, immediately confronted him. "Eh, it's good that you go home first. Did you tell him to clean up?"
"Don't so Bang, he's my boss" said Leka.
"I'm sorry, tomorrow I leave in the morning, for my flight to Milan, so I have to prepare" Kenzo said.
