Little Hearts in Your Heart

Little Hearts in Your Heart
Chapters 5. Meet Weird Fans

Miki touched the backpack she filled with several books. Either he can use it later or not. He wasn't sure he could do it, at least he didn't let the opportunity pass him by. He decided to choose a high school student to teach. Though his senior said that the student was the hardest to teach, but at least this is the closest place to his apartment, no need for a bus or train. He saw the family name plate in front of the gate of the house in front of him. “Akagi,” read it, “it seems to be correct,” muttered and pressed the intercom button.

A woman's voice is heard greeting, “who?”

“I Arai Miki's.  That, Kahawara Emi told me to teach a student here,” he explained.

“Ah, wait a minute,” the voice of the woman is followed by a click. The door to Miki's right opened.

Miki walked down the street to the door. He smiled very widely as a woman opened the door, welcoming him. “I Arai Miki,” he said bowing, once again introducing himself.

“Come in,” says the woman with the flowery apron, “please sit down,” she added and asks Miki to sit on the sofa in the living room. “Wait a minute, yeah. The kid's still out there, I don't know what he's doing. He should have known that the lesson was about to begin.”

Miki nodded. “Not a problem,” he said and circulated his gaze throughout the dominant room in green.

“Oh yes, I am Akagi Shiho,” said Shiho smilingly showing his neatly arranged teeth. His cheekbones are raised. Eyes enlarge.

Miki smiled. “Arai Miki,” said, looking very nervous, made him mention his name again.

Shiho laughs. “So, Emi-chan?”

“Emi-senpai asked me to replace her friend, I did not refuse because my time was enough

much.”

Shiho. “Emi-chan says you are very smart, you can help with another lesson.”

“Ah, I think Emi-senpai is exaggerating too. But I will try to teach well.”

“So, Miki-chan..” Shiho waits for the reaction of the girl before him and smiles when he gets permission to use the first name Miki.

“Iya?”

Shiho moved to sit next to Miki. “You look so young, how old are you?”

“Eh..”

“Ah, sorry well I asked,” Shiho smiled, weird, hitting Miki's thigh slowly.

“It's okay. My age, this year is twenty-two,” Miki said as she moved her finger.

“Ah, really? My first child means eight years older than you, Miki-chan, now she lives abroad.”

“Oh, so? Then, why would Akagi-san's child, want to learn a language again? She should be able to learn from her brother.”

Shiho laughs. “Because she's a little different, her brother isn't here anyway. You didn't hear from Emi-chan?”

Miki nodded, understanding that the child she was going to teach was very lazy. They spoke for a long time until Miki turned to the door, hearing a girl's voice.

“I go home,” he cried and there was a sound of a crawl, up the stairs.

“I think he's in the room. Miki-chan, you can go to her room now. I'll prepare a small meal for you.”

“Ah, yes thank you,” said Miki and stepped towards the second floor.

*

Miki watched all the rooms and moved into the room with the inscription hanging on the door. He knocked twice, there was no answer. He touched the door and pushed it.

“What's up?”

Miki withdrew surprised by what she saw. But he removed his surprised expression, then smiled very widely. “I Arai Miki, please help.”

“Ah?” a girl with raised legs was leaned against the wall and in her hands was a novel she was reading. “Come.”

Miki nodded, hesitating. Close the door, slowly. What is this girl doing?

“ Sit. I'll finish this, in a minute.”

Miki pulled a chair in front of the table on which were many books arranged. Alongside the table, there was a shelf filled with comics, novels, and whatever else. Miki noticed the room that looked very neat, the fragrance was also typical of girls, which attracted Miki's eyes were some dark, skull-covered accessories, and even in the corner of the room was a black guitar.

“Is this kid in sports?” miki muttered as her attention returned to the girl who was still asleep with her legs raised.

“Did you say something?” the girl asked to look at Miki.

“Ah? That, Akagi-san, if you haven't studied, I can go home. I can come again,” after saying that Miki regrets it. His parents can scold me when they hear this.

But, the girl named Kaori woke up from her sleep. Closing the book he was reading. “Eh, not yesterday's style teacher. You who?”

“Ah?” Miki has even introduced herself earlier, “I Arai Miki.”

“Arai-sensei? Arai-san is? Miki-neesan?”

“I Akagi Kaori. My friend calls me Riri,” he said to be non-pitched.

“Alright, Kaori, you want to learn now?”

“Didn't sensei say he was coming home," Kaori seemed to have set a call for Miki.

Miki's eyes were rounded. Ah, it's true he said that. “Then, I'll go home now. But, before you give me a reason, why don't you want to study?”

“Ah? Why should I?”  Kaori challenging.

“If you don't have a reason, let's learn.”

Kaori's eyes changed. His mouth was pursed, pouting. “I'm not excited, so can't learn.”

“That's no excuse. If you say it in front of your teacher, you'll be told to walk around the school grounds. You look very healthy too. Your eyes are also wide open reading your book.”

Kaori sneered. “Miki-neesan pisses me off. You know, if I was curious. I've tried to read other books, but my memory always remembers that damn book. For how long, the publisher did not continue the story. What the author does not know how to continue the story,” Kaori looks very excited, she stands up and points to the book on the top shelf. “Miki-neesan see, I collected all the works of the author of Redy-sensei, ranging from his first writing that tells a very strange story, to The Lost Island. But, just until then, I can't find any more. He might try to kill me slowly.”

“Eh?” Miki sneering. Ah, apparently this kid is one of my book readers. “But, The Lost Island indeed will not be the next series.”

“Ah, Miki-neesan, know where,” Kaori laughs, tight, “you didn't even read it right?”

Of course I know, Miki thought. “There's writing the end at last.”

“Ah?” kaori's forehead wrinkled, she immediately opened the last sheet of the novel with an island cover in light green-blue colors. “Owari? Redy-sensei will definitely continue. He could not let his readers be curious. Moreover, Kuruzawa-kun has to get out of the lost island and declare his love.”

“Love?” murmured Miki, holding back laughter, he never wrote like that, most only used as an additional spice that either exists or not, the taste will not change. “You like books because there are romance stories?” miki asked curiously, is that why the interest of his readers is reduced.

“Ah?” Kaori was sitting at the table beside her bed. “Ehm, I think yes. But I read all of Redy-sensei's writing and he has absolutely no idea how to bring together a hero and heroine in his story.” Kaori laughs.

Miki sneering. “Then why did you read it?”

“That's.. because Redy-sensei was telling a very clever story. Ah, also, she seemed to have experienced everything, the story was clear. Unlike people who think, have to write let alone.”

Don't feel Kaori's words make Miki's smile expand.

“Ah, if I think about it, Redy must be a crazy guy who has the potential to be a psychopath. Aye right?” Kaori asked Miki for her approval.

Miki snorted and propped up her chin. “You didn't see the latest news, someone said she was a girl,” Miki said. Too exterm to hear crazy man psychopath.

Kaori stood up quickly while her mouth did not stop talking, “then she is a sadistic woman.” Moved to the side of Miki who could only sigh and look at her computer. It moves the mouse and makes the monitor screen glow. Miki could see the manga online there, the girl must have just

finished reading. Kaori typed the alphabet letters in search engines and

some news appeared in online forums.

“Eh, what is this?” Kaori read, “Redy-sensei will make romance novels? Why?”

“Ah?” miki who also just found out. “Why is this here?”

“So, Miki-neesan is also a fan.”

Miki ignores and sees the reason why writer Redy is said to be switching streams. Eyes enlarge.

Kaori read it. “Because a man, Redy-sensei and Suzuki Aiko will bet with the best sale. What the fuck? Publishers want to take advantage of this, right?”

Miki looked at Kaori. “Advantage?”

Kaori nodded. “People will be excited if there are rumors like this. I also became curious, how the Romance writing from sensei. Come to think of it.”.

Miki waited for Kaori's sentence, but the girl seemed to think for a very long time.

“I may not be able to read the follow-up to the lost island,” Kaori said.

“You thought for a very long time, just to say that. I told you there would be no follow-up. Not many people like that story.”

“Miki-neesan, I will not stop sending messages to the Redy-sensei blog. He must continue his story. ”

“You see, he has to write a romance story, otherwise he will lose the man he likes. After all, he should immediately get an idea, after his advice was rejected.  Where could he think of another story.”

“Miki-neesan is also a Redy-sensei fan, well?” Kaori grabbed Miki's hand. “Because of that, we have to show him, if we are still around, and will continue to read his publication book. Now, let us support him to make a good story. Because of us too, he wrote, right?”

Miki looked at Kaori. The next second, he nodded.

*

This is the first time I have ever met a fan. But of course all fans are weird, right? He said he didn't like you, but next he said he'd support you no matter what you do. But I agree with him, someone does something not only for themselves, but also for others. I write not only to read myself, but also to read in their lives. Mickey.
