Little Hearts in Your Heart

Little Hearts in Your Heart
Chapters 4. Not to choose, but to take a chance

Miki returned to her apartment. The sky has turned dark. He looked at the lights of Daiki's apartment that had been lit, meaning the man was inside. Miki stopped there for a while, “must I tell you?” He walked back to the door of his apartment, “of course not. He would just say, I'll accompany you for a drink,” Miki's voice was made up.

Miki's in. He set his shoes, neat. At least, his promise to keep it clean, still survives to this day. He walked slowly to his room, turned on the lights and threw his body onto the bed.  He's speechless. Look at the ceiling of his room. And the atmosphere began to feel. Red curtains that move because the window is not tightly closed. The sound of a bed covered with red sheets, was heard. It's moving indistinctly. Hugging bolsters with a red pillowcase.

“Am I untalented?” Miki blew her breath, hard. Slowly, his eyes felt heavy, and he finally fell asleep.

*

Miki opened her eyes. The clock has already pointed to the number ten. He woke up at six and just changed his clothes in his pajamas. Either he intends to spend his time sleeping all day or whatever he means wearing pajamas. But, indeed it seems there is no intention to get out of the residence, small.

Miki stood up and went to the kitchen. He was looking for something to eat, and what he found was a fruit with seeds on the outside and red. Therefore he bought it yesterday, tempted by the color is very beautiful and looks very sweet, even though his mother used to send him. He brought a box of clear strawberries to the front of the TV. Eat it very well, while enjoying the music show.

“Schoolers must also be off now,” murmured as they looked at students in uniform who were caught on camera. “I'll also be on vacation. Ah,” he was a little surprised when the female student he had seen was shouting, asking to shake hands with the boyband who was singing, “I was not like that first.”

Of course, Miki isn't like that. In the past he was just busy imagining in his school chair, while still or at least pretending to hear the teacher who spoke. During the holidays, he would crouch in his room and start writing. Among his family only his father knew, he was not scolded, but would be different from his mother. Women nag more often, of course he will scold Miki and tell her to choose, study or write? Yeah, at least his dad just said, you can write, as long as you don't forget your schoolwork. Miki understood that and she never once laughed at her parents. He went to university, too, because of his will. He thinks he should have something, on the side? Ah, he never thought writing could give him money, it's just so much fun writing minds on blank sheets of paper. And this is one of the reasons, not to say much about the world he has been in for the last seven years. He didn't even use his real name.

In the middle of the break, Miki was surprised by the sound of her apartment bell. Knee lifted. “Senpai?” he immediately stood up, looking into the door hole. It opens the door, “why are you here?”

Kurumi and Aya open their shoes and enter before they are even released. “Farewell party,” said they lifted a canticle that looks very heavy.

Miki smiled. Meal time. “You didn't call Daiki-senpai?” miki asked, glancing at Aya.

Aya shook her head. “Only the three of us,” he said sure.

Miki, Kurumi, and Aya were now watching the television screen. Aya had just placed a small frame on the table, a photo of the three of them.

“Your father should not give you a TV this big, for you who are alone,” grunts Kurumi who even tasted Miki strawberry, and retreated to the wall. “This will ruin my eyes,” his chat.

But, Aya seemed to careless and even sang along to the voice of the girl who played guitar on TV.

“You really will be on your own, Miki,” said Kurumi who spoke incessantly.

Miki turned around, “Indeed you will be placed where?” tanyakanya.

“She was closer than me,” said Aya who replied, “aku is placed in Chiba and she is in Tokyo.”

Miki grunting. “What do you mean goodbye party? That means you're not going anywhere, we might even meet on the train or on the bus.”

Kurumi pursed her lips. “Aya which is really strange, why even register at

distant school.”

Aya smiled, not answering Kurumi's words when she heard the phone ringing. The three girls looked for the source of the voice. And look at the thing that was dancing on the table. Miki stood. Receiving calls. “Iya, mother.”

Miki told them not to care. He then moved his legs, as he watched Aya pull the script under the bed. It made Kurumi who was crazy about affairs, get close, and start reading.

“Ah, nothing, ma'am,” Miki sneered and sighed. “Oh I know where? Ah, Kurumi said it? Didn't Aya say that he was going to work in Chiba? Mom can give him a ride, but don't give him my room.”

Kurumi and Aya who heard it were only whines.

“Ah, I know bu,” said Miki, weak. “I even turned down a part-time job from my senpa. Wh why? Because I don't want to. Whahuh? Ah, I know. I'll call you later, see you, ma'am.” Miki sighed. “Ah, you have reported your graduation, once again get congratulations from my other mother and family.”

“Try you always follow us, you might pass together, won't Aya?” kurumi said, asking for Aya's opinion.

Aya shrugged, made Kurumi sneer and went back to eating strawberries. “By the way, you want to work part-time? Teaching? Emi senpai can not handle all her students, she also has to teach at school.”

“Senpai already offered me, but I turned it down.”

“That's because you're having a lot of ideas, but you might have to accept it,” said Aya lifting the script rejected Miki. “At least, you can show your mother that you really mean it with your college major.”

Miki sighed. “I should probably cut my hair,” murmured, original.

Kurumi and Aya look at each other. “You just broke your heart?”

“More severe than that. I think, now I really have to choose.”

“Why you? You're not usually like this?”

“My credit was rejected. That means my chances with Taka, are getting further and further. What can I do now? I didn't know how to write in such a genre,” Miki said and pointed to the script.

“Why should you think, Taka, anyway?” grunts Aya. “You can accept senpai offer. You can still write too. With a part-time job, maybe you can get a little enlightenment.  Life is not forever

telling you to choose, maybe you're given a chance.”

Kurumi gaping. Miki scratched her head. Aya looked at those who looked ridiculous.

As Aya said, I may not have been asked to choose. But now I have a chance to do two things. Stay what about me, do I have to choose or take a chance? Mickey.*
