Chapter 9: Suppose...

At exactly 12pm, Alpha awoke from his sleep. She stroked Ana's hair slowly. He imagined if the little boy who slept next to him was his lover first. But it was just a dream.

“Come why am I like this anyway? Obviously she's just a kid, not a grown-up girl. If Ana is an adult, she must be beautiful, yes. Proof she is popular among her male friends at school.”

Alpha carefully wakes up intending to leave. However Ana withdrew her hand while calling out her name in a hoarse voice. He smiled and Alpha kissed him. “Talking, yes?”

Alpha looked back before he left the house. He could not bear to leave Ana sleeping alone . But, he had already made the decision that Ana should be able to be independent without him. Suddenly his steps came to a halt when he saw the creature again.

“Hei, wait.”

“What's up? Finally you are not afraid to even dare to reprimand.”

“I'm brave because you're a friend of Mr. Robert. He asked me to see him. That'sthat's all. If you want you can come with me.”

“Tell him if I'm busy. Much business I do.”

“Busy? Looks like you're just circling around my house?” Alpha quipped.

“Hei boy. I am a disciple of the God of Death. I'm observing the spirits to be uprooted.”

“I don't know.”

“Call him sir Robert.”

Alpha delivers it while grinding his teeth. He is upset and should not pass on Mr. Robert's message to a creature he deems mad and troublesome. Sometimes the creature glances at Alpha. The conscious Alpha felt strange about the glance because he thought it was too mysterious.

Arriving at home, he calls Mr. Robert that his friend is coming. Master Robert directly hugged the creature without the slightest awkwardness.

“You haven't been here in a long time.” Robert said hello

“Good. Oh yeah, thanks so much Alpha. You can rest in the room I've prepared. Why are you back at this hour? Isn't it morning?”

“Faster is better not.”

It passed without regard to the two of them. Mr. Robert immediately invited his guest to sit down.

Just in case Ankou inserts the room with her magic into soundproofing.

“Alpha?”
