EPISODE 27: MIDWAY

A few months later.

After that incident, I did my usual activities, I also had to prepare to leave for the internship again.

It did not feel that it was the last day I interned at PDAM Balikpapan city.

I was getting ready to go on an internship, pick up my belongings that I left at the internship and say goodbye to all the employees of PDAM Balikpapan city and my mentor who has taught me a lot of experience in working.

I immediately went to PDAM Balikpapan city area two. Arrival at PDAM Balikpapan city. I was absent for the last time, I then went into the office and chatted with my mentor, while waiting for my friend to come to the workshop.

My mentor and I talked to each other after graduating from high school. I also shared my desire to go to college in Yogyakarta and make my parents happy.

Then my friend came to the workshop, my friend immediately absentee, we immediately chatted together.

My mentor advised both of us "When you're done from here don't ever forget about us all 'if there's a time to stop by here 'we'll all always accept you both here" , the words of my mentor make me sad but I have to be strong with this separation even if only four months, for me all the knowledge given means a lot to me.

I am very sad to have to leave the PDAM of Balikpapan. I feel I have found a lot of knowledge and the meaning of hard work but every meeting must be parting.

Today we just cleaned the workshop area, I cleaned the lathe and press machine while my friend cleaned the saw machine and tidied up the workshop tools.

Two hours we clean the tools and machines in the workshop. It did not feel like a break, my friend and I were told to rest by my Mentor.

We went straight into the shop to wait for lunch. After lunch, we ate together for the last time.

We enjoyed lunch very much today. My mentor told me not to go home first, our mentor will give us something, I don't know what will be given.

Everyone finished eating. We immediately get ready to go home, Today the schedule of internships home at an accelerated pace because the PDAM office of Balikpapan city again held an event for employees.

But before we went home, we were told to go into the workshop. My mentor said "if you guys have graduated don't forget to play here or play at my father's house", I replied "Good sir, I'm if Selo or fit again holiday , I played to my father's house ", and my friend answered "Yes sir, definitely ", my mentor immediately took two envelopes,

my mentor said, "This is a little extra for you guys to snack on later , although the number is not much but enough for you guys jajajn ", my friend and I immediately said "Thank you very much sir ".

We're finally done chatting. We immediately say goodbye to all employees in the workshop. After we went home, my friend and I immediately asked for permission to go home.

My friend finally came home but when I wanted to go home, my mentor called me back to the workshop,

my mentor immediately said "This is an addition for you because you have helped me a lot here and you also went overtime , this is a little extra money, please accept",

I said "thank you very much again, sir ".

Finished chatting, we immediately rushed home but since I still had the task of collecting the internship report, so I decided to stop by the school.

I immediately rushed to school first, collect the internship report, then I went home.

I went straight from the PDAM of Balikpapan city to my school. Upon my arrival at school I headed straight for my homeroom, then I gave the internship report one last time.

Me and the homeroom teacher chatted for a while, we discussed the practice exam for the UAS score. After I finished talking, I went home. My homeroom teacher let me go home.

30 Minutes later.

I arrived at the house, I immediately changed clothes and took a rest.

When I rest ,

My father said "you want to go to college or not ",

I immediately replied ", richly I will go to college and I heard in school, that from the school will enroll students who study at SBMPTN track , I might register ",

My father answered "yes already so, I wait for news.You want to go to college where ? ", I replied "I'm rich to take it at Gadjah Mada University in Yogyakarta and Brawijaya University Malang",

my father immediately replied "if it is your choice, continue not to be influenced by the words of others ".

After a long conversation with my father. I decided to rest again. I immediately entered my room because tomorrow all the interns at my school, have entered as usual back to prepare for UN and UAS later.
