EPISODE 16: ONE STEP TOWARDS WINNING

A few days later, I immediately got ready to start activities in this morning. Today is practice day for the Semi-final basketball tournament held on Saturday. I rushed to take a shower and have breakfast, after all I immediately changed clothes and breakfast.

I got a BBM message that the practice would be moved to a field near the church, after getting the information I immediately rushed to the new practice site. then I left immediately but on the way I met one of my teams. We decided to walk together to the training ground. Until there are many who wait and are ready to practice.

Time has shown at 10 am, and we are getting ready and changing training clothes,

we are waiting for the coach to arrive.

A few minutes later the coach came with my teacher,

we finally got ready for training.

The coach told us to do light exercises so as not to drop too much. Doing long enough, we were told to rest already at 12 noon passing.

We were told to come together to talk about our opponents later in the semi-finals.

One of my team was told to buy food and drink by my teacher. My team asked me to buy, I immediately accompanied him to buy food.

We walked to the nearest restaurant.

We chose to buy the famous Madiun pincuk pecel rice near the school.

We arrived at the food stall, we went straight into the stall, ordered 15 rice pincuk and 15 hot tea and 5 mineral water. You have to wait for a message.

30 Minutes we wait.

Our food was ready, we paid for it straight away, we went back to the practice site near the church square. Before we go back to the training ground. We stopped by the minimarket, we bought mineral water.we went straight to the location.

Arriving at the location we immediately came to everyone to share food and drinks. We ate right away together.

We were told that our opponent in the semi-finals of the Balikpapan city PERGASI basketball tournament from SMK Negeri 3 Balikpapan.

We were immediately excited because our opponent had almost the same ability as us. We are sure we can win and go on to the final.

If we lose, we win 3 but it's good enough for our team. We'll give you even better in the future.

30 Minutes after eating.

Finally we immediately continued the exercise, we practiced physical endurance put together long distance shooting exercises.

We were called one after another to shoot three points but if we did not enter we had to be punished by 10 push-ups every time we did not enter.

One by one were called forward to the three points line. We have failed a lot, including me. We were sentenced to push up 10 times until 1 hour passed only 3 team people who managed to enter shooting three points.

I always fail because my left hand has been injured so it can't be as much as possible, I asked my coach for advice.

The coach tells you to throw with one hand but from the two points area. I will also get a legal push up 5 times if it fails. I immediately agreed to try with one hand over and over until I received 50 push ups. I felt my hands tremble, but I kept getting excited to try. I succeeded after a few tries, the coach immediately told the team to rest because it had been almost 4 hours we trained and the time had also entered Maghrib time. All gathered to be given a director, we all immediately gathered on the sidelines.

We were told to rest while stretching the muscles before the conversation began.

10 Minutes later.

We immediately broke up the road and permission to go home first to rest, prepare for the tournament tomorrow morning. We all finally went home.

30 Minutes of travel

When I finally got home, I took a shower and changed my clothes. Then I was told to eat dinner before going to bed. I immediately took a meal in the kitchen that was provided.

15 Minutes later.

I went back to the living room, when my father invited me to chat , I thought what was it, it was about the vehicle.

my father also immediately offered various brands of vehicles, I also chose a vehicle from a famous brand, with a capacity of 150cc, after all the deal , I immediately said "yes it has been awaited later , take a break there 'Tomorrow's your basketball semi-final",

I also said "yes sir ". After the conversation, I immediately entered the room and took a break.

I got up and took a shower because I woke up bad luck, I immediately rushed to take a shower and got ready to go to the tournament location 9:30 am.

I changed clothes and prepared the equipment. I immediately say goodbye and ask the prayers of my parents to be given ease in the match later. I rushed to the basketball game.

It turns out that there was another contest SMK Negeri 1 Balikpapan against SMK Negeri 2 Balikpapan. I went straight to the sidelines to see the game. I also saw the score while the match. SMK Negeri 1 Balikpapan who led the score in the second quarter .

While I was watching the match turned out from a distance I saw my ex again watching the match as well. I decided to go from the sidelines, I immediately looked around to find a seat that was far away and invisible to my ex.

The first match finished 2, the committee gave a break for 2 hours of lunch time. We gathered and coordinated. The coach gives instructions

" if we lose don't be sad, keep the spirit even though this is the last game for the 3rd class, but it will be able to motivate your Adek Adek if you get into this basketball team because it has been champion.

I also advise never underestimate your opponent even though he is weak though , keep the spirit and do not give up , give your best today whatever the result , we've tried our best to date.")l

We all went straight to the sidelines to wait for the next game to start in 2 hours.
