EPISODE 10: SELECTED PEOPLE Part 1 (FKO Organization Establishment)

A few weeks after that. It was time to come to the KNPI event in Balikpapan with my OSIS chairman. We ask permission of teachers who picket school to attend KNPI events in Balikpapan city. The next event is a school introduction session from Each of the Students who attended the KNPI event in Balikpapan city. One after another came forward to introduce their names and schools. After how long it was my turn and the head of OSIS came forward to introduce my school and our names.

All introduced the name and origin of the school, the event was continued by the speech of the vice mayor of Balikpapan, discussing about the Student Organization Forum in Balikpapan (FKO of Balikpapan City).

He also wants students and students of Balikpapan city to be active in organizing because there are students and young people who are selected to continue the struggle in the future.

After giving a speech, he immediately invited the students to ask questions related to organizations that are suitable to help other school organizations, but before the event began, it was time for lunch and prayer dhuhur. We are welcome to eat the food that has been prepared.

ME and the head of OSIS also went out of the room to do dhuhur prayer first. After the prayer we ate together and got to know each other.

We also chatted with each other and joked with laughter a few minutes later the event would start again and all went back into the room. Moments later the KNPI representative of Balikpapan city, provided information that there would be a creation of an organization for the representatives of each school. He gave a slide on the screen about the management and membership arrangements, he also told to hold a meeting with the students who came but because the time was already late afternoon, the event will be continued tomorrow, the event will be continued tomorrow, after that he closed the event and will give a meeting letter to be given to the school to allow students to attend the next meeting.

After all given a letter of meeting, we all went home, me and the head of OSIS immediately rushed home.

The head of the OSIS told me to give the school a meeting permit.

I immediately accepted the assignment from my OSIS Chairman. I'll give my license tomorrow to my school picket teacher.

Tomorrow I go to school to give a meeting permit to the teacher who picks the morning. I rushed to school, when I arrived at school. I immediately gave a meeting letter and asked permission not to enter the lesson today. The picket teacher immediately let me and my OSIS chairman go.

I rushed to the meeting location.

Upon arrival at the location already many who came including my OSIS chairman.I rushed to the hall room KNPI.

Upon arrival at the hall, I immediately filled out the guest book, after all I immediately entered the meeting room and I sat down next to the students from another school.

A few minutes later the show began ,

from outside the room came the vice chairman of KNPI,

he immediately sat in front of 'em, he also gave an organization book to each OSIS chairman to read. After he gave the book, then he gave a slide about the school organization that we will take care of. He told the name of the school organization we will take care of, the name of the organization we will take care of is FORUM KOMUNITASI SE-kota Balikpapan (FKO Se-kota Balikpapan). Furthermore, he told each student representative to come forward to record the students nominated as the chairman and vice chairman of the organization.

I'm going forward with the other students. We fill out the form provided, each form contains the position of the organization.

After completing the form, we immediately deliberated to choose who the chairman and vice chairman of the organization will be.

Then we negotiated, we already had names filling every department in the organization.

In this organization, 8 positions of the organization along with the name of the Chairman and Vice Chairman of the organization. We read one by one the chairman and representative of the organization.

Each Chairman is given until tomorrow to make their vision and mission. I also have to create a vision and a mission. After everything is done we have to find members of each position. We all held a private meeting but we asked KNPI representatives for permission. We were immediately given permission for a private meeting, he went straight out of the room. Finally we held a coordination meeting of anyone who would fill the available members of the office.

We coordinated the meeting for hours until the afternoon.

But because the time has entered the meal time and the time of Ashar prayer. We decided to continue later after eating and praying ashar.
