The Hospital Pharmacy
"Mr Gunanto.." call the pharmacist.
"Yes" I replied.
"This is your medicine. (while giving me the medicine I'm waiting for). It is drunk 3 times a day after meals. Hopefully it will heal soon", he added.
I put papa's medicine in a small bag.
"Hello, assalamu'alaikum" I said on the phone.
"Wa'alaikumsalam's chat. What's up, son?" ask mom across the phone.
"Daddy's medicine has been redeemed Rey. What do you and mom want to order? let Rey buy it" I asked.
"Neither do it. Just gohome. Be careful, mom closed. Assalamu'alaikum," mother's pinta.
"Wa'alaikumsalam" I replied. I put my phone in my pocket.
From far away I saw the figure of the girl I knew being pulled by a female doctor my age. "Who is he?? What's going on??" I was in a curious heart.
I followed them. Up to a corner room and really very quiet maybe no one even dares to just walk around here because next to exactly this room is a morgue.
How surprised I am. BRAKKKKKC... The woman closed the door hard. Maybe if there is a corpse in the morgue it can be shocked made. Actually don't want to listen to what they're talking about but this heart, this mind says something else. "I must listen to their conversation" I said inwardly.
Not finished my surprise earlier, now I see the nice and sweet girl being slapped hard. "O Allah, what else is this??, Astagfirullah", I cried in disbelief.
My heart was tight, hot, my face was red with anger. I would like to return the woman immediately with a slap that is harder than my hand. The girl fell on the floor. He just cried. I don't know why my heart feels such great pain. My chest is like being pierced by a sharp object even if it is a real sharp object or even hot lead, it hurts more. "Oh my God, can I go up to him and calm him down?" many frustrating.
I heard one by one what they were talking about. This ear was unable and no longer wanted to hear the curse and insults from the woman's mouth. "Oh my God, can you take her brother's life?? Can you punish him in your hell?? What is this thought??" my inner.
I can't stand it, I can't really see that nice girl being treated unfairly like this. I heard everything. Their family secrets. How lyrical. The girl who knows nothing must bear the guilt of her parents, the greed of her brother and stepmother.
The girl came out holding back her cries. He walked up to the end of the hospital corridor. Maybe his legs are weak no longer support his small body. I just wanted to get close, suddenly there was a man approaching. I really don't like.A I try to close my distance with them so I can know what they're talking about.
To keep them from suspecting me, I took the magazine I covered my face with it as if I were reading it when I wasn't.
"Sherin.." call him.
"Lho.. are you crying??" he said, and the hand wiped away the tears on the girl's cheek but was immediately smashed violently.
Not finished there, the man I knew by name Roy tried to forcefully pull and clutch the girl's wrist until she felt pain.
"Detach.release. Brother Roy!!!" snapped it.
"Ahh. aww is sick." he said grimacing."
"I'll never let you go, Sherin, because you know I like you a long time ago" she said.
I really couldn't bear to see the girl in pain because her wounds had not healed this morning.
"Hey, man. Let go of the girl's hand!!", my orders forced.
"It's none of your business, go!!", he said driving me away.
I quickly hit her in the face and immediately let go of the girl's hand.
"Are you okay??" manyworry. He just nodded.
We got out of that hospital. I left that jerk Roy in the corridor just now after he fell to the floor.
"Thank you" he said softly.
"Please don't call Om!!" my door.
"Reynan Gunanto" I said, introducing myself without shaking hands.
"Sherin om" he said once again pissed me off.
"Can't he not look at me as Om Om. I am not married, I am still young. Hadehhhh.."my inner.
"Call Rey" I asked.
"All right, um, I mean sister. Thank you for helping me so many times. Next time I will repay the kindness of my brother. Thank you", he said, bowing his body.
"If so, excuse me, brother. Assalamu'alaikum", saying.
He also passed to the bus stop across from this hospital. I have not had time to answer his greetings and offer to take him home, he first took the bus. Maybe today was really a tiring day for him. "Wa'alaikumsalam", I replied late.
