Rion smiled at the presence of the woman he had always been waiting for. Rion remembers how she was taken by her grandmother to meet someone she said was 'important'.
"It's been a long time, Rebecca."
His soft-sounding voice entered unexcusedly into Rion's ears. The foreign woman wearing a red robe in her simple dress flicked the red hood and let her face be seen.
For the water of the golden river he dreamed of last night. Rion swear. The woman who still looked young in front of him looked very charming in his eyes. The thin smile he gave made the tiny ticking of Rion's hang uncharacteristically.
Seeing his grandson fascinated by the appearance of the author who always produces the best book throughout the year in various genres of the story. With her wrinkled hands she touched her granddaughter's head to wake up and said to Leila who was busy securing the bookstore that didn't change much, "Miss Felix, it's good to see you again."
"How was your day? Did I trouble you again?"
Rebecca, that grandmother's name could only sigh beakily. He hit me on the shoulder which showed how tired he was, "well, you always make me surprised by your ideas that I can't guess."
"Hahaha, then—"
"So, next time don't go straight home after giving the script, please. My age is not young anymore, "sighs at the end of the grandmother with Rion staring at the change of grandmother and woman who managed to charm it.
"Hehe, I'm sorry. I was busy at the time and you know that I stole the time to come here."
Rebecca sighed again and Rion boldly asked her grandmother, "Grandmother, who is this beautiful Miss?"
Hearing that, of course, the two chuckled at hearing that. After all, when Rebecca first said that to Miss Felix.
Rebecca stroked the top of her grandson's head. Someone who was chosen from among many other children and grandchildren, "there is no way you don't know him. His work you often read when."
"I read often? But I read a lot of books. Grandma knows."
"Well, what do you like best?"
"Umm, 'The Lantern and the Light'."
"And who is the author?"
"Of course Mr. B. Felix!" Rio exclaimed excitedly which made Leila who heard could not help but smile.
"And this woman in front of you is Him. Come on, greet him."
"E-EEHHHH??!!!"
Seeing the reaction that Leila once again saw made a huge smile.
"Sorry if I make your expectations fall young man. Unfortunately I am a woman" said Leila because in this world to her knowledge only men can get knowledge.
Leila knows. From the stories of the first generation all his readers thought he was a man. Leila was not worried. He only wanted his work to be read other than himself and the inhabitants of the Holy Land, that was all.
"Good, Rion. This is what I made. I also made a map picture."
Rio immediately received the stack of papers that he thought of that little bit. But more than he thought. Her grandmother had told her not to be surprised by the amount Miss Felix sent. Because he always gave some manuscripts for their selection. However, all the stories he made could not be left in the corner of the room alone.
"Is there a problem this time?"
That's a question Leila routinely says. He always used a pseudonym outside the forest. This has become his habit. Using a pen name like in his previous life.
"Well, you know. Recently, the newspaper reported about your age. We from the publisher try with all our might to maintain your privacy."
"Well, then? It's the same as before, right?"
"Yes... You're not wrong either. Everyone thinks you are the longest living person in the world. Given this how many years have been missed since the first book came out."
Rion won't be reading that script now. He would make the most of his time with idols he had admired all along to chat.
"Have it hidden. Later as before, the wind passes."
"Well, you should know. This is the umpteenth time we get an official letter from the kingdom for you to come to a party or just a tea party. You know also how we with heavy hearts should give them the same excuse."
"Just tell me if Mr. Felix is busy breathing. Why is it so hard?"
"That's the problem, miss." Rion could not help his gloomy aura.
"Well, just ignore it. They are just kids."
It's just in your eyes, please! "So, uhuk! Want to enjoy a cup of tea?" Tawar Rion who was always nervous to invite the woman in front of him.
Leila narrowed her eyes and ruffled her waist, "are you not married," seeing Rion's reaction made Leila smile, "don't think I don't know. Even though my residence is very remote. However, big news like someone like you can't possibly not be heard."
"Y-yes, then why? After all you also did not come to my wedding party either or the anniversary of this publisher."
"... Right too."
Leila slowly got up from her seat. "Yes, I want to go home. Don't forget you sent it to my savings, okay. I've always been watching him, "give a serious look at dealing with money.
But, Rion had managed to hold Leila off for longer this time. Rion accompanied Leila around the old bookstore which was for important people only. Rio took Leila to the second floor where there was a circular window where he could see the capital square from here.
A small table with chairs facing each other, accompanied by a cup of jasmine tea that all the successors of this bookstore knew.
Leila took a deep breath of that soothing scent, "ahh, you know what I need."
"It's our tradition to remember what you've always liked while you're at this store, Miss."
Leila sipped the still hot tea quietly. Only in this place can he drink jasmine tea. Until something unexpected made him sinlessly spout his tea which was still inside the mouth onto the young face of Rion.
Stoicly Rion smiled and took out a handkerchief to wash her face.
Leila rubbed the corner of her mouth, "Who came today besides me, huh?!" Leila's whisper heard very clearly the sound of bells sign someone had just entered the store.
Rion who was still smiling even though in his heart he was very upset that a guest like him had forgotten to come today.
"Ahh, a special guest," Rion whispered back after washing half the tea on her face.
"Special guest?" muttered Leila who felt strange.
"A noble from above who is interested in your story."
"A noble? You're kidding, aren't you? How could a noble possibly read a novel? You just hit your head, didn't you?"
Still whispering Rio's reply, "no, I've just been sprayed tea by you."
With no sin Leila replied, "oh, I was on purpose. Uh! I mean I didn't mean it!"
The baritone voice that was clearly heard made Leila sure that it was a man.
"Rion's?"
How could a man plus a noble carry a novel!
No way!
The man who was still wearing his hooded robe was about to take off his robe. However, seeing the red robe perched there like Rion was serving other guests.
"No need to rush. I can wait."
Because like this guest is more special because usually every date today this store will be quiet and only he special guests who come today.
"W-how is this Rion?! Why didn't you tell me that a guest was coming today?!" whispered Leila who with a surprised expression was not playing.
"I forgot, sorry."
"How could you forget?!"
"Well, how else? If you're noisy, you'll get caught, will you?"
"Of course not."
"Then please shut up and don't leave until I pick you up."
"O-okay, hurry!" whispered Leila was full of emphasis and drove Rion to quickly solve guest—problem for Leila.
"Just calm. Leave all this to Rion."
Unfortunately your face cannot be trusted for now, staring at how Rion's confident expression made Leila even more unsure.
