LEILA'S DREAM: Three Possibilities

LEILA'S DREAM: Three Possibilities
CHAPTER 21: OUR TWO LITTLE SECRETS (3)

Leila turned to the side right where Noah's window that she had closed showed a view of the night sky. The first perfectly visible moon is slowly covered by dark clouds. The night wind sounded very clear tonight. Looks like a storm is coming.

"It's late and you need to sleep for your growth period" Leila said with an annoying smile in Noah's eyes.

"Shut your mouth, Leila! Just hearing your voice pisses me off."

For the umpteenth time Noah snorted dislike and turned his face away from the attitude of the woman who had just the first time upset him to this extent.

"Thank you, hehe."

"I'm not praising you to know!"

"Ah, you're so good at flattering as the twins," Leila held the side of her face shyly recalling the twins who always managed to make her smile.

"really? Waitaminute! That's not what I mean don't switch the conversation, Leila! I'm definitely older than you!"

Seeing Noah's rejection makes Leila very anxious and reminds her of Arden as she always tries to ask about unique plants that are actually very poisonous.

"And where should I trust him to try?"

"I...." Noah looked at Leila carefully. There's no harm in him telling people his biggest secret, isn't it, "Did you remember that bedtime story you brought to the twins?"

"Which one? I told you a lot of things?"

"What about this kingdom before it was formed."

Now Leila remembered, "Oh yeah, the hero is like that comrade-in-arms, why?"

"The person who was given the sentence do you remember?"

"What a traitor, why?"

For some reason from behind it felt like an arrow had just pierced his heart. Although Noah knew, but Leila said it so casually.

"... That's me."

"Huh?"

"That's me. I am , a leader who instead they accuse me and betray me," Noah recalled a memory in the past that made him reminisce briefly given how they spent time in front of the bonfire, "I secluded myself to a remote place and made a protective wall until the end of my life until a large army attacked my territory, and it was the first King of Everuz. My former comrade in arms."

"Wait, what?! It can't be!" Leila screamed until the woman got up from her seat staring at Noah as if she could not believe what he had just said. But everything he said was real.

Seeing Noah's gaze that was not at all wavering and continuing to tell about it made Leila start to slowly believe.

"Before I die I use the forbidden magic that binds my soul and makes me reincarnate until the end of this world, perhaps?"

"You mean...." Leila stared at the horror of the man who was still daydreaming about remembering past memories while telling her past. Of course it managed to make his heart beat twice as fast.

If what Noah said was true, then Leila could not imagine what the man had gone through so far.

"I was born and I died, I can count thousands of times."

"Stop...." Leila's trembling voice Noah could hear in the room that contained only the two of them.

Noah's ears were deaf for that minute as well. The man continued to say what he had been holding up, "Because the little girl named Leila, who was transparent, who was always present on summer nights made me manage to make it this far."

The deg!

Leila now felt this world was no longer what she wrote. This was much more than what he actually wrote.

His slightly trembling hands Noah could see. It seemed like this woman who was still in shock was looking at Noah in disbelief.

"Leila?" It feels a bit strange to say the same name.

"Yes, I live to find him, because if I think his form that is always present on summer nights is spirit-shaped and his body must be in this world," lirih Noah who feels the craziest person in this world, because only a child who likes to tease him he is willing to do so far.

Still Noah remembers for the first time he had a dream other than about his past. Noah, who was sitting by the window staring at the moon, saw how the little girl had grown into an adult woman with a very alarming appearance.

Silence filled the void between the two of them. Leila stared in disbelief at Noah. Noah lowered his head to recall the remaining memories of that night.

"Wait a minute, don't-don't... You think I'm Leila."

"Sorry...."

The soft apology that seemed to whisper could be heard in the middle of this silence.

"Bright... But, I'm not the Leila you're referring to." Leila said by rubbing the side of her elbow feeling guilty for Noah hoping for the same person here.

"But your soul." Noah raised his head to look at Leila who had the same facial features as his dream with a better appearance of course, "You have the most and brightest of all the red-blonde women I've ever met."

"But, I'm not her," to be honest, Leila didn't like Noah likening herself to his Leila.

"I remember. The girl always comes with her jet black mane just like I have now. However, he said that he had a red mane, just like his father. So, all my life, I've been looking for those traits. That's all I have information on" said Noah, who grew increasingly shrewd at the end.

There was no sentence that suited Noah other than, "I admire you."

If she could be as lucky as Leila Noah meant, then she would be the happiest woman in the world, Leila guaranteed. After all her perseverance in searching for her Leila made her successfully touched.

"Yes, even though my name is the same as the girl you've been looking for all this time. If I manage to find the girl you're referring to, I'll bring her here and tell you" Leila said, scratching the back of her neck. The nervousness, envy, and amazement become one.

Leila thinks men like Noah exist in fiction, but they do.

"Thank you, Leila," a sincere thank you note stunned Leila. Seeing how that thin smile had managed to shake his heart for a moment.

Leila cursed herself to harbor that awe deep in her heart. She was afraid, she was afraid that this sense of awe would start to turn into something she wanted to prevent.

Feeling in love.

Leila began to forget how she felt.

"Hey, fellow people who have lived this long we must help each other. Oh sorry, I'm the one who lived a long life here you've been dead many times, hahahaha."

His laughter that managed to melt the atmosphere made them both feel better.

"I'm pulling my ass when you're a good person."

"Thank you, I'm flattered."

"Women suck."

"Thank you."

"That's not a compliment you know!"

"Noah, you're so funny~"

"Stop treating like a kid!"

"Come on, you're the twins' father. It's like your nature was broken into three parts owned by the twins."

"Can... You tell them more?" Noah's great-grandson was embarrassed to start talking about the twins.

"This is my first time being a father."

"Huh?! Really?!" Leila looked at Noah in disbelief.

"Is my face like I'm joking now?" Staring annoyed Leila who always played him.

"But you've lived a long time?"

"And you too, remember?"

"Hey, my case is different. I can't interact with the outside world. Even out the Misty Forest could be calculated by dozens of times over 3000 years."

"Well, this was a real accident?" Noah threw his back in relief after telling his story for the first time.

"You mean?" Leila could see Noah staring at the ceiling of her room.

"I got married to Rumi Seena because she has very precise traits like Leila and Hahh...."

"Why are you breathing out?"

Noah averted his gaze now staring at the most interesting scene in this room, "If it wasn't for that little boy lacking in affection. Maybe the accident won't happen."

"So, you mean?"

Noah begins to get annoyed with Leila pretending to not understand here, "It was a celebration party held, Calix. He kept giving me alcohol and taking me to the room where Rumi was drunk too, andβ€”"

"Stop! I know where this is going, "cut Leila with a shadow that only adults can do. His face that was reddish not because of drunkenness made Noah grin, "I'm sorry for you but, I want to give a thumbs up for that kid named Calix."

"You're so happy to see me miserable."

"Ohh, sure! It's clear!" Leila cried with a big smile.

"Leila's."

The way Noah called out his name could make Leila opium if it goes on like this.

"Did you remember? You're the one who brought me to this mansion and got me stuck in two places in this world" said Leila who was feeling depressed actually.

"You mean?" Now Noah changed to look at Leila who was still faithful standing across his hands in front of his chest.

"I can only stay in this manison of yours and the Holy Land alone. If more, I will definitely return these two places. Even just on a certain day I can see the outside world" Leila said, with a deep sigh. Just thinking about it made Leila feel even more depressed.

After a private discussion they just threw and ended with a look at each other made the two chuckle at the end. A feeling of relief felt for the first time after seeing life and death come. It feels like the burden on the shoulders feels lighter now.

"Any no," Leila wiped the corner of her watery eyes.

"About?" Noah asked after adjusting his breath.

"Suddenly we can have a close conversation like this."

"... You're right."

They both reminded each other of memories in the same past that were so bitter and hard to forget.

"Are you not tired?" Leila asked as she felt they had spent so long.

"Little."

"Sleep" Leila said attentively.

"Aren't you tired?" Now Noah changed to look at Leila who looked still cheerful.

"I'm never physically tired." He answers by offering to pick up a shirt for Noah in the closet.

"I doubt it." Noah sat down while pointing at the sleeping clothes Leila was about to take.

"It may sound strange but, I don't need to eat. Even before coming to this mansion I only ever drank tea to train alone." Leila gave Noah the nightgown that the man happily accepted.

"That's crazy." Noah shook his head and stood behind the restrictions to change clothes.

"Crazy you." Leila turned her body so as not to see the silhouette of Noah's body that he could not deny if it was very good.

Shortly after that Noah came out in more appropriate clothes. How Leila was able to stay sane with the kimono that was worn out after taking a bath Noah continued to wear during the chat.

Give Leila the trophy for not fainting. After several times accidentally seeing the man's torn bread.

Leila could hear from behind her back Noah's tired voice. Leila turned around and saw that the man was already on the verge of his limit to come to a realization.

"Sleep." Leila arranged the bed just as she did to the twins unknowingly.

"You...?" Noah walked over to Leila and prevented the woman's hand from preparing her bed, "You too, don't force yourself."

"I have to go back to work" said Leila, because she felt that the volume of her voice was even larger, which would make Noah feel disturbed.

Leila pulled Noah to lie down immediately, and of course Noah who was very tired of this day accepted it with pleasure.

"If you're tired... Stop for a moment, there's no harm in resting undaunted," lrih Noah with at the end yawned with a view that began to blur.

"Thank you." Leila felt grateful for the night she spent with Noah.

"Good night... Leila's."

"Good night Noah, may the Leila you mean soon be found." With a sense of envy that Leila herself desperately wanted to deny.

"I was expecting it."

Leila patted Noah's blanket so that the man could pick up his sleeping flowers.

"Great dreams, ."

Noah had not heard that nickname for a long time.

"Beautiful dreams, too, ." Noah's reply ended by closing his eyes with a calm expression for a long time. I think tonight feels like a dream. The two of them were able to chat with each other casually.
