Doctor Smith checked Kirana's vital condition. The wound on the girl's right leg is getting worse. He removed the bandage and replaced it with a new one. Tomorrow he will take Kirana to the hospital where she works for the cast.
Kirana's clothes were almost drenched due to the sea water. Fearing Kirana's pneumonia, Smith's doctor immediately picked up a towel and a thick blanket. He dried Kirana's body with a towel and then covered her. Doctor Smith was injecting a liquid filled with medicine when Kirana began to wake up.
Kirana's head felt swirling as she opened her eyes. The light that is too bright highlights the retina is so dazzling that it has to squint. Pain from the syringe is felt when it penetrates the skin.
“How are you feeling now?” ask Smith's doctor when he's done with the syringe.
Kirana blinked her eyes. He tried to sit. Doctor Smith gave her a glass of warm water. Kirana found her body shrouded. He looks around. A mini-sized check room with very limited and simple medical equipment. The room was 2x2.5 square meters. There's a small window. The walls are painted white. A high-legged bed, a glass cabinet containing medicines and documents as well as a small table with an armless chair.
Smith's doctor never withdrew the bill for the health services provided. Because he himself is prohibited from opening the practice openly, then he left his small warehouse as a practice room to help beach people who suffered minor injuries due to playing on the beach and minor illness.
“Drink it, you’ll feel better, ” Doctor Smith offers a glass of that warm water once again.
Kirana was still doubtful to the foreign man who worked as a doctor. He really can't trust anyone for now. However, he was alone with the man who offered kindness.
With doubts still attached to the stranger, he received the glass filled with warm water. He drank it slowly.
Is correct. The warm water calmed him down. His cold body was now warmer. It feels more comfortable. Doctor Smith pulled out a chair and sat down in front of Kirana.
“I don't know what you're doing, you're almost dead! Can you imagine being careless like that?” doctor Smith took a deep breath slightly irritated.
Kirana lowered her head, she bit her lower lip. Not long after that, he came back. Doctor Smith swallowed. He misbehaved and cursed his stupidity that spoke too much with emotion in the girl who was still in recovery.
“Hey, relax. No cry. Alright I won't be so hard on you,” Doctor Smith held onto both of Kirana's shoulders and stared fixedly at her.
Kirana stopped sobbing with both her hands clutching hard a glass filled with warm water. Just a little stronger, it is certain that the glass will break.
“Can you trust me? I'm not the evil stranger you think I am.” Doctor Smith lowered both of his hands from Kirana's shoulders onto the two arms of the girl.
Kirana nodded.
“Your right leg is broken. Tomorrow I will take you to the hospital to receive better treatment.”
Kirana looked at her right foot. He nodded in understanding. Doctor Smith smiled with relief.
“So, what’s your name?” ask Dr Smith.
Kirana.
“Where did you come from and how did you get seriously injured and float in the middle of the ocean?” continued Dr Smith.
Kirana returned terrified and her body shivered.
“Nona? Can you hear me?” doctor Smith was astonished.
Kirana's face paled. Both of his eyes moved quickly to the right and to the left. Lips trembling.
“Good. I won't ask for your current identity.”
“Doctor Smith...!!” Machita broke down the door to Smith's doctor's office.
At once Kirana jumped in shock while throwing a glass at Doctor Smith and fortunately Doctor Smith dexterously deflected it, until the glass fell and broke. Machita suffocated to see the glass that had floated. His eyes widened when he saw Kirana there.
“We searched you all over the beach. Can't you understand, how worried is mummy?” Machita grumbles in annoyance regardless of the state of Kirana who stands in fear behind the body of Doctor Smith.
“I can explain Machita. He passed out on the beach, his condition was not good. Speak and act calmly so that he does not get scared. Take her home and take good care of her. ”
Machita breathed a long breath.
“Sorry to both you, ” said. Doctor Smith nodded.
Machita reached out and said, “Let’s go home. Mummy will be anxious if we don't come back soon.”
Kirana looked up at the doctor Smith asking for an opinion which the man then answered with a nod. Kirana receives Machita's hand. The fifteen-year-old girl reached out and helped Kirana walk towards their little cottage.

Arriving at home, Madam Joyce almost screamed happy to see Kirana back home in good condition. He was very anxious if anything happened to Kirana. She immediately hugged and kissed Kirana on both cheeks as they arrived at the door.
“Look at your clothes, you must be cold. Come here baby, you have to change clothes and drink hot chocolate.” Madam Joyce immediately made hot chocolate and had Machita lend her clothes.
Kirana wears a long-sleeved knitting outfit with Machita's wide orange skirt. Machita's clothes are great for her. Because the weather is in spring in October, and the temperature ranges from 18-22 degrees Celsius, it is quite cold.
He drank hot chocolate with great pleasure. The feeling is more relaxed and comfortable when drinking chocolate.
Madam Joyce sat looking at Kirana. He brought a comb.
“Can I comb your hair, my dear?” madam Joyce asked permission politely.
Kirana nodded slowly. Madam Joyce smiled, gently her book-nailed hand combing Kirana's half-dry jet-black hair.
“You have very beautiful hair,” praise madam Joyce.
He tied up into one straight hair Kirana. Although Kirana did not wear a powder mat though and the injuries from the accident are still visible, at least now she looks neat, clean and beautiful.
“He looks like an Asian. How about we call you Miss Asia?” goda Paulo's. Madam Joyce hits Paulo's arm lightly.
“Don't insult, she must have a prettier name. Don't call with a strange name,” blame madam Joyce. Paulo giggling.
“Mum, the bed is ready,” says Machita.
“Okey, thank you, Darl. We don't have much room, Machita will share a room with you. Go to sleep,” said madam Joyce touching Kirana's cheek.
Machita helps drive Kirana to her room. “Sorry. There's no more room here. This is a bad room. But I'm comfortable here.” Machita patted a pillow for Kirana. Kirana gave a smile of gratitude. For him to get a place to stay is already grateful enough.

The sea breeze breaks the waves that roll towards the beach. The sky was quite bright and millions of stars scattered like falling jewels splattered on the dance floor. The temperature at the turn of time is increasing.
The sound waves are becoming more clear. A ticking clock dominates an increasingly quiet room. Kirana and Machita both fell asleep in a thick blanket.
The difference is, Machita is not dreaming anything, it means he is in a state of delta, the subconscious is the best. Quality sleep quality. Instead, Kirana was covered in sleeping flowers that adorned every pause of her breath.

“Kirana, can we talk for a minute?” call Kezia in the classroom while Kirana is tidying up her little violin.
It was lunch break when violin class was over. Kirana will head to the cafeteria following her two friends, Erika and Gisel.
Kirana followed the young teacher to the office. Kezia sat down in his place and handed him a piece of paper. An invitation from a group of musicians at the Sydney Opera House.
“What is this, Brother?” kirana asked in half a whisper. Kezia smile.
“You entered an Indonesian representative orchestra group to perform there. The spring stage. You will soloist there,” replied Kezia.
“A..what? a..ku? enter what? so what?” Kirana stuttered nervously still in disbelief.
“Iya Kirana's. From now on practice even better, because you will sing solo for us there.” Kezia.
“But, why should I ? wasn't... Damar or Sonya?” kirana asked, feeling that she was still not capable, not comparable to her seniors Damar and Sonya who had toured Europe.
He was still in shock not playing. Kezia smiled understandingly.
“Unfortunately, they can't. They got an invitation in New York.”
“But..kakak sure to choose me?”
“Here, who else sings seriosa better than them except you?” ask Kezia reassuringly.
Kirana came out of the teacher's office with a face that looked like she was in the most beautiful dream ever. From that day on, his sleep was a little unsettled so happy to count the days until the day of his departure to Sydney. That day was the most beautiful reality of his life that is now just a dream piece on every cold night.

Kirana was so frightened that she squeezed Kezia's hand so hard. Kezia himself was afraid but he was more able to control himself and tried to calm his students. Kezia is intentional about taking the life jacket under the chair and putting it on Kirana.
The state of the aircraft was not as expected, the right wing spewing sparks. Right next to Kezia and Kirana sat down. Kezia screamed in shock and it made the other passengers even more frightened. Kezia tried to calm his entourage.
But all of that was in vain. The plane dived sharply into the Indian Ocean, a fire on the wing made it detach from the fuselage and it made things worse. A senior flight attendant instructed passengers to head immediately to the evacuation doorway after he had orders from the pilot if the plane was going to explode.
The passengers had not been able to get to the evacuation route, the plane lost its balance so before falling into the sea within ten seconds, he had rotated five times until the people in it were piled with other goods and bodies. At once Kirana was unconscious and she did not remember what was going on while she realized that she was above the vast ocean.
“Hhhh Kirana wakes up from a nightmare. Breathing jostled. His body was sweating cold sweat. His eyes.
Machita squirms next to him. Kirana looked at the wall clock. At 3am local time. He rubbed the sweat on his forehead. Kirana is back. He again dissolved in fear and the body shivered.

At six o'clock in the morning Machita woke up, he felt his bed was spacious. Machita. He'll wake up soon. Kirana sat in the corner of the room. Machita frowned.
“Heii.. what are you doing here?” tanya Machita crouched down. Kirana is terrified. Machita grunts annoyed. He came out to wash his face.
“I don't know what we should do. He looks scared all the time. What if we take him to a mental institution?” machita said to Madam Joyce who was making tortillas.
“You think she's a crazy girl?” madam Joyce asked in surprise. He was shaking his waist when his hands were full of flour.
“Maybe.”
“Yes God. How can you think so badly? listen to me, she's just traumatized by something that's happened to her. Maybe he was the victim of an accident or a tourist who washed away while swimming? we don't know. But we have to keep looking after him,” madam Joyce back on the tortilla batter that's almost done. Machita snorted resignedly.
“Good. I'm going to see Doctor Smith. He's the doctor,”ujar Machita while glancing towards the room, where Kirana shortened in the corner.
After taking a bath, Machita prepared to go to Smith's doctor's house. Madam Joyce has finished making some tortilla sheets and mole sauce. He was preparing the Enchilada with a filling of Spanish rice, meat and cheese.
“Hmm..yummy.” Machita sniffed the stinging Spanish rice. “I'm going first, Mum. Maybe Doctor Smith would like to have breakfast with us.” Machita grabbed his scarf and walked out the door.
“Actually it is not the doctor Smith who wants to eat with us, but he who wants to eat with him,” Paulo whispered while smiling at the madam Joyce. Madam Joyce just frowned not understanding.
