The atmosphere around the hotel swimming pool looks quiet with dim lighting. Only a few decorative lights from the bottom of the pool are turned on so as to give a sparkling effect on the water.

Jazz music is heard from the stereo on the wall. Edric forbade anyone from entering the pool area except interested employees.

As soon as Jane arrived, Edric did not turn his head straight at her. He was enjoying a glass of Negroni, a drink that Jane had recommended when they first met.

Jane has to move faster before her relationship with Edric gets more intense. Remembering her conversation back then made Jane think a thousand times. Will he be introduced to Edric's parents? Surely Gil Harisson will not stay silent because he is also the one who arranges business matchmaking for his own son.
