Chapter 8: The New Family

"How's this? if Tristan finds out I'm causing trouble, I'll be out of trouble!" said Tania biting her fingertips while pacing around in the room.

Tania's phone vibrated with an incoming call. With doubt Tania answered her phone.

"Ha. Hello!," said Tania stammeringly.

"*How are you Tania!?, why haven't you been telling me these few months?," asked someone from across the phone.

"Oh I'm fine, sorry I didn't tell you I was busy enjoying my vacation" Tania said.

The sound of Tania's child crying.

"Where are you now? why is there a baby crying?,"

"Oh I'm at a friend's house now, she's got a cute baby! I was busy before. Bye!," said Tania.

"Bye. I'll visit you later!."

The phone connection was also cut off.

Tania put down her phone and took care of her baby who was fussy because after the immunization earlier.

"I will make another calculation with you Velia even this time your entire family will feel the consequences!." Tania grumbled inwardly.

David stood up. Luna had not yet spoken of hitting the dining table hard.

David and Velia were shocked.

"Enough you two!! can't you get along for a second, you're making my appetite disappear!!" Luna snapped.

Velia and David were silent. It turned out that Luna could be angry at them as well.

"Do you want me to marry you two!?!?" continued Luna.

David and Velia shook their heads.

"I want to go back to country A" said Velia.

"Just go home! you continue to trouble me!," said David ketus.

Luna sneered at her temple as she said. "As much as you! destroyed this house too I don't care.

Luna plans to move into the family room. When about to step Luna was surprised to see Mom and Daddy sitting on the sofa while eating a snack.

"Mom! Dad!," cried Luna.

David and Velia who heard Luna turned their heads.

"What are Mommy and Daddy doing there?" David scrunched his forehead.

"We were watching a romantic comedy scene on Live Stream!" Jordan replied as he put a snack in his mouth.

"Let's continue!," orders Elleana.

Luna sat down next to Mommy and whispered. "Mom I'd rather kill the enemies of the village alone than take care of them both. I'm giving it up Mom!,"

"Let's continue! why stop?" exclaimed Luna, making the two of them throw their faces at each other.

"Here we come together here" asked Elleana.

They sat together on the family room couch.

The silence made the atmosphere tense.

David felt bad. "Don't they really want to marry me to the devil?" he thought.

"I just want to go home, ma'am, my parents must be worried!" said Velia.

"We've already met your parents Ve and they're allowing you to stay here for a while even the next few years or forever no problem.

You can go back there anytime and come back here whenever you want" Elleana said, making David's feelings even more unpleasant.

"You've been considered part of our family" Elleana continued.

Velia was stunned to hear Elleana's words. Unlike David who felt unacceptable.

"Why does all this mean? I don't accept this matchmaking!" exclaimed David and got up from his seat.

Jordan, Elleana and Luna simultaneously covered their mouths holding back a laugh.

Velia looked at David and said. "Silly."

"Hey Son of a bitch, your mind is too far away!," said Jordan then laughed.

David was wrong. He smiled stiffly and sat back down. "You're right Dad!," David's inner.

"So now I'm like a foster child?" asked Velia.

"It can be said that, so now call us Mommy and Daddy just like David and Luna" Elleana replied.

"I have a new sister!" cried Luna.

"I have a sister too!" said Velia and hugged Luna.

"Sister Luna!," said Velia and released her embrace.

"So Mom went for this?" asked Luna who was nodding back by Elleana.

Velia turned towards David.

"Sister David!," said Velia with a spoiled tone made up. David shakes to hear it.

"Sister David!," said Velia once again.

David got up from his seat and left.

"Where is David going?" exclaimed Velia.

"Street!!," David replied as he continued walking.

"Sister David I'm coming!," Velia followed David's steps.

David took a long breath.

"Basic bullies!." grumbled David

Luna followed them both.

"I'm coming too.!" exclaim Luna.

The three of them entered David's car.

Luna and Velia were sitting in the back seat this time David was carrying the car.

"Let's go, driver!!" ordered Velia.

David rolled his eyeballs.

Their car drove away from the palace-like house.

"Where are we going?" asked David.

"We just go to the beauty clinic!, it's been a long time since I've been treated, someone will tell me to keep saying!," Velia said.

"Alright new sister!," David replied and then slightly increased the speed.

"I'll just come!," said Luna who did not want to add to the rowdy atmosphere.

David plays pop music along the way making Velia sleepy and eventually fall asleep.

Luna occasionally looked back, she felt that someone was following them.

"David beware!," said Luna.

"Yes my brother I know, I realize their existence from earlier for now we remain calm as long as there is no resistance from them first" replied David.

"You're right, Velia is also with us!" said Luna.

"Is your car a weapon that can be used?" continued Luna.

"Of course my brother is always ready, but unfortunately this car is not bulletproof so be careful!," said David while watching the rearview mirror.

Hearing David's words, Luna lowered her body so that her head would not be hit by gunfire. He also placed the sleeping head of Velia onto his lap.

Luckily her enemy had no movement until at the beauty clinic that Velia wanted.

"It's a good thing they didn't follow us here!" said Luna.

David breathed a sigh of relief and woke up Velia who was fast asleep.
