Chapter 40: The Sudden Attack

After sending some photos to Tania, Velia came over to Revan who was sitting in the waiting chair while bowing her head.

''Revan!," call Velia.

Revan puffed his head then looked at Velia in surprise. ''What are you doing here??,"

''I'm the prospective owner of this hospital too!!," said Velia unknowingly.

''I mean, I came to accompany David!," he continued with a stiff smile.

"This mouth loves to betray me!," he said.

"What are you doing here??, is Tania sick??" Velia said, pretending not to know.

"I accidentally bumped into that person, so I brought him here because this is the nearest hospital!" Revan said, staring at Velia.

"You're getting prettier, Ve, if there's no Tania coming into our relationship, we're definitely going to be together to be a happy little family" Revan said.

The doctor called Revan. "Master, you can already meet her!,"

Revan then stood up. "How's the doctor doing?,"

"Everything is fine, just a few stitches and the rest are just scratched so you have to keep control of the wound for the next few days!" the doctor explained.

"Thank you Doctor!," replied Revan.

"I'm sorry, sir!" said the doctor, then lowered his head slightly towards Velia. "Young lady excuse me!," then the doctor left.

Velia also replied to the doctor by nodding her head.

"Is this really your hospital??" asked the curious Revan.

"Yes, this will be his too!" said a man with his baritone voice .

They both looked at the source of the voice. The man seemed to be walking towards them.

"David!!" cried Velia as she ran towards David. He then wrestled in David's arm.

Revan who saw Velia's attitude suddenly felt hot. However, Revan still has feelings for Velia even though it is not as big as before.

"Let's go!," David then walked away from Revan while embracing Velia's shoulder.

"Udah freelin!," said Velia, taking off her burly arms as they reached the parking lot.

"Why??" wondered David.

''It's heavy!," Velia's reason for getting into the car and so does David. The two of them finally left the hospital then headed to the Red Dragon headquarters.

On the other hand Revan met the woman he hit earlier. ''I'll take you home,"

The woman shook her head. ''I can go home by myself!, you don't have to bother driving me!,"

''Don't refuse, this is my responsibility!,"

''Alright!,"

Revan held the woman up to the car.

"This man is so kind," the woman looked at the face of the man who was carrying her. He reflexively draped his arm around Revan's neck so as not to fall.

Revan then helped the woman get into the car after which she also got in.

He drove his car out of the hospital.

"Who's your name??" asked Revan while focusing on driving the car.

"I'm Yumi!" replied the woman.

"I'm Revan!," while looking towards Yumi.

"Where is your house?" he continued.

"It's not far from here!, later I will show you the way, sorry well Revan has made you bother!," said Yumi while bowing her head feeling bad with the man beside her.

Revan smiles. "I don't mind!,"

Revan's car stopped at a minimalist house with a very beautiful courtyard.

"Thank you for driving me!" Yumi said as soon as she got out of the car.

Revan takes out his cell phone and gives it to Yumi. "I need your phone number to call you if you want control of the doctor!,"

Yumi hesitantly picks up Revan's phone and saves her phone number.

"I'll call you!" said Revan, taking his phone and driving to his previously delayed destination.

Yumi went inside the house. A middle-aged woman approached Yumi.

"Why are you?" said the middle-aged woman worriedly.

"I'm fine Auntie!," Yumi replied as she continued to walk into the room.

"You just take a break if you do!" said Aunt Yumi.

Along the way to the headquarters of David and Velia filled with laughter.

"I want to continue like this with you Velia!," David's inner voice as he stared at the beautiful woman beside him.

"Daddy wants to come to the base too, right??" asked Velia.

"Yes, he wanted to look around the situation at the headquarters!," David replied.

Only a few kilo meters more their cars both get to the headquarters, but when entering the road that is quite quiet their cars are stopped by several cars.

David stopped the car. He held Velia's hand. "You're always ready for this kind of situation??,"

"Of course!," Velia then took out some weapons as well as David.

Several men came out of the car raining down on David's car with bullets.

Fortunately, Jordan had told his assistant to complete the safety of all the cars in his house so that the small bullet did not penetrate David's car.

Velia opened a little window and then returned fire from her enemy. The enemies are falling.

Feeling pressured their enemy took out a small ball into David's car. The ball stopped in front of the car, which was a few yards away from David's car.

"What is that?" asked Velia and turned to David.

"Soak down!!," cried David.

Duaarr.

A bomb explodes leaving all of David's car glass shattered and their car slammed.

David was slowly unconscious. He vaguely saw Velia who was still conscious was shot by her enemy and then brought into their car and David was unconscious.

Shortly thereafter several car troupes came to David's location. A woman got out of the car and ran to David's car.

"David!!..David!!..," he cried hysterically at the sight of his brother unconscious, scarred and covered in blood.

Luna searches for Velia's whereabouts but does not find her. "Their ramming brought Velia!," luna growled.

"You guys come fast!!," Luna called Carlos and Alden.

Alden and Carlos were very surprised to see David's condition, even though they immediately helped Luna lift David's body and took him into the car.

Luna rushed her sister to the hospital, while the rest looked for clues to Velia's whereabouts.

Luna looked pale because she was worried about David's condition. He was traumatized by what happened a few years ago.

"David I beg you not to leave us too!, I do not want to lose another sister!," said Luna while holding her sister's hand.

The car carrying Luna and David arrived at the hospital.

The hospital staff were ready to wait for Luna's arrival after receiving instructions from Morgan who knew this information from Luna earlier.
