Dizziness!
I quickly finished my bath and then came out of the bathroom. With a sneak, I made it through the quiet fireplace and opened the door of one of the rooms, peeked inside and there was my suitcase there which meant it was my room.
Huuuh. I went in and immediately opened the suitcase, then picked up my nightgown and quickly got dressed.
"That's enough, yeah, Kejora! Don't make trouble again!"
I threw my body on the bed with my hair still on the towel.
"Honey..," call Daddy a few minutes later.
"What's up, Daddy?"
"Eat first, yuk, honey," he asked.
"Kejora's not hungry, Dad...."
"She still has to eat...."
"Lazy, Dad...."
Honestly, not lazy. I just can't show my face in front of Daddy. I'm shy. Super duper shy.
"Kejora... if you do not want to obey Daddy's rules, Daddy take you home to Jakarta, yes?"
The threat?
Wasn't it! Not threats. It was a subtle persuasion, and he was smart to do just that.
Chequek!
Daddy's warm smile greeted me as soon as the door opened. It seemed that he had just finished bathing, his hair was still wet and he had changed into a thin, body-fitting shirt, revealing his body shape that was typical of a pure man. "So dong," he said.
"Bas on the forcible!" I tried desperately to hold back my smile.
Eit dah's! Daddy's grin is widening. "Brush your hair, be beautiful."
"You want my hair to look like I'm still pretty, Daddy...."
"Liar is more beautiful. Which must be more polite, let alone we want to eat."
"Iy--" didn't have time to say, Daddy's finger stuck to my lips. Geez..relax, Kejora....
"Don't protest. Don't bring. Comb your hair now, Daddy wait. Okay well? Can you follow Daddy's orders?"
I nodded then turned around, looking for my comb in the suitcase and immediately combing my hair, while Daddy was actually waiting for me in the doorway. No, he's not just waiting, but he's watching me. I felt his gaze that seemed to be able to vibrate every one of my nerves.
He nodded back, again his warm smile expanded. "Yep. Lovely Daddy. Daddy likes to see you like this. Natural."
Eh? What does that mean?
"Come on." He gave me his arm and me...
Not wanting to disappoint her - maybe not wanting to refuse, I hooked my hand and followed her footsteps into the dining room. "God...!" seruku stared at the dish in front of me that looks delicious even though it is fairly simple. "Who's cooking, Dad?" my many.
"The cook" said Daddy, pulling back a chair for me. "The workers who live here eat it from the kitchen together, and there's the cooks too."
I've been sitting in my chair was a mangosteen responding to Daddy's words. And when Daddy was about to take the rice, I immediately prevented it. "Let the Kejora, yes," I said. I got him some rice in his usual portion, and added some side dishes as well to his plate. Despite being born and growing up in a city as big as Jakarta, Daddy is used to eating his signature style: with his extra rice basket and breakfast.
Really, I like to see Daddy's response that favors a warm smile. "Thank you, baby," he said.
"Together, Daddy... Dear."
I giggled, feeling amused as if I had never added a word of affection when I called her.
"Eh, but each cottage also has its own private kitchen, right, like the one here?" I started filling my plate with food for my dinner.
Of course, the cottage was exactly home. And not the house without a kitchen. Daddy answered my question with a nod, then he immediately put the rice in his mouth.
"Dad," I said, "before we go back to Jakarta, I'll see Mom Rani, dong. Please, huh?"
Thank goodness he did. "We invite them to stay here, if they have time. How's it?"
I think that's a good idea. "Monggo, set."
"But later, yes. Daddy wants to spend some time with you. Just the two."
Uh, Daddy put his hand on my hand. I was stunned and dumbfounded. And when I was about to pull my hand, Daddy just tightened his grip.
Oh my God.. troubling!
"Can, right?"
Oh, Oma. Your son made me misbehave. Don't let me spasm here because of pubescent behavior of a Gibran Aditama.
"Rilex, yes. Daddy only...."
"It's ok. It's okay."
"Thanks... Dear."
I took his hand as the best answer. Everything for you, Daddy. As long as Daddy's happy.
