CHAPTER 42: Men From the Past

That afternoon after training, Lovely got a call from her mother if there was a former upperclassman in Junior High who came home. Lovely asked to go home.

"I have to go home, there are guests at home" Lovely told Jo.

"Yes my Love, I drive you home" Jo immediately drove Lovely home.

"Where is your classmate now in college?" jo asked on the way home to Lovely.

"In America, again BMX training" Lovely replied.

"Oh, is he a bike athlete? Now back to Indonesia?"

"Yes, semester break"

How surprised Jo when she saw that waiting for Lovely was a guy! Young, handsome, white, tall. In fact, he was seen chatting with Mama Lovely.

"Name Okke" Lovely introduced Jo.

"Hi, I'm Okke, former head of OSIS at his High School during Lovely Junior High. Just after graduating Junior High, Lovely moved to Cahaya Pelita High School" Okke said.

"I'm Joshua, Lovely's girlfriend" Jo said proudly. Okke just smiles.

"Oya Lovely, I'm sorry I didn't miss your birthday. My schedule is very busy. I can just take a day off now. Here I bring a gift from USA" Okke gave Lovely a gift.

"Thank you" Lovely was happy to receive it.

Finally Lovely even fun to talk to Okke about the school days first. Jo is bete! It would have been very nice to kiss Lovely in front of Okke if only there had been no Mama back then! There's a lot to talk about. There are teachers and old friends.

"Angel is not the same now Vino! He was the same Brother Hisham, Kak Jo's roommate at the boys' dorm" Lovely told the crowd.

"Darling huh? Though Angela and Vino are very compatible" Okke commented.

Towards the Maghrib, Okke returned home. Lovely drove him to the front door.

"Jo, Okke was Lovely's upperclassman when Junior High first. You're not mad, is he stopping by?" said Mama Lovely.

"Yes, Mama knows Jo is a good guy" Mama shuffled Jo's hair. "Mama is happy now Lovely has you who will always take care of her and love her"

Lovely was sitting next to Jo. Mom left them both in the living room. "Udah's leaving Okke her?" ask Jo.

"Udah Brother Jo" replied Lovely.

Lovely opened a gift from Okke, containing a pair of jeans from USA. "Well! Very nice!" lovely.

"You, if I buy things from abroad, I like to refuse! It's from Okke you accept!" Jo sulking.

"My Prince baby, you've bought me a lot of stuff. Every time you compete abroad or outside the city, you must bring home souvenirs. So it's too much"

"Let me buy you 10 jeans from Germany! Monday I'm leaving"

"Don't! I have a lot of jeans"

"Keep you want me to buy you what Love?"

Lovely realizes that Jo bete is due to Okke's arrival. But there's no way he's gonna kick Okke out, is there? Lovely tries to comfort Jo by hugging her. "Yes, you buy me anything I'll take"

Jo kisses Lovely's lips. Lovely also replied with equal enthusiasm. Jo was a little calm. But Jo bete's night again because Okke called that he had reached his home in Depok.

"Furniture! Pake calls everyone! You used to be very familiar with her?! How come you're the only girl he met when he came back to Indonesia?!" Jo was getting angry.

"Yes, actually, Brother Okke once shot me. But I refuse! Brother Jo, Sunday he returned to America"

"He's never held your hand?! Do you walk or watch it together?!"

"Yes, I'm always in Mang Kussoy's guard"

"Eat in the school cafeteria ever?!"

Jo immediately smiled then without waiting for a long time immediately kissed Lovely's neckline. Lovely knows Jo Bete, so she's dating.

At the same time that Lovely received a call from her mother, Angela also arrived with her ex-boyfriend, Vino. Vino sends WA to Angela and tells her she's in Angela's school cafeteria.

Angela immediately invites Hisham to meet Vino. Hisham straightened his hair before meeting Vino. But when they meet, the funny thing is that Hisham is unable to see the handsome Vino!

"Cave! Hisham Cave!" hisham.

"Oh, elo Hisham? Gua thinks it's just this cafeteria waitress!" vino Ledek. Vino is upset that he has come all the way here even Angela has become the same Hisham!

"Have a son Lo! Where is there such a handsome canteen waiter!" Hisham's angry!

Angela's breaking the table! "Udah speaks enough! I'm going back to the dorm!"

"Angel wait a minute!" exclaims Vino but Angela steps away. Vino was upset and then slammed the drink that had been in his message. With emotion he immediately left from there.

Later that night as Jo returns to the dorm after Lovely's house, Jo confides in her friends about the man from Lovely's past who resurfaces. So is Hisham.

Hisham proudly tells that Angela blatantly chose herself. While Jo is getting better because let alone being rude, Lovely is friendly and receives a gift from Okke!

With her nosiness Aura started playing guitar and singing.

"I'm just bete! Bete! Bete! Bete! Beet!" jo shouted furiously! His friends immediately dispersed!
