CHAPTER 13: Lovely Birthday

The clock shows at 18:30. Guests started coming to Lovely's house. Lovely was busy getting guests. His friends all came to bring a couple.

Cecil comes with his girlfriend, Yongki. Also Angela with her partner, Vino. Even Mark came with a beautiful girl.

"Lovely, you're Om Ricko's son?!" mark asked in shock as he shook Lovely. Mark only gets an invitation to Anniversary Mama Papa Lovely, not a birthday.

Soon Ken also appeared with his two best friends at the Club, Jay and Ryan.

"Lovely?!" ken asked in shock when he saw Lovely among his Mama Papa.

"Good night Brother Ken" said Lovely. Ken's hand felt cold when shaking hands with Lovely.

"Hi, happy birthday" said Ryan and shook hands with Lovely.

Here's Jay who greets Lovely, his hands are big and sturdy. Hands that Lovely never realized will bring a big change in his life later. "Happy brithday Neng is beautiful" Jay said. Lovely smiled

It's 19:15, but Jo hasn't come yet! Lovely doesn't bring any more HP! Her mother forbade Lovely to shake hands with the guests but while carrying HP in hand. As a result Lovely can't call Jo and doesn't know where Jo is.

Lovely then introduces Jo to her Mama Papa.

"Oh this is Lovely's close friend? Yes, Om believe Lovely is the same as you?! Take care of him during school in the dorms later" Papa said.

"You know, right? Lovely was a kid. You must be with him and love him. Don't disappoint him" said Mama.

"Can I ask Lovely on a date?" ask Jo.

The event continues. Lovely cut her cake for Mama Papa and of course the third cut for Jo!

Jo took out a small box from her suit pocket and knelt before Lovely while opening the small box. A diamond ring! Something that is certainly very expensive! It must be because this is Jo late coming, because he was busy looking for the ring first!

"Lovely... You will maried me?" whispered Jo while staring at Lovely.

Lovely was confused. Is this a proposal or a birthday? Why now? Lovely glanced at her Mama Papa who was even smiling.

Jo was still on her knees, Lovely finally said. "Yes... I do"

Everyone applauded.

"Yes! Thanks!" exclaimed Jo then stood up and put the diamond ring on Lovely's ring finger. In her kiss Lovely's forehead while whispering "My Love...."

Tonight Lovely feels like a bride with her beautiful dress and tall cake. And of course the handsome prince who is currently dancing with her, Joshua!

"Love... Thank you for dancing and accepting my love" Jo whispered.

"Thank you for loving me" Lovely whispered back.

Jo dropped another kiss on Lovely's forehead. "My Love.." whispered as she touched the tip of her nose to Lovely's nose "I want to kiss you" whispered Jo again.

"St... later! Next time huh? Don't kiss me here! Could be mad at my Mom Papa"

"When can I kiss you?"

"Tomorrow"

"OKAY. I'll pick you up tomorrow. We're both dating!"

" Yes"

"Promise tomorrow can I kiss?"

"Promise!"

And on that very night, Lovely sang the song Just For You belonging to Ten 2 Five, which will later become a memorable song on her anniversary night with Jo.

Lovely felt her body stiff. Even he didn't realize when Ken left his presence. Lovely was alone in the park. Her body was cold, but her heart was warm.
