Episode 31 - NO LONGER WORRIED

An encounter with a demon that makes a scene!

Danu climbed the stairs and walked towards her class. Arriving in front of the closed classroom door, he saw the clockwise direction that showed six o'clock exactly.

“It looks like I'm too early,” he said as he opened the classroom door. Danu felt her hair goosebumps a little. The room was very dark and gave off a pungent aroma. Ac has not been turned on at all. Danu ventured to enter. He turned on the ac. Then turn on the lights.

“Danu..,” he was surprised to feel like someone was calling him. With a slight tremble he immediately turned his head. There was a long-haired girl sitting in the left corner of the classroom. “The light is not on.

The feathers are getting bigger. Danu shouted and immediately ran out of the classroom. In a hurry, he tripped with his own feet. His body was mired in a tile near the steps of the stairs. He got up and ran again.

#First victim (for Afika)

Risa stepped towards the small steps near her classroom. He's about to open the door. The room looked completely dark. His body shakes for a moment. He decided to look at the classroom from the outside glass. Right, the room was really dark. But it was like there was black smoke billowing in the left corner of the classroom. Risa wiped away the horrified feeling that plagued her body. He stepped in and pressed the light button.

“Afika,” a reply later. He had guessed that the girl sitting in the corner was Afika. Risa was about to approach him. But he saw someone sitting on the right-hand corner. Afika rubbed her eyes

puffy and walking towards Risa stood up.

“Morning, Ris,” reply. Risa did not answer her greeting. He instead pointed at a long-haired girl who was sitting on the right-hand corner bench. Afika was also surprised that there was someone besides her. The two look at each other.

“It looks like she's not a student here,” whispered Risa.

“Looks like he looks foreign. I was alone here. How about we see his legs?”

Both look down. There really are no legs! Upon learning of the fact, they immediately ran and scrambled for the exit. After the two of them came out, they ran and shouted simultaneously.

“Hahaha.. So you guys saw the real demon? What a miracle!” chirps Damar. After the incident this morning, Afika and Risa are surrounded by classmates. Danu tried to enter the horde.

“Means that I saw this morning the real devil?!!” he's a little creepy.

“Not! That was me knowing!” afika muttered softly, a little annoyed.

“Waa.. I didn't think our class was really haunted!” jerrit Damar's. Afika feels hot in such a huddle. Then he immediately came out of the horde. He saw Miwon standing not far from him. Miwon and Hami walked towards him.

“Cause of demons, now you look closer huh with friends?”

“That's it, Won,” said Afika slowly. He only saw Miwon at a glance. Somehow if he saw Miwon's face reminded him that he had injured Edelweis. He feels guilty. Hami patted her shoulder.

“Your eyes look puffy, Fik,” Afika knows that. She cried all night. Curse himself for feeling guilty for Edelweis who had been good to him. Even Mayang also entertained him all night. Miwon looked at his face.

“Aah, yes! Why are your eyes so hot?” Afika immediately hit Miwon on the shoulder. He felt a little annoyed at being spelled out ‘mata gosong’. “Surely you sleep late again yes, Fik.”

Afika sighed.

“That's how it is,” he said briefly. Hami embraced Afika and pointed at Timmy who was looking sharply at her. It was not usual for him to see an expression of anger from Timmy.

The little girl always showed her cheerful face. Afika and Hami were about to approach her. But the bell went off. His classmates immediately scattered. They immediately sat on their benches. Miwon pulled Afika's hand.

Miwon was assigned to collect Sociology LKS books in the teacher's room. Afika who saw it immediately helped bring some of the book lks that Miwon brought. Timmy felt really jealous seeing that.

Hami understands enough what happened to his friend. He did not speak a word all day. He's just cringing to himself. Angry that his ruler fell on the floor, angry that he wrote the wrong answer, angry that he had seen the closeness of Miwon and Afika during the lesson.

“You must not like to see their closeness right?” hami asked after Timmy continued to look at Miwon and Afika until he left class. Timmy didn't pay attention to it. His face pouted and continued to scribble books. “Just relax, Afika will not interfere with your relationship kok.”

Timmy looked over quickly.

“Afika really won't snatch my oppa right?”

Hami looked at it with a full look of probing. “Why can you say that? Although Afika likes it, she will not do that to her own best friend,” Timmy drowned.

“I know that. Afika won't do it. But I'm not sure about Miwon,” he said as he held back the tears that almost came out.

“He's not my girlfriend anymore,” Hami frowned hearing that. “He asked me to stop

“Better you keep lying to me!” Timmy shed tears while sitting down. Miwon also squatted in front of him.

“I'm sorry, Tim. I can't lie to my sweetest and kindest friend. You're a girl who's too good to be lied to,” Timmy rubbed his tears that just flowed.

“You like him a lot?” Miwon nodded.

“Then you have to fight for it. Don't give up just because your rival is your own brother.”

“Why did you suddenly..,” Miwon felt confused by Timmy's behavior.

The girl sniffs her shoulders.

“Timmy,” Miwon breathes a sigh of relief.

“Then can I say one request to you?”

“Okay, tomorrow I will return it.”

“Why?”

“I want to burn those things immediately.”

Hami is continuing to make the body frame of the comic character. His hands are very good at using a tablet pen. Sometimes he turned his body around to relax a little. He twisted his body with his wheeled chair. Hami saw Afika twisting her hairy pillow on the bed.

“You're still sad to think about Edelweis's feelings?” Afika nodded.

Afika raised her head quickly.

“Why? You want to follow them?” Afika sat down again on the bed.

Since childhood, he has been friends with the princess. He was not afraid of the princess. He always accompanied the princess everywhere and always helped her,” a piece of the story reminded her of Miwon who always helped her.

“Until one day they came a prince from a far country. His name was Caine. The prince said he had left his palace in search of his long-lost brother. The princess accepted it with open arms. Prince Caine stayed a few days inside his palace. But it turns out Caine accidentally saw a tompel on the nape of Beldo's neck. Caine says that Beldo is the sister he's been looking for all along. Caine wants to take him back to his castle. Beldo refused. He did not want to leave the princess alone. Then Caine intends to marry the princess so that both can be brought to his palace. The princess received the lamp. The princess also liked Caine. He also stated that he had a curse. Caine accepts it as it is. The most important thing now was to protect his sister and the princess. Then over time on the way, the princess felt that something was wrong with her choice. Then as the marriage progressed, his doubts disappeared instantly. He said that what he loved all this time was Beldo not Caine. Apparently Beldo also harbored feelings for the princess. Finally Caine gave up the princess for her sister's happiness when she herself had fallen in love with the princess. The magic curse inside the princess was broken. Afika's tears were shedding bit by bit.

“Good story, Ham. I am sure if this comic will be quickly sold in the market,” he said while holding back tears that almost spilled. “But why do I feel familiar with the characters huh?”

Hami stopped drawing. He looked towards Afika.

“That's because of the three of you who have been my inspiration,” he said with a smile. “You, Edelweis, and Miwon. It's okay, right?”

 

“We three?” afika said think again. “So you made the characters and stories of the three of us?”

 

“Not everyone. The princess's attitude is a little different from yours. The princess dared to declare her love. While you always doubt your beliefs.”

Afika tries to smile. But Hami's words were too sharp on his chest.

‘True. I'm not too sure about my feelings. I've always been a plan in the face of my life,’ his heart cursed itself.

“Fik,” Afika head up. Seeing Hami who was now looking at him. “If you really like it, say. No one will stop you anymore. You deserve the goodness of life like the princess. Then your curse will be just gone.”

They were silent for a moment. Afika closed her eyes. Tears flowed for a moment. He imagined a man who had been really in his heart.

The guy who first met her and asked her to speak in class. The guy who wants to be friends with him. The guy who expressed love to her. The guy who always stole his attention. The guy who always gets closer to his friends. The guy who put the clasp on for her. Guys who call often, send messages and use video calls with him. The guy who decided to stop liking her. The guy who fell asleep in the kitchen. That bloke

helped him throw the basketball. The guy who took her picture. The guy who made her smile without hesitation. A man who always fills his days with laughter.

Afika opened her eyes again.

 

“Looks like I should say it right away,” Afika immediately took her backpack. He turned around and hugged his best friend tightly. “Thank you, Ham. You are indeed my good friend.”

“You know where Miwon is now?” Afika smiled a little.

“At least I know where they both go.”
