Arka, Alif and Rio are still waiting in front of the IGD room, now Arka has calmed down.

Before long the doctor and nurse came out of the IGD room. Alif who first realized with the doctor who walked out of the IGD room was directly approached the doctor and nurse.

"Doctor how is my brother?" alif asked worriedly

"Alhamdulillah the patient showed a positive response. 2 more hours will be done CT Scan, hopefully the results are much better, sir." replied the Doctor with happy news

Arka and Alif gave thanks, rubbing each other's chests.

"Alhamdulillah" said Arka and Alif simultaneously

"Can I see my sister?" ask Alif who wants to visit Nisa

Alif entered first, because Arka had met his mother earlier. Alif entered and changed clothes with special clothes IGD room.

"Assalamu'alaikum Sis." said Alif in a soft and polite voice

"Walaikumsalam.." answered Nisa in a still weak voice

"This is Alif, Sis." said Alif was afraid Nisa did not recognize herself who was wearing IGD green clothes and masks

"Alif.." said Nisa while looking at Alif's face

"Sir Nisa, how is Brother doing now?" ask Alif who is also worried

"Alhamdulillah, it's been a little better" Nisa replied with a forced smile

"Mother and Arka must be equally strong, son.. Trust me." said Tiara whispering softly in her daughter's ear, soothing

Zahra heard his mother's words and digested them well. Getting her back excited, Zahra was willing to finish her meal, and calm her mind.

"Alhamdulillah Mommy has improved, later after the magrib will be done CT Scan, hopefully even better.. Now Om Alif is inside to see Mom" Arka told me

Zahra could breathe a sigh of relief after grunting her husband's words. The day was getting late, Tiara was still at Zahra's house accompanying, making Azam so come to Zahra's house to see the state of Zahra as well as ask the news of the iron.

Arriving at Zahra's house, Azam went inside and met Zahra and Tiara who were in the family room.

"Assalamu'alaikum's chat.. How you doing, son?" tanya Azam was worried about her daughter

"walaikumsalam" replied Zahra and Tiara simultaneously while looking at the source of the voice behind it

"Zahra is okay Abi." replied Zahra quickly

"Thank God, what about your mother-in-law?" azam asked after sitting on the sofa next to his wife

"Alhamdulillah Mother has improved, Bi.." replied Zahra directly

"Alhamdulillah.. Should Abi visit as well?" asked Azam who was also worried

Zahra's eyes immediately stared deeply at Abinya. He knew that Abinya must be very worried about her mother-in-law, Zahra even more worried about the feelings of her father who still exists.

"Abi jenguk there must be with Mama." said Zahra after weighing

"You have to take care of you, son." said Tiara

"Yes that's right." said Azam assented

Zahra stared intently at Abinya, she did not want any more unwanted things, and surely her mother-in-law felt uncomfortable later, what more is sick like this. Zahra was very upset with Abinya, for some reason she was still frightened by it all.

Azam immediately lowered his gaze as if he was truly frightened.

"Mama stay first yes, you are fine, dear." continued Tiara say goodbye to Zahra

The day changed in the morning, Arka still faithfully accompanied her mother in the hospital, along with Alif. At 8 a.m., Nisa was transferred from IGD to the hospital after undergoing a CT scan and the results were good.

After cleaning himself from the toilet Arka was tidying up his clothes, he did not change clothes because he did not bring a change of clothes, as well as Alif.

Suddenly the doctor and nurse came over, and entered Nisa's room to check on Nisa's condition again.

"Excuse me Sir.. We will examine the patient first" said the doctor kindly to Arka and Alif

"Please doc.." replied Alif and Arka together

The doctor immediately checked Nisa's condition, he attached his stethoscope to Nisa's chest, then checked the blood pressure.

"Alhamdulillah his condition is getting better, today Miss Annisa is allowed to go home" said the doctor gave good news to Arka and Alif

"Alhamdulillah." said Nisa grateful.

So also with Alif and Arka who are very grateful to hear everything.

"Please take care of his administration and then take the medicine before going home" the doctor said

"Good doc.. Thank you very much yaa" said Arka beaming though his face was actually tired because he did not sleep all night

The doctor and the nurse left Nisa's room. Alif decides that he will take care of his administration and take medicine, he allows Arka who takes care of Nisa to prepare to go home.

"Mom, breakfast spent first yaaaa new we go home" said Arka softly to his mother

"Yes dear.. Thanks yaaa you have been willing to take pains to accompany Mom in the hospital" said Nisa teary eyes

"Arka is very dear to Mother.only Arka that Mother has.." said Arka then hugged her mother's body tightly sitting leaning on the bed.

Nisa was so moved to hear his son's words, it was true that Arka said, there was nothing else she had but Arka.

After all, Arka and Alif then bring Nisa to go home. Alif who drives for Arka and Nisa, because he also happens to not be picked up by the car facilities that he prepared to work in other countries.

Arriving home, Zahra was accompanied by Tiara and prepared food for the return of Nisa and Arka. After arriving, Nisa then escorted to the room to return to rest by Arka and Alif.

"Sister.. May soon recover, far from now yaa.." said Alif gently to Nisa who began to sit on her mattress

"Be careful, you take care of yourself." continued Alif said as he looked at his Sister-in-law

"Aamiin.." answered Nisa quickly

"Thank you Lif, God willing, Brother will be more careful.. Once again thank you very much, you and Shaina still consider me to be your Sister-in-law" Nisa said with tears beginning to drip

"We are very sorry for Sister Nisa as well as Arka.. God willing, we will continue like this and pay attention to each other" Alif replied quickly

"Yes, thank you very much." said Nisa again

After breakfast, at the food jamu by Zahra, Alif returned he had to finish his work in Yogyakarta which had been abandoned.

Arka decided to rest in her room.

"You accompanied your husband.. Mama wants to accompany Miss Annisa first" Tiara said, whispering to Zahra

Zahra then approached Arka to the room, then saw Arka who was lying on the bed.

"Mas.." said Zahra softly

"I feel very tired, not feeling well this is also the taste" said Arka with a voice that began to hoarse

Zahra immediately panicked and held Arka's forehead.
