Eps. 11

Nisa invites Arkana to ride upstairs. The veil that Nisa used was already getting wetter by those unceasing tears.

Nisa opened the room close to the stairs. The room was locked, leaving Arkana wondering.

"Mom, is this the room locked? The key is the same as Mom yaaa?" ask Arkana who was astonished

"Dear, this is Dad's office." replied Nisa as she turned the key open, then opened the door slowly.

"When Dad was around, this room used to be locked by Dad, he said many important files, so Mom followed Dad to lock it as long as it was not occupied." continued Nisa's explanation

"Has a matter of fact, this room has never been cleaned, ma'am." said Arkana because he saw the dust so thick

"Yes." answered Nisa

Again Nisa daydreams, seeing a work desk with a photo of Nisa and Alfath still plastered on it. A shadow of memories flashed again in his vision.

Nisa who brought drinks for Alfath, the Alfath who pulled Nisa to sit on her lap. The shadow was so clear in his memory

"O Allah." said Nisa and followed by tears that returned

Arkana turned to her mother.

"Buuu.." said Arkana while hugging Nisa gently.

"There are so many memories of Mom and Dad.. You're missing me even more, Dad?" arkana

Nisa nodded her head. Unable to speak, his tongue was aghast, stifled.

"Mas..really I miss very much." said Nisa who could no longer be restrained, her crying again broke

Arkana kept hugging her, not letting go. Arkana felt an incredible hiccup from her mother.

Nisa starts to calm her heart, she is consciously embarrassed by the child.

"I'm sorry, Arka." said Nisa as she looked at her son

"It's okay, ma'am, cry if it makes you feel more relieved." replied Arkana while smiling sweetly at her mother.

Nisa just fell silent, then walked out of the study, followed by Arkana who also came out and closed the door slowly.

"This is the first time I've seen Mom cry so broken because she misses you.. Means all this time, Mother only pretended to be strong when telling her longing to Dad in front of me.. O God, reunite us in your heaven.. Reunite Mom and Dad, please them.. Because it is my happiness." said Arkana in his heart, then prayed to God.

Now Nisa goes into a room, where she first lived with Alfath. Nisa's eyes were unceasingly looking all over the corner of the room, again many memories of her vision, the woo on the mattress, the shadows when praying together, and many more.

Tears were getting more and more unbearable, Nisa's eyes started to let out water again. Arkana, who was beside Nisa, saw clearly that her mother was crying again.

"Muu.. I'm sorry, I'm sorry that I wanted to stay here, to make Mom feel sad again for missing Dad." said Arkana softly and quietly, holding her hand

Nisa turned to Arkana, looking deeply into Arkana's eyes.

Then Nisa stood with her knees before her son.

"No son, you're not wrong... Forgive Mother who can not hide this sad, mother only misses Dad once." said Nisa gently while stroking her son's hand

"This is what I'm afraid to return to live here, but you also deserve to know and have the right to be happy with what you should be.. I'm sorry yaa.." continued Nisa at length

Arkana smiled and hugged her mother, the head of Nisa who is now right in Arkana's chest.

After Nisa showed all the rooms on the upper floor, now Nisa and Arkana went downstairs to approach Rio and Lia.

Nisa wiped her tears first, washed her face, and fixed her headscarf in the room before going downstairs, because she did not want to look shabby after crying earlier.

Arkana waited lying on the bed, where the bed of her late father and mother was.

After feeling ready, Nisa invites Arkana to go downstairs.

Nisa and Arkana go down the stairs while talking.

"Mom..Will we sleep in which room?" Ask Arkana excited

"In Mom's room above, we will make a room for you first, buy special items for you, then you have your own room yaa" replied Nisa gently

"Yeeee asiiikkk.." said Arkana so happy

Before long Nisa immediately approached the dining table, where a lot of food has been served.

"Mom Annisa, Arkana let's eat." said Lia kindly while arranging the spoon and fork.

"Yes ma'am, let's eat.. Want to eat now?" said Rio who just came from the kitchen with a teapot filled with drinking water

"Maaauuu." said Arkana who was hungry earlier.

"You guys get this ready? Thank you very much yaa.." said Nisa so happy

Dining table is available rice and side dishes, there is a favorite meatballs Nisa and Alfath, as well as a favorite rujak Nisa and Alfath.

Rio knew so much his boss's favorite, then took the initiative to prepare all the menus, because he knew Nisa must miss Surabaya food.

"This is the favorite meatball of father and mother long ago, try it." Nisa told Arkana.

Nisa, Arkana, Lia and Rio ate together to finish all the food served on the dining table.

After all finished eating, now Nisa wants to talk about the work and life of Nisa and Arkana new in Surabaya.

"So when are you going back to the office? We're having a new project, all the projects of Mr. Alif are finished" Rio told Nisa

"Maybe tomorrow I will come first to the office with Arkana." replied Nisa

"Good ma'am." said Rio and Lia together

"I want 2 people to help at home, to accompany us.. What's up with Mbok Iyem?" said Nisa then asked the news Mbok Iyem

"Mbok Iyem is getting older, no longer able to work. Who likes to clean up here is Ijah Mbok Iyem's son, Rani's daughter-in-law and Karim's son Mbok Iyem." Rio explained

"Do you want to hire them and live here?" then Rio asked Nisa

Rio and Lia are now explaining about orphanages, nursing homes, and mosques belonging to Alfath.

Arkana just heard everything, he was amazed, his father died with many left the charity fields for him.
