Arka does not want to be dizzy with the appearance of Risa again, he tried to calm himself, and chose to improve the performance of his company in order to remain in trust by many of his clients.

Arka is now more able to control himself to be more mature in every problem that comes.

Day turned twilight, Arka had returned home before magrib. Somehow he was easier to feel the longing for his wife who is now pregnant with her child.

"Assalamu'alaikum." said Arka who had just arrived at his home

Zahra, who had taken an afternoon bath, was preparing to welcome her husband back in the living room. Since she knew she was pregnant, Zahra had never again climbed down the stairs, she had also not cooked by herself and really only took a complete rest following the advice of doctors, because her gestational age was also still vulnerable.

Zahra passed from before her mother-in-law, straight to the backyard. Nisa went straight into her room to the toilet.

2 Her household assistants are cleaning the house with different tasks. Rani had just finished washing clothes and was drying them close to Zahra, while Ijah was sweeping the floor about to paint the floor in the living room.

Suddenly there was a voice that made Ijah shocked.

"Ggggrrrbbbuuukkk.." quite loud falling sound

Ijah who had just finished sweeping through Zahra and Arka's room, would now change to sweep through Nisa's room, so shocked by the falling sound that it sounded so loud.

Zahra heard Ijah's scream, she was very shocked. Zahra tried to walk with a little run.

"Bu Zahra slowly, let Rani alone see" said Rani to hold Zahra not to rush, Rani immediately ran quickly inside

Rani searches for the origin of Ijah's screaming voice.

"Well?" rani said looking for Ijah

"Roman.. Miss Annisa.." shouted Ijah who was in hysterical rage

Zahra also tried to quickly enter even though dului by Rani.

Rani enters Nisa's room, and sees Nisa's head in Ijah's lap.

"Yes Allah Buuu." cried Rani who was also hysterical

"Innalillahi Ibuuuu whyaa?" zahra shouted, who was also hysterical

"Hurry up and get the driver, get our car ready for the hospital, get a body guard to help lift Mom up" Zahra said, trying to calm herself down and taking action

"Pair the veil, try to find it in his pocket" continued Zahra

Zahra quickly helps Ijah to pair Nisa's veil, then she also uses her veil because the body guard must come soon.

Nisa was taken to the hospital by Zahra, Zahra accompanying her mother-in-law lying in the car. A body guard also joined to escort Nisa and Zahra.

"Please hurry sir." said Zahra interrupted crying to the driver

"Mom must survive for the sake of the mother's future grandchildren" continued Zahra said while stroking the mother-in-law's face gently.

Arriving at the hospital, Zahra's body guard quickly went inside and asked the nurse to help bring Nisa. All the sisters who were on guard deftly took Nisa and ran her to IGD to be treated immediately by the doctor.

Zahra looked very panicked as she could not understand the incident that befell her mother-in-law.

Body Guard directly contacted Arka.

"Hello sir." said the body guard first

"Hello.." said Arka from there

"Sir, Miss Annisa passed out.. Now we have taken it to the IGD, we are with Bu Zahra who insisted on wanting to come" said the body guard told Zahra, for fear of being scolded by Arka about Zahra's soy sauce

Arka did not answer anything, she was very shocked by this news. Arka instantly turned off her phone, and quickly left her office.

"Yusuf please handle everything, I have to go to the hospital" Arka said in a hurry as she walked away from her office

"Good.. Who's sick?'" yusuf asked curiously but got no answer because Arka ran quickly and got into his car

Zahra waited in the waiting room in front of the IGD room, she sat there crying and saying the name of Allah.

It did not take long, Arka had arrived at the Hospital and immediately approached Zahra who was in the IGD waiting room.

"Darling.." said Arka softly

"Maaaas." said Zahra, hugging her husband tightly and breaking her tears

"Mbuuu Mas's.. Ibuuu" said Zahra in her husband's arms

"Mom why baby?" arka asked softly even though she was actually very surprised by this news

"It looks like Mom fell earlier after coming from the toilet, Ijah who found Mom was lying down.. I was sunbathing outside." said Zahra with a hiccup

"Oh Allah, ma'am." said Arka her tears dripped without being held back

"You calm down, baby, you should think about our child candidates too.. You have to be calm" Arka said trying to calm the situation

Zahra just nodded, then tried to wipe away her tears.

Arka looks very hit, she is unable to hide her sadness. Arka then rose from his seat occasionally looking at the IGD door that was actually invisible.

Arka walked back and forth in front of the IGD room, her heart was very anxious. His mind is not calm. His heart kept calling out God, and kept asking for healing for his mother.
