The Part 54
“Papi!” call Evano excited, he runs into his father's arms. Darwin clutched his son tightly, tears unceasingly on his cheeks, he peeked at Evano's forehead and cheeks.
“But I have been to school in a new place, loh” Evano told his father.
“Oya, you're not naughty, are you?” Darwin wiped his tears, smiling as he gently rubbed Evano's head.
Then the atmosphere became awkward as Darwin and Evano approached Asmira. The woman still did not want to look at Darwin, tears kept falling on her cheeks. Her chest grew increasingly claustrophobic when she imagined her husband and seductress on vacation.
Yun pulled Evano's hand and said, “I'll ask him to play,” he said slowly while looking at Asmira. Then Yun passed by with Evano, Asmira stared at the back of the two who were further and further away from her.
After Yun disappeared from their sight, Darwin approached Asmira, but Asmira retreated backwards, moving away from her husband.
“Honey ..” call Darwin slowly, his eyes back glazed. But Asmira without a care, he threw his gaze into the sea.
“I know I was wrong, I'm sorry, don't punish me like this!” Darwin knelt before Asmira, and he took his wife by the hand, but Asmira brushed him off.
“I promise I won't do it again, come back with me” Darwin said.
“Don't expect that to happen, Mas!” Finally, Asmira opened her voice.
“My law however you want, but don't leave me!!”
Asmira had a cynical smile on her face. “Easy once you said like that after everything you did to me, Mas!” asmira cried, her tears unstoppable, she cried loudly.
“Darling, I beg you not to be like this, I confess wrong, forgive me. Slap me, grab my hair, do whatever you want.” Darwin said to Asmira, kneeling before his wife. Looking from his face he was truly sorry. But that doesn't make Asmira melt.
“Go home, Mas. Free, you prostrate on my feet it won't change my decision!”
Like lightning in broad daylight. Darwin was so shocked to hear Asmira's answer that, to the point of making his knees feel weak, he fell to the ground, crying bitterly. His heart is very painful. “God ... Is this the appropriate punishment for me?” mutter it in the heart.
Asmira passed away leaving Darwin, but Darwin did not let Asmira go, he followed him with an apology unceasingly spoken from his lips. Darwin was still not desperate, he still tried to persuade his wife by all means. Then he pulled Asmira's hand he tried to stop his wife's steps, rudely Asmira brushed him off. But accidentally it makes Asmira's legs slip. Yun saw from a distance, he ran fast he caught the body of Asmira who almost fell to the ground, if only he did not catch it might be pregnancy Asmira so the bet.
“What are you doing, you forgot you are pregnant!!” yun snapped, his breathing gasping for breath, he was very worried. Asmira looked at Yun without blinking, she saw the obvious worry in Yun's eyes.
“Honey, I'm sorry,” said Darwin, he hugged Asmira. “You all right?”
“Lease! You intentionally want to harm my son?” asmira shouted, she moved away from her husband, and she hid behind Yun's body. Darwin insisted on embracing him.
“Pak Darwin enough!” yun said in a high tone. Darwin fell silent.
“Vano, take Mami to room, yes?” pinta Yun gently, he rubbed Darwin's son's cheek. Evano nodded weakly, he was still silent, he was shocked to hear Asmira yelling at Darwin. Then he hugged his mother's arm to their inn.
“Thank you for taking care of my wife and son,” said Darwin later after a long silence. Yun put a smile on his face without answering.
“Today I will take them home, sorry to trouble you,” Darwin said. This time his words managed to make Yun stare intently at him.
“Try it if you can,” Yun muttered inwardly, he smiled kindly.
“Please if indeed Madame Asmira wants, I have no right to interfere,” Yun said humbly, his heart and mind are out of sync, he has lied to himself. Even if Asmira agrees to return with Darwin, there is nothing she can do. Though his heart says he wants Asmira to stay.
Yun wondered why Darwin had found them. Just yesterday, the man asked her to meet. When Darwin went to the toilet, Yun contacted someone to ask for information.
“Track once you!” yun shouted on the phone. Then he closed the call next to the side, his face was riled up. How not, apparently Darwin eavesdropped on their conversation while out of the Cafe, and that infuriated Yun.

In the evening, Darwin returned to Asmira's inn. Arriving there, Yun was sitting alone. Darwin climbed the stairs after folding his pants so as not to get wet because of the sea water that inundated the stairs.
Just as Darwin opened his mouth Yun said, “Come in, Asmira inside.”
Darwin immediately enters, he searches for Asmira's whereabouts. Sounding from the room, he was reading a fairy tale to Evano, Darwin peeking behind the curtain.
After Evano slept Asmira out of the room, he was shocked to see Darwin there. “what else are you here for, Mas?” asked Asmira in a soft voice, he did not want Evano to wake up again.
“Honey, let's go back to city A tomorrow,” take Darwin with a smile.
“I don't want to!”
“Honey, come on. You've got your anger, come with me,” take Darwin again.
“How many times do I have to say, I don't want to!” yell Asmira. Yun smiled at Asmira's reply, and was glad to hear that Asmira was unwilling to return with Darwin.
“What am I going back to if you're still like this. You're a busy man, your career is good, until it's time for your wife and child you don't have it! You know, even Evano can't swim, you don't have time to teach him. I'm ashamed to acknowledge you as his father!”
Darwin was silent, all this time he always considered his busy work was all just for his children and his wife. Every day, as morning greetings and dusk pass only the work that he focuses on, he never thinks, to spend time with his wife and child, he takes leave only when his wife and child are sick, he never thinks, to spend time with his wife and children, the rest he never had a holiday, even on holidays, there are things that make him not at home. Darwin forgot that togetherness was more than anything, even a lot of money would not be able to buy the harmony he had passed with his small family. Darwin was very sorry, he had lost those days, starting where Evano could crawl, walk, talk, and everything about Evano's growth, he passed it all because he was busy working. And now, Asmira doesn't want to go back with him anymore.
“Will I again miss the time when Evano started Junior High School, High School, college and then he worked and got married? Will I no longer be able to enjoy all that under one roof with him?” darwin murmured in his heart, again the knee was unable to support his body, he fell onto the sofa. With tears streaming down his cheeks, Darwin regretted everything that had happened.
