The Part 46
Jessica asked Pratiwi to meet at a park. After waiting for a few minutes, Darwin's assistant arrived.
Jessica was still ringing about Valen's words yesterday. “Are you sure of your silence! If so, soon you will see the destruction of Darwin.”
Jessica won't let that happen. Now Darwin still did not understand that his position and success were at stake, he was surrounded by cunning people.
“What can I help you with, Ma'am?” tiwi asked Jessica from her daydream.
“You don't lie to me. You must know Asmira's whereabouts, right?”
“Sorry, Ma'am. I don't mean to lie, only I haven't had time to contact, Ma'am.” Darwin's assistant has been busy for days. All the work was given to him by his boss.
“Forget, Tiwi. Let Asmira calm down for a while. I invite you to meet not to discuss that,” Jessica said.
Jessica expressed her concern about her sister's attitude. Darwin still considers that Yunita is not the mastermind of all these problems. Yesterday Valen saw Ferry and Haris at a hotel. Didn't Darwin say the two didn't get along? Then if it is, what is being ignored by two people who are not okay. Isn't that not normal?
“That's what I'm investigating, Ma'am. But not easy, their plans are neatly arranged, it seems like this has been prepared carefully.”
Pratiwi's suspicions against Haris are becoming more and more apparent. It was impossible for the man to remain silent when he found out that his wife and enemies were on vacation. There must be a hidden plan behind it all. The evidence grew stronger when Valen also saw their togetherness. It seems they deliberately sent Yunita to distract Darwin, to keep their actions smooth. And Darwin's stupidity, he was fooled by all the acting Yunita. Yesterday's big project was just a small bait to lure Darwin, even after all these contracts were canceled, the closeness of Yunita and Darwin was increasing. All these evidences made Jessica and Pratiwi think hard, how they made Darwin aware of it.
“You have a spy who can solve all this?” ask Jessica later.
“I have sent it, Ma'am,” said Pratiwi, he has been moving quickly after seeing many irregularities that occur.
Then their meeting this time had to be finished because the lunch hour was over. Pratiwi had to return to the office immediately, a myriad of jobs had awaited him.
On the way home Jessica saw Darwin's car parked in front of a fast food restaurant. After pulling the car over, Jessica got into the restaurant.
Jessica's emotions suddenly re-emerged when she saw Darwin with a woman who was none other than Yunita. With an already unstoppable emotion, Jessica pulled Yunita by the shoulder, then slapped her hard.
“Mbak, what are you doing!” darwin shouted, he stroked Yunita's cheek.
“I won't just slap him, Win. I could have killed him if he was still here!” jessica shouted uncontrollably, all eyes looking at her. Yunita grabbed her bag and ran out of the restaurant.
“You're crazy, yeah! You can be alone with another woman while your wife and child are still unclear where she is!”
“You misunderstood, Ma'am. It was precisely Ayu who accompanied me looking for Asmira, I had just come from Evano school. Goodness time Asmira take care of the move Evano,” said Darwin.
“You know? If Asmira sees you with that woman, she won't forgive you for life?” Jessica didn't know what else to say to make Darwin aware of his stupidity.
“I just consider him a friend, nothing more, swear by whatever it is, my heart is entirely to Asmira, Ma'am!” argue Darwin.
“As far as you Win, I've reminded you repeatedly, lest you regret!” Jessica left the cafe. He had left Elijah too long with babby sitter in his house.
After Jessica left, Darwin sat alone. Why is everyone misjudging Yunita? Or am I the wrong one to judge? Darwin wondered to himself.
Darwin did not stay silent, he sought Asmira's whereabouts wherever he could. He was not just waiting for news from Pratiwi. Even all the stations, airports and other transportation places, all he came to look for his wife and child. But all of that was considered wrong by his family. That's why Yunita took the gap to approach Darwin as if to comfort him. Darwin followed him unconsciously.
“You're the only one who can make me look like a fool, Lestiku!” yell Darwin. “Arggghhh!!” yell at him again. He grabbed his hair hard, his head hurt to break.

The next day, as usual, Darwin had another bad luck. After she finished getting dressed, she grabbed her office bag to leave immediately. He was shocked to see food on the table.
“Honey, you're home!” call Darwin, he's looking for Asmira all over the room. But there was no one there but himself. A piece of paper was lying next to the glass.
“Eat, may you quickly find your wife and child.” A letter written by Martha. However upset a mother with children, still any mother does not want her child why. Darwin devoured all the breakfast before he hurried off to the office.
On Yunita's way to Darwin. After several times Darwin did not answer him, Yunita still contacted him many times. Darwin finally pulled his car over.
“What's up?” ask Darwin, upset.
“Why get angry so, if you're not happy I just turn it off,” Yunita said.
“Not so, you don't get mad.”
A moment of silence, Yunita did not respond to Darwin's apology. “Say what's wrong?” ask Darwin then.
“I just want to tell you, there are people who saw the whereabouts of your wife,” Yunita said.
Darwin smiled, he was happy not to play. “Really? Where?”
“I don't know, therefore I want to take you to meet the person, that's also if you are willing.”
“Of course I'm willing, for the sake of my son and wife,” Darwin said with joy.
After deciding on the call, Darwin immediately picked up Yunita, they would soon meet the person who saw Asmira's whereabouts.
They had traveled far enough, Darwin was very tired, but had not yet arrived at his destination. Once Darwin yawned, all his body felt sore.
“Yu, why so far away. Why don't you just bring that guy to me,” Darwin complained about the worse road conditions.
Suddenly Yunita's phone rang, her man called. "What's wrong? We're on our way.
“You don't joke! We have walked far enough!” yunita shouted suddenly, Darwin immediately pulled his car over.
“What's Ayu?” ask Darwin.
Yunita kept her phone away. “The man disappeared, my men lost track of him.”
Suddenly Darwin's spirit disappeared again when he heard all Yunita's words. He was already very happy when he found out he was going to meet Asmira, but now he was again discouraged.
