Nico continued to fidget while waiting for Melisa, many strange thoughts continued to float around in her mind. Although they are quite familiar because Melisa often come here, but she is still nervous. Today she was able to return home from the hospital and yesterday she said she would pick her up.

He knew there was no free good in the world. She felt Melisa would make her a younger lover or something like that. She panics and wants to leave automatically, but she knows that Melisa is too good for her and she gets word that she has her adoption papers held by the Helingga family. He will be taken care of by Melisa now.

As his mind was being muddled with all sorts of thoughts, the creaking sound of the door woke him from strange thoughts. She saw Melisa entering the door gracefully followed by the bodyguard behind her. With that his heart was even more panicked at this moment, he did not know what to do next.

Melisa did not pay much attention to the panic on nico's face and felt it was only her anticipation because she had come out of the Helingga family.

"Is there still something you want to take in the house of the Helingga family?" Melissa asked Nico.

"yes, can I take it?" Nico said doubtfully.

With a nod of Melisa they went to the parking lot immediately and went to the Helingga family. The car drove quietly and soon reached the mansion of the Helingga family. Melisa herself didn't want to bother Nico, so she waited for Nico in the car.

When it comes to this place again Nico does not have deep nostalgia for this house.His life here is racing fast without any good memories at all. So maybe getting out of this house is freedom for him.

As soon as he entered the house, Nico felt the mansion was quiet so he took the initiative to ask the servant who worked here, "Where did everyone go."

"master went to the company and the madam is currently resting in her room." The waiter said with annoyance.

hearing this usual answer Nico smiled lightly, "alright."

Nico knew the explanation was useless. He could only go upstairs and enter the room he had been using all this time.

Simple and unattentive decoration that was the first impression entered the room. It seems like no one has come in and cleaned up since he was in the hospital. Nico immediately packed up the memorabilia from the orphanage and left behind the belongings that the Helingga family bought.he felt it was not his, and it was only natural that he returned them all.

As he went down the stairs with his suitcase he saw a man he called the mother had woken up and was going to the kitchen. He approached her and told her of her disappearance.

"Are you going with Madame Melisa now." Unhappy tone is clearly visible in every word.

"yes." Nico confirmed his mother's words.It seems that the mother knew his purpose. Nico is not confused because it was they who voluntarily gave the adoption rights to Melisa.

"Where have you been all this time, have you had fun with a woman who's almost the same age as your mother?" The innuendo comes out of his mother's mouth which makes Nico uncomfortable.

"I'm..."

"no need to explain, didn't you sell your body and get some shade from Miss Melisa. I'm afraid you'll complain about my words." The indifferent words were as if he was talking to a stranger at this time, though his mother often spoke poorly and always hated him, she said, the words this time were like hinting that he had assumed Nico was no longer part of this house.

"i've been disappointed in you, it's better that Fiolyn is my biological child and not you. I never thought I'd give birth to someone like you." After saying so the mother turned around in a bad mood.

With his mother's words Nico felt that millions of needles had pierced his heart. Standing there he breathed heavily in the air. Over and over again he clenched his hands and stretched but the pain did not go away, as if it had given him a permanent wound that would not heal at all. So after that he just came out indifferently and covered up his sadness.

Melisa who saw Nico approaching immediately gave instructions to the bodyguard to pick up and put Nico's suitcase into the trunk.

When the car drove quietly Melisa only found out that Nico's condition was not right, she looked dazed.His hand had long been whitened because of her strong fist. melisa could only tell the driver in front of her to open the window.

When the car window opened the warm wind immediately hit the side of Nico's face. He looked out and inhaled the air slowly. The noise of vehicles and people accompanying him was like the sound of soothing music in his ears.

Exhaling, he began to calm down now.with deep disappointment in his eyes, he thought the family did not want him. There was only Fiolyn in their eyes and she was not there at all.

When we arrived at the Cardita family mansion that called Nico was a beautiful courtyard, neatly arranged flowers decorated the garden perfectly. The house itself may not look luxurious and seem simple, but he knows objects and all the decorations that look not cheap at all.

"Sit down for a while I'll get you some water." Melisa immediately went to the kitchen to get some water. Ifa's aunt doesn't seem to be home, so she takes the initiative to get some water for Nico.

"yes" Nico sat on the living room sofa quietly.with a courtesy he did not turn his head and look around.

This kind of calmness made him Awkward again. After forgetting about the problems with the Helingga family, he only realized why he was here.

It is unknown how many times he thought that his willingness to come here was a mistake. He may be a smart and strong man.This has been polished by his experience with those of him small.but for such a problem he is very simple and innocent.

footsteps approached followed by the worried voice of Melisa, "why are you so bad, it seems like your state of mind is not good at the moment." Melisa thinks it might be because of Helingga's family. He shouldn't have let Nico take his own things.

"no, I'm fine now." Nico panicked and straightened his back. Nico has no idea that he looks like an elementary school student ready to be scolded by his teacher.

"pffftt.." Laughter almost broke out from Melisa's mouth, but she held it in because she knew that it didn't fit into the current atmosphere. He handed the drink to Nico and said, "let's just have a drink first to calm down."

"mmm.." Nico nodded, received the glass she was given and sipped it unconsciously his hand was currently rubbing the glass lightly to channel his tension.

Melisa Yang saw it very funny leaning her body towards Nico and extending her hand.

Nico who knew Melisa's movements immediately lowered the glass on her lips and closed her eyes.
