Chapter 21's

Jovian immediately left the class to find Sung Ha's whereabouts. He could feel the aura of Sung Ha's angel coming out. Did he want to die at the hands of the devil? Why didn't he obey Jovian's words not to take out his wings?

The aura leads Jovian to open a door that separates the roof and the school room. He saw a girl with white wings adorning her back. The man quickly approached her.

"Yes! How many times have I told you. Don't take your wings out! You want to die?!"

Sung Ha suddenly hugged Jovian which made the man speechless. The sound of sobbing could be heard in Jovian's ears. Jovian stared at the end of Sung Ha's head that was under his chin.

"I want to live as a human being.."

Jovian wants to stroke Sung Ha's hair to calm the girl down. But he repeatedly denied his intention for fear of making the girl cry even more bitterly.

"I don't want to have wings.. I don't want to live as an angel or as a demon. I just want to live like most people.."

It has been your destiny since birth.. And that destiny will never change..

Some of the students had rushed out of class because they had just rung the bell home.

"Sung Ha I go first.. I still have tutoring.." Hana waved her hand and just left Sung Ha.

Sung Ha finished cleaning up his book and prepared to go home. But before that, his eyes were fixed to a bench behind the left end of the class. The bench was empty to coincide with the bell home earlier.

He breathed and went home soon. Sung Ha gasps when he finds Taeyun standing on the doorstep of her class. With a little bit of a head down. Despite his doubts, Sung Ha ventured to get past the man.

"You think you can run away from me?" taeyun said that made Sung Ha stop to step.

"Follow me.." Taeyun took Sung Ha to go somewhere.

"Yes! I don't want to go to the demon world! Didn't I tell you!"

Sung Ha continues to rebel not wanting Taeyun to take him. And without them noticing a pair of eyes were lurking at them from a distance.

Taeyun accidentally gets out of Jun Ki's body early because Jun Ki wants to go to the hospital soon, because today his girlfriend has been discharged from the hospital. While he still has business with Sung Ha.

"Yes! Where are you taking me?!" asked Sung Ha who did not get a reply from Taeyun at all.

"Has Ky gone home?"

Sung Ha glanced at Taeyun. Did he ask Sung Ha?

"Ky?" sung Ha's birthday.

He had heard the name but where? He remembered something. That Ky is Jovian's real name.

"Oh, Jovian? He's been home from there."

"Are you sure he's really home?"

"I don't know." she answered as she was.

Taeyun takes Sung Ha back to the school rooftop and lets go of his shock.

"What do you really want?"

"Be my life partner.."

"Living companion?" repeat Sung Ha, ascertaining whether he heard wrong or not.

Taehyung clasped Sung Ha's hands together.

"I want to live with you in the demon world.. We'll rule the demon world together.."

Plaque!

A slap right on Taeyun's right cheek made the man grin in disbelief. Is this real? This was the first time Taeyun was slapped by a girl.

"Do you think you can use me ha?!"

Sung Ha immediately left Taeyun, but the girl's arm was restrained by Taeyun's hand.

"You... How dare you slap me!!" Taeyun further tightened her grip which made Sung Ha groan in pain.

"You... I'll make you regret slapping me."

A green glint was visible from Taeyun's sharp eyes.

Sung Ha's breath felt tight because of the grip. He held onto Taeyun's arm which the man used to grip her neck.

"I can't breathe." Sung Ha laboriously moaned.

Taeyun wrote something on the floor using the tip of her foot. Before long the body of the man and also Sung Ha began to be swallowed by the floor.

"Taeyun.."

Sung Ha still begged that the man let go. But he was completely unhinged and their bodies were getting sucked faster. Sung Ha's body quickly pulled out of the suction as a hand pulled his body.

"YOU'RE CRAZY?!" the man snaps at Taeyun.

Sung Ha just sat down to his knees next to Jovian, the man who had just arrived, still coughing. Taeyun showed an unhappy face and came back out of the suction. He grinned at the arrival of the man he did not like.

"Well! What are you gonna do here? I have no business with you."

Jovian grabbed Taeyun's collar.

"You want to die?!"

The two pairs of sharp eyes that met each other showed their dislike. Taeyun encourages Jovian to keep the man away from her. Taeyun smiled with disdain. He was so disgusted by the man in front of him. Does the prince who has been expelled from his world still deserve to be called a prince? No kidding! He was not even considered a part of the devil anymore.

"Ky.. Ahh ani maxutku Jovian.. Don't you realize who Sung Ha is? Do you want to make more mistakes for hiding an angel.. More precisely an angel as well as a demon." Taeyun said by emphasizing the word 'devil'.

"Go back to the demon world and never appear before me or Sung Ha again."

"Who do you think you dare to tell me? Ahh do you still think of yourself as a demon prince?"

Taeyun further heated up Jovian with her words. The man laughed.

"Don't joke! You've even been forgotten in the demon world."

The man's laughter stopped and turned into a serious face.

"And now, it is time for the green fire to rule the kingdom."

Jovian only replied with his flat face. He had known for a long time that Taeyun and other green fire demons wanted to overthrow his father's throne. But the big secret he kept alone because there was nothing he could trust except his brother, Sean.

Taeyun looked at Sung Ha who was still sitting down. The man gave his smile.

"Wait for me, I'll pick you up My Devil Child soon." he said and disappeared somewhere.

Jovian swallowed his breath in disbelief. My Devil Child's? Does he think Sung Ha is his? And also, Sung Ha is not a demon. He is only half a demon! Jovian immediately helps Sung Ha stand up and takes him to his house for a while.

After feeling better Jovian told Sung Ha to remove the ring he was wearing which eventually made the girl's body shrouded in a thin black aura. The aura slowly but surely expanded to surround Sung Ha's body.

"What's going on?" asked Sung Ha who felt something strange on his body.

But Jovian did not answer him and still continued to look at Sung Ha precisely looking at the strange aura around the girl's body. After a few hours of waiting, nothing changed for Sung Ha. Tired, the girl decided to go to bed early.

Jovian allows Sung Ha to sleep in his room while he sleeps on the sofa. It crossed Jovian's mind about Taeyun's speech earlier. Then he also remembered his brother who sent the devil to deliver a message to him. Is the demon world really in chaos?

- He's Back

The moon has changed the bright sun. Jovian slowly opened his eyes. And immediately got up from the sofa he occupied. Looking towards the kitchen was a girl in her school uniform, cooking something. Realizing that someone saw her, the girl looked towards Jovian.

"You awake? I'm preparing breakfast. Take a shower, I'll arrange it on the table." said Sung Ha as he stirred up the soup he was cooking.

Sung Ha immediately arranged the food for the sake of the food he made and ate it early. He wanted to pick up some of the textbooks that were still left in his house. Because yesterday he didn't get to go home.

When he finished, Sung Ha wrote a letter to Jovian which he placed near the man's plate. And leave immediately.
