Without changing clothes Halim joined them at the dining table. He took the plate and scooped up his food. Tradition at the time of eating, they should not make a sound, focus on the food in front of him.

"How's Halim? Have you prepared gifts for your children and your wife in the village?" ask Anton after they've all finished eating.

"Already, I just put it in the carton, tomorrow when you leave I give." said Halim explained. "What time does it go? Let me fit in later to drive you." she asked.

"Not bother, let Denis drive me to the harbor. I left at exactly seven in the evening, the ship entered at half-six in the harbor" Anton explained.

"God willing, I will take you to the ship." - Halim. "Don't refuse me!" halim continued saying when Anton will speak to reject Halim's wishes.

So Anton relented by raising his shoulders he said, "Well, I can't refuse you!"

"Hum, that's better" said Halim smilingly looking at Anton's resignation. "I went into the room first, wanted to tidy up the clothes into the carton to fit the clothes, as well as I want rest" said Halim asked for permission.

"Hum" said Anton briefly.

"Ok Bang!" sahut Denis and other Anton employees.

"You guys, hurry up, too!" pinta Anton to Denis and his employees.

"Ok," they say compact. They both disperse to their rooms, leaving Anton alone at the dinner table.

After their departure, Anton also went to his room to rest.

After Halim entered the room, he did not immediately check the clothes he bought earlier this afternoon to give the names of each of his children. So are the clothes for his wife and in-laws. Also clothes for his nephew and both his parents. All in write their names according to their tastes and likes.

"Thank God the dress business is done, now it's just a letter to my wife" he murmured

Halim took out a pen and a piece of paper to start writing. Word by word he strung it into a meaningful sentence. He conveyed his longing there.

After he finished writing his letter Halim put the letter in a white envelope along with some money for the needs of his wife's children.

With a happy smile Halim laid her body on her soft bed. He began to imagine how happy and joyful his son and wife were when they received their first gift from him.

"I'd better rest now, because tomorrow I have to move with spirit." he muttered again. He closed his eyes by imagining his wife's longing face.

Slowly, Halim began to get carried away in her sleep.

.. ..

While in the garden, Sarmi was agitated because he was thinking about the words of his neighbor when he went to the village to see the condition of his son, Syakila.

He did not expect his son to be the moons of his friends just because his father who went to the city A.

Sarmi's mother, who saw her son sitting alone in the gode with his sad face, approached and asked him, "What's up, son? Why is your face so moody again?"

Looking up at the unadorned black sky, Sarmi answered her mother's question, "Sarmi thinks of Syakila again, Mom! Poor him at the orphan's bedside with his friends at school. As for Fatma, her brother just kept quiet to see his sister excommunicated."

Sarmi began to shed her tears, "What's the boy's heart made of, Mah?! Why doesn't he defend his sister, and he's also the son of me and Halim."

Sarmi's mother could not speak to answer Sarmi's words, she just gently stroked her son's back. Feeling the soft elusan of the mother, made Sarmi cry even more.

He embraced his mother, "What is the sin of Sarmi Mah, so that Fatma became such a child?" tanyanya while sobbing.

By stroking his son's back, Sarmi's mother won him, "Patience! Don't blame yourself too much. Try talking to Fatma to take care of her sister!" proposed the mother.

"Sarmi told him, Mah! But he's just being indifferent. Not giving me the answer. The longer the child is the more disobedient he is to us, his parents. But he was so obedient to his aunt and uncle. Is it because of us, his parents are poor so we're not considered, Mah?" said Sarmi let out her heartbreak.

"You can't say that, son! Istighfar! It's the same you insulted him." said the mother advises. "How about Syakila? Is she okay?" tanyakanya. Sarmi's mother deliberately changed the topic so that Sarmi did not further insult herself.

"Syakila, he's fine, Mah! He's very heartened. He did not take a headache with his friend's scorn, because he knew it was not true. His father is still alive and is looking for money for himself as well as his sister. That's what Syakila said, Mah to me, when I asked her how she felt." replied Sarmi.

He straightened his head, then wiped away the tears that kept flowing down his cheeks.

"But Sarmi knows, Mah. The boy held sadness in his heart. I saw that glow in Syakila's eyes when I saw her. He didn't want to share his sadness and what he felt for me. He convinced me that he was okay, so I wouldn't worry about him, Mah." he said.

Sarmi's mother let out a long sigh, "They are all your children, their natures vary between brother and sister. Your job is to continue to educate them and teach them to care for, protect, give, and love each other." said the mother advises.

"Mother, if I call Fatma back to live with us, will she want to, Mom?" sarmi asked doubtfully to her mother.

"He's your son, I'm sure he will." replied the mother encouraging Sarmi.

"If she refuses, Mom?" sarmi asked in no confidence.

"If he doesn't want to, let him go first. He is your son, your son. Either way the place he came home to you, his two real parents." said the mother reassuringly.

"Isn't your sister a real example? He lived with his cousin first, at home there but then he returned to his mother." he reassured Sarmi.

"Yes Ma'am, Sarmi will try to talk to him and invite him to stay back with us." said Sarmi in response to his mother's speech.

"Well, you have to, don't be so desperate and give up, let alone haven't tried." said the mother. Sarmi nodded.

"Now it's better, we go in. It's not good if we stay here all night." said the mother again advising.

"Yes ma'am, let's rest." Sarmi asked as she stood up from her seat and wiped away the remains of her tears.

Without saying any more, the mother and Sarmi immediately went into the house and lay down among the children who were already sleeping soundly.
