Stop being a bully

Chelsea rushed to the passenger door as Reno opened his car with a remote. The two got into a car parked outside the gate.

 

“Where are you going?” reno asked after starting the engine.

 

“Where is important good for a place to chat,” Chelsea shrugged both shoulders without looking at Reno.

 

Reno drives her car out of her family home.

 

Chelsea fell silent while looking out the window. Not because he still felt the thump when he saw Reno suddenly appear in the dining room, but imagine the slap of papa Robert he had seen 4 years ago, he said, chelsea did not want Reno to get the same treatment.

 

“It's good to see you're okay,” Reno said opening a conversation breaking the silence between them. Chelsea just laughed softly with a straight forward look.

 

“You'll be back in America again ?”

 

“No, I'll help papi in company.”

 

Reno smiled bitterly. Chelsea no longer calls herself Sea but you and I, when Reno heard that she still called herself by name when talking to her family.

 

“Means we can meet often,” Reno laughs slowly trying to invite Chelsea to joke.

 

“For the beginning, I will not handle the company affairs related to papa company, too extensive network cooperation.”

 

“I can help you.”

 

“I can learn by myself,” reject Chelsea in a flat tone.  “It's been 4 years that I'm used to living independently and self-study. Besides, I better learn with papi than anyone else because papi must be more in control of his company than his working partner.”

 

Reno sighed and exhaled slowly. His car turned to the parking area of one cafe which was not too crowded.

 

“I like to come here if you need peace of mind to get the job done.”

 

“Ooohh,” is just that sentence coming out of Chelsea's mouth while removing her seatbelt and getting out of the car without waiting for Reno to open the door for her.

 

The two entered the cafe and found a comfortable place to talk. Reno ordered heavy meals because her stomach was last filled at 10 a.m.

 

“What do you want to talk about ?” reno asked as the waiter had already left them.

 

“Stop fishing for papa emotions. You know for yourself how papa if already angry at the level of gods, his hands are too light to hit you.”

 

“You still care about me ?”

 

“No. If you mean my heart is still as it used to be, then my answer is no. I'm not the Chelsea I used to be, Reno. To me what happened 4 years ago is no longer a painful memory, but stupidity,” Chelsea laughed softly.

“And now I do not want to repeat the same stupidity, precious experience in my teenage years that makes me stronger grounded in reality.”

 

“What is it really from inside your heart ?”

 

Reno was surprised when Chelsea held his fingers on the table. Not just one, but both.

Reno's eyes were breaking and her heart was racing. His heart wanted to express the words of forgiveness, regret and longing that it continued to nurture and allowed him to flourish.

 

“I no longer feel the thump as before,” Chelsea smiled thinly while releasing Reno fingers. “I really feel so stupid for having been acting silly 4 years ago. But I am also grateful that the incident made me learn to be an adult.”

 

“You mean liking me is stupidity?”

 

“Iya !” Chelsea nodded steadily while laughing. “My teenage stupidity. And when I realized, I no longer feel hurt let alone love for you.”

 

“Then your destination asks for four-eye talk time with me ?” There was a disappointed tone in Reno's words.

 

Chelsea did not answer because a waiter delivered their order.

 

“Thank you,” Chelsea said with a smile on the cafe waiter.

 

“Stop living in regret and say sorry. I didn't need any of that and got tired of hearing Nia deliver your message every time she called me. Our relationship is only limited to friends because our parents are friends and maybe soon I will be your sister-in-law.”

 

“I won't let it happen !” firmly Reno with hardened jaws.

 

“Stop interfering in other people's life affairs. I realized that I did that to you until you created that crazy charade and now please help me not to be as upset as you used to be.”

 

 

“Congratulations,” Chelsea only responded with one word. “I don't need news updates from people who aren't important to me.”

 

Reno bribed his fried rice back which tasted bland but still had to be eaten because his stomach was hungry.

 

“I promise I will not interfere in your personal affairs including work in the company, but specifically Kak Revan's problem, I will not let your marriage happen.”

 

“Reno !” Chelsea are getting upset. “Stop acting childish. I don't even need your blessing to marry Kak Revan because both of our parents have already agreed to it.”

 

“And I will not let it even if I have to face papa slap a hundred times and get injured without being treated,” stressed Reno did not want to lose.

 

“You have managed to make me feel how to be you first. You have succeeded in upsetting me for imposing your will. It's all your right and I have a right to make decisions for my own life. Always remember that we are nobody, so do not try to interfere in my affairs !” chelsea with an annoyed face.

 

Chelsea got up, but Reno held her hand.

“I'm coming,” Reno is waking up.

 

“Not necessary. Someone's picked me up,”

 

Reno turned to the entrance. He guessed that Revan would be seen there, but it was Dio and Nia who walked up to them. Reno smiled faintly and breathed a sigh of relief.

 

“Sea, evil really do not tell you when it arrived in Jakarta,” Nia sulked but immediately hugged her best friend, he said,

 

“What's the difference with you ?” ledek Chelsea while breaking his embrace. “Lirk-same look Dio never told me, know your status has been dating.”

 

“Dio shot him impromptu, Sea and I did not want to refuse him,” Nia chuckled to make Dio shake his head.

 

“Betah same girl model like this, In ?” Chelsea greeted Dio while asking Reno's best friend.

 

“Betah Sea, even like there is less if no one is carrying a Nia kayak,” praise Dio makes Nia immediately embrace the quiet of her lover.

 

“You are indeed the best boyfriend, baby,” change Nia praised Dio.

 

“Lebay,” Chelsea throbbing while laughing.

 

“Can you take me home ? I don't have a wallet or a cell phone.”

 

“Basic of the poor,” ledek Nia. “Can schools far to America, money duaribu alone do not have.”

 

“Not the poor, Nia, it's just too rich, the money is all American dollars.”

 

Nia throbbing makes Chelsea laugh again. Secretly Reno had only noticed him since then. The laughter still hasn't changed, it still shakes Reno's heart and has always been missed for 4 years.

 

“You go between the Sea go home first, Yang. I'll come with Reno to Sea's house. Your mouth must have been itching to chat, I accompany Reno to spend his meal first,” Dio said after seeing that the food on Reno's plate still remains a lot.

 

As Reno's co-worker and assistant, Dio knew that Reno had not touched food since 10 a.m. Reno is a work enthusiast and forgets about his health if he is busy with his work.

 

“You are indeed the most understanding, dear,” Nia blinked one eye.

 

“Truly couple bucin lebay,” Chelsea rolled her eyeballs while bobbing heads.

 

“Where is the car key?” Chelsea reached out to Dio.

 

“There's the same Nia, she's smart steering wheel now.”

 

“Serious ?” chelsea's eyes were staring at her best friend.

 

“I've been almost 22 years Sea, have a possessive girlfriend who often goes out of town for the sake of a handful of diamonds for me. So my possessive boyfriend forced me to learn the steering wheel so I don't stick around the same handsome guy in the city bus.”

 

“Where is a handsome guy and thick pockets want to rush and sweat in the bus,” Chelsea freak.

 

“There's already spit home,” said Dio. “Later the chat time is getting shorter. Today is just enough foreword only, tomorrow-tomorrow new stories per chapter.”

 

“You think I'm a storyteller,” grumbled Chelsea.

 

Nia pulled the hand of Chelsea leaving Dio and Reno after saying goodbye to both. Chelsea simply followed Nia and was a little wary as the girl started the car engine.
