CHAPTER 70

"Why you?" andreas asked as he saw Cleo daydreaming.

"It's none of your business" he replied. Cleo stood up and walked out of the restaurant

"Hey! Where are you going?" shouted Andreas.

"I told you it's none of your business." Cleo passed by just like that, leaving Andreas pensive at the thought of what had happened to him.

"Basic bule stupid. If she loves another woman, why would she marry me?" Cleo grumbled, accidentally kicking the can of drink that was in front of her.

"Aawww!!" suffocating someone, Cleo who regained consciousness immediately searched for the source of the voice. When he saw a man holding his head, holding the can he had kicked.

"Sorry!! I accidentally hit your head" he said after being near the man.

"You did it?" the dimpled man thrust out the can he was holding.

"Yes." Yeah." Cleo nodded.

"If you're not a woman, maybe I've already thrown it at you" replied the man.

"Sorry!" repeated Cleo, she felt regret.

"It's okay." she smiled, and it fascinated Cleo. "Have we met before?" tanyakanya.

"I don't think so." Cleo replied.

"I think yes! Cassanova Apartment." Cleo looked at the handsome man. Then he nodded. He only realized that they had met at Andreas' apartment. This man drove her when Andreas was drunk.

"What are you doing here?" tanyakanya.

"It's Bali. You must know what I'm doing here." Cleo replied, she laughed.

"Well, you're right!" abugn. "Then, where's Andreas?"

"Eitherway! I don't care where he is." she replied, The man smiled.

"Me, Mahen!" cleo's eyebrows twinkled. "I know you must have forgotten me." she thrust her hand out, Cleo shook Mahen's hand.

"Cleopatra." she introduced herself.

"Do you need a friend to walk around?" ask Mahendra. Cleo looked at him thoroughly. "I'm not a bad person." Mahen seemed to know what Cleo had in mind.

"All right." Cleo agrees. "I also wasted the holidays this time." Cleo followed Mahendra. They walked towards the red sports car parked on the side of the road. Mahendra opened the two-door car and allowed Cleo to enter.

"Do you like the beach?" mahen asked, Cleo nodded. "We'd better get there." Cleo agreed with him.

"Where'd he go?" Andreas who just came out of the restaurant looked wryly looking for Cleo's whereabouts. "Did he go back to the hotel?" he immediately left the restaurant.

"What is your relationship with Andrew?" mahen asked as they were on their way to the beach.

"What did he tell you?" ask Cleo.

"He said nothing" he answered.

"Well, then he and I have nothing to do" he replied. Mahen turned to him, he felt Cleo was lying.

"He never brought a woman into his apartment." Cleo changed into the one staring at him.

"really? Didn't you call her Cassanova?" Cleo looked confused. Mahen.

"He's never even been in a relationship with any woman" she replied quickly.

"You look so familiar to him" Cleo said.

"of course. We've been friends for a long time." Cleo mangosteen.

"Then you know a lot about him?" Mahen nodded.

"We've arrived." Mahen opened the car door, Cleo followed him.

"What are you thinking?" asked Cleo who was sitting next to him.

"Nothing" Mahen replied.

"You're like a heartbroken person." Mahen looked at him.

"What looks clear?" Cleo nodded. Mahen tried to laugh. Cleo knew her laughter was fake, she was very sure the man had a wound in his heart. Cleo could feel that.

"You're right. The woman I love loves loves another man." Cleo fell silent.

"If you love her so much, why not fight for her?" ask Cleo.

"Because there was never a place for me." Mahen stared at the ocean with a blank look.

"I know for a fact that you are so devastated right now" he replied. "From your struggles to nothing, it is better to seek real happiness." Mahen smiled hearing that.

"Is this about you too?" guess it.

"T-no. I'm just giving you advice." elak Cleo. Mahendra laughed as he saw Cleo's face flushed red.

"What are you laughing at? I said it's not about me." he said annoyed.

"I know it must be hard to face Andreas. He couldn't even turn away from his first love." Cleo's eyes grew bigger. "But if you try hard, I'm sure the bule will fall into your arms." Cleo's face turned red.

"Who wants that raunchy bule." Mahen laughed again. He liked Cleo's personal pastime.

"I'm sure he'll regret wasting a woman like you." Cleo was speechless, her eyes looking at Mahen deeply. He could see that what Mahen said was sincere. Cleo could only reply with a sweet smile. They then enjoy the sun going down. For some reason, Cleo felt a little relieved when conversing with the dimpled man.

"Where is he?" it had been almost half an hour Andreas was pacing back and forth in the hotel room. "Take a look if he comes back later" she's upset. He switched when he heard his phone ring. Andreas' face immediately shone when he saw Cantika's name on his phone screen. "Hallo!" Andreas sounded excited.

"Where are you?" ask Cantika from across.

"I'm at the hotel" she replied quickly.

"I'm done with my job" he said.

"Tell me your location, I'll be there." Andreas hurried to take the room key.

"no need. I'll send you the location where we met" he said.

"All right." Andreas rushed out of the room and headed for the elevator. He was already impatient to meet with Cantika.

"Thank you for everything." Cleo just got to the hotel. Mahen drove him home.

"Look easy." replied the man. "Then I walk first. Remember my message, if you need my help to deal with it, don't hesitate to call me." Cleo smiled and nodded. He felt lucky to know Mahen. The guy was so nice and fun.

"That's it." Andreas who had just stepped out of the elevator saw Cleo standing near a red sports car. Who was she talking to?" Andreas sped up his pace, He was curious who Cleo was with.

After saying that, Mahen turned around and got into his car. Cleo waved her hand as Mahen was about to leave the hotel. The man smiled and left from there, just as Andreas was near Cleo. Cleo turned around and was surprised to find Andreas standing behind her. His eyes seemed to be burning, as if he wanted to pounce on Cleo.

"What are you doing here?" asked Cleo pretending to be a bitch.

"I should have asked. Who's the guy?" Andreas could only see Mahen from behind. When he approached Mahen, he opened the car door.

"You don't need to know." Cleo replied.

"I should know. Did you deliberately go to meet him?" tanyakanya.

"It's none of your business." Andreas prevents Cleo from entering the lobby.

"We're not done yet" he said.

"Take me off!" Cleo snapped her hand.

"You!!" Andreas stopped when he heard his phone ring. "Yes, Tika?" he said when he answered the call. Cleo turned her head when she heard that name. "I'll be there soon. You're not going anywhere." Andreas shut the phone. "We're not done yet." he threatened. After saying that, Andreas ran towards the taxi that happened to stop near them. Cleo looked at him in annoyance.
