CHAPTER 69

"Just disturb my sleep." Andreas put back Cleo's phone. "Where is he?" Andreas hasn't seen Cloe's presence there. "He didn't even bring his phone, what if something happened?" he was unknowingly worried about Cleo. "Ah, whatever!" Andreas walked into the bathroom.

"I'm already okay. You go back." said Cleo.

"You sure?" ask Kai. Cleo nodded.

"Let me drive you."

"No need." she refused. Cleo did not want Andreas to see them. "I can do it myself." she replied.

"All right." Kai relented. "If there's anything tell me." the message. Cleo nodded back. After seeing Cleo walking closer to the hotel, Kai left.

"I must hurry." Cleo hurriedly walked into the hotel.

"Where are you?" Cleo was shocked when she saw Andreas in the elevator.

"Beach." he replied.

"Are you happy to be hanging around?" they were arguing in front of the elevator. "Hey, didn't you hear me?" Cleo rushed into the elevator. He let Andreas scream out there.

"Wouldn't his mouth speak well?" grunts Cleo. When he got to the room, he went straight to the bathroom. Meanwhile, Andreas was eating a meal at the restaurant available at the hotel. When it was done, Cleo picked up the phone that was on the table. He walked towards the balcony and chose to relax there.

"Are you sure Cleo didn't come in today?" Kiano asked Elijah.

"Doctor Cleo is on leave, sir." replied Elijah. He was trying to find out the man behind the mask. He was pretty sure it was Kiano.

"The holidays? Did he say where he was going?" tanyakanya.

"Doctor Cleo just said there was family business" he replied.

"How long?"

"He was on leave for 3 days." after hearing Elijah's reply, Kiano left the hospital with a shunt pace.

"What was his brother? But Cleo's only child, she doesn't have a brother." Kiano is still in the hospital parking lot. He took his phone and checked Cleo's social media. Looks like Cleo's online. Kiano didn't want to waste any time, he quickly contacted Cleo.

"Hallo!" cleo replied, Kiano looks relieved.

"Hi, Cle! Where have you been?" tanyakanya.

"What's wrong?" ask Cleo.

"So I called you, and that raised a man. Who's she?" ask Kiano.

"Must be a pervert. How dare he hold my phone." Inner Cleo. "Why did you call me?" Cleo switched the conversation.

"I-I ..., I was in the hospital, but they said you were on leave" he replied.

"Yes, I'm on 3 days off" Cleo replied.

"What's wrong? Why are you on leave all of a sudden?" tanyakanya.

"Ah, I just want to get some fresh air" she lied.

"really?" Kiano looks confused. Elijah just told me Cleo's on leave because there's family business.

"Yes" he answered.

"Then where are you now?" ask Cleo. "If you're home, I'll be there."

"I'm not home. I'm in Bali right now" he replied honestly.

"Room?" tanyakanya. Cleo turned her head when she heard the sound of a door opening from outside.

"Kai, let's talk again!" Cleo immediately turned off her phone the moment Andreas came in. Kai was speechless, he was confused as to why Cleo had suddenly cut off their phone call.

"What are you doing?" ask Andreas.

"You think?" Cleo continued to surf on social media. Andreas walked towards the tv room, he was lying on the sofa that was there. Vincent deliberately chose a VIP room for them to occupy. The room was large enough for both of them.

"Are you not bored?" ask Andreas.

"Of course." she answered.

"Then, what if we go on the road?" bring him.

"We? You mean me and you?" Cleo seemed to be unable to believe what she heard.

"You think there's someone else here besides us?" Andreas is back.

"Not so, I'm just confused. Since when did we get close?" the answer.

"I'm just lazy to come out alone is not clear. If you don't want to." Andrew stood up and was about to head for the exit.

"I'm coming along." Cleo immediately got on the bike.

"wear this. I don't want you to blame me if you get hurt." Cleo snatched the helmet out of her hand and started wearing it.

Andreas then runs his bike. They started down the street, and occasionally Andreas speed up the speed of his bike. Cleo didn't mind that at all. At first Andreas wants to test Cleo, whether the beautiful woman will refuse if she takes him on a motorcycle in scorching heat. But since then, there has been absolutely no compensation from him.

"Why are we here?" cleo asked as they reached Legian.

"I want to enjoy the atmosphere" he replied.

"If you don't want to already. You can go wherever you like." Andreas put down his helmet and began walking into the crowded streets with visitors.

"Basic bule sucks!" Cleo put down her helmet and tried to chase after Andreas.

"Where are we really going?" Cleo was upset that Andreas had been just circling there without buying anything.

"Don't I tell you that I just want to go for a walk" he replied.

"Huh, why would I go with him." Cleo who was tired chose to enter one of the cafes there.

"Where are you going?" andreas shouted as he watched her open the door.

"I'm hungry." Cleo walked in and immediately sat down on the chair that led to the street. Andreas joined him.

"Just walk a little bit no energy." ledeknya.

"I'm so hungry. You didn't even let me eat my breakfast." as I was leaving, Andreas forced Cleo to hurry. The woman had not even tasted the fried rice she had cooked. I don't know what the rice will be.

"Your own fault, why is it that people are too loose?" he went back to teasing Cleo, the woman was getting annoyed.

As soon as the order came, Cleo immediately ate it. It is now 17:25 WiTA. Of course, Cleo's stomach was hard to thrash for filling.

"Can't you slow down? You ate like a starving man for a month." so, Cleo just raised her eyes. He did not care about Andreas' ravings at all. The man took a sip of the espresso he had in his classroom.

"Tika." her smile flashed so knowing that the one who called her was Cantika. The woman approached and immediately hugged Andreas. Cleo choked when she saw the scene before her. He immediately picked up a glass filled with water and drank it straight away. Andreas only turned his head for a moment, then he focused on Cantika.

"What are you doing here?" ask Andreas. "Aren't you in Paris?"

"I'm here because I have a job" he replied.

"Sit down!" Andreas let him go without asking Cleo for permission. Cantika sat down and looked at Cleo.

"Who is he? Is she your lover?" tanyakanya.

"Ah, this is my friend in the hospital. It just so happens that there's a seminar we have to attend here." Cleo glared when she heard his lie.

"Aren't you going to introduce me?" cantika.

"Ah, yes! Cleo introduce this Cantika, my best friend." she said slowly.

"Cleo." he received Cantika's hand.

"When did you come back? Why didn't you call me?" Cantika turned back to him.

"I'm here for a minute. After my work was done I had to go back to Paris." looks of disappointment in Andreas' face.

"Oh, yeah, have we met before?" tika asked Cleo who had been quiet.

"No." lied.

"But I don't know why I feel like I've seen you." Cantika began to remember where she had met Cleo. Andreas is worried, Tika will remember that they met at the jewelry store.

"Aika!! Come on!!" a woman shouted from a distance. Cantika looked over and nodded.

"I'm sorry, Dre! But I have to go." he said.

"Is it tonight we can meet?" tanyanya when Cantika stood up.

"of course. I'll let you know." Cantika hugged Andreas again. "I'm first, it's good to meet you" he told Cleo. After that he joined his friends who were already waiting near the exit. Andreas kept watching her, until she was no longer seen.

"Isn't she the woman in the picture?" Cleo realized what was happening at this moment.
