CHAPTER 60

"I hate you!!" Cleo banged her pillow. "You should never have been in my life." Cleo shed tears. He stared at the photo above his nightstand. There was Adam smiling while embracing him. The photo was taken during their first winter holiday in London. Adam and Cleo were so happy. "Does this make you happy? I did all this for Dad. I wish you could just calm down there." Cleo wiped the tears.

"Dr!!! Drttt!!" her phone shook, Cleo picked it up and saw Sandra's name there.

"Hallo!!" said it.

"Cle, where are you?" ask Sandra.

"Home" he answered.

"Do you have time?"

"Why?"

"Road, Yuk! We haven't been together for a long time." Sandra asked.

"Are you not working?" tanyakanya.

"It's weekend, Cle! Don't you remember the day?" sandra Canda.

"Be quiet! Today I have night service." he replied.

"I'll pick you up." said Sandra.

"No! No!" reject Cleo.

"Why?" Sandra sounded confused.

"I brought a car. So, you don't have to pick me up. Just tell me where we met." she replied quickly.

"Puri Malls. Our usual place is always hanging out." he said.

"All right!" Cleo agrees. An hour later, Cleo arrived at Puri Mall. He went straight to the 3rd floor, just like the message Sandra sent.

"Cleo!!" Cleo turned her head to the left, she found Sandra standing in front of one of the cafes in the Mall. Cleo approached him.

"Have you been a long time?" ask Cleo.

"Lumayan!" the answer.

"Sorry, I had a little business" Cleo replied.

Actually, he was late because he had to wait for Al to get out of the apartment first. He did not want to meet or talk to Al. It was fortunate that the stucco man had to practice the morning, so he could leave without saying anything to her.

"Have you had breakfast?" sandra asked, Cleo shook her head. "We'd better eat here first." Sandra invited him into the cafe.

"Cle, can I ask you something?" he said at the meal they ordered had arrived.

"Of course." Cleo stuffed the sphagetti bolognase into her mouth. Because of Andreas, he must be willing to hold his stomach hungry.

"What's your relationship with that pervert bule?"

"Huk ..., Huk ...." Cleo choked when she heard Sandra pronounce the name Andreas.

"Slow down!" Cleo received the mineral water Sandra gave her. He immediately sipped the drink. "What's wrong with you?" ask Sandra.

"of course. His good looks are hard to make a woman forget." Sandra laughed as she saw Cleo turn her back on her.

"That's it, don't talk about him!" Cleo didn't sound like it.

"I'm just curious. Why does he not like you so much. Did you meet last night?" Cleo stared intently at him. "Kiano's the story" he said. Sandra seemed to know what Cleo had in mind.

"You knew me a long time ago and he never got along" she replied.

"But, I'm still confused as to why you two could meet?" Sandra seemed to think.

"Nobody knows destiny. I couldn't believe why I'd be reunited with the person I once hated." she said.

"I'm sure God must have his own plan" Sandra replied. Cleo was silent thinking about his words. "But I think you're meant to be together." Cleo raised her head.

"What do you mean?" tanyakanya.

"Do you know, when you fell down the stairs, he was the doctor who took care of you." Cleo's surprised.

"That's impossible!" answer Cleo.

"Really! I remember very well that he used to be a doctor at IGD Giant Hospital." he explained. Cleo fell silent again, she just found out about this.

"You're serious?" ask Cleo. Sandra nodded.

"Oh, forget it! What about you?" ask Cleo.

"Why me?" Sandra stirred the juice in front of her.

"Do you have a partner?" tanyakanya.

"I haven't thought about it yet" he replied.

"Are you still expecting Kiano?" ask Cleo slowly. Sandra who had originally cast her gaze away, turned to Cleo.

"I'm just guessing." Cleo laughed a little.

"You yourself? Do you have more feelings for her? Before or now?" they got into a pretty serious conversation.

"No." she insisted.

"really?" Sandra looked for honesty in her eyes.

"Yes. Before or now, my feelings are still the same. I just consider him a friend. Besides, I'm sure, maybe he already has a partner. So, you don't have to ask me that anymore" he replied.

"What if he doesn't have a partner yet and still expects you?" Sandra's still looking for him about Kiano.

"That's impossible. After all, I can't give anyone hope." she replied.

"You mean?" Sandra was confused by Cleo's statement.

"I want to take you out tonight" he said.

"Where?" tanyakanya.

"Regular! Olive's already booked a place for us." Andreas's awake.

"I can't go" he replied.

"But, why? Aren't you free?" his insistence. Olive wouldn't want to come if Andreas wasn't around. That's why Judah urged him.

"I'm lazy again!" Andreas exhaled.

"Why you?" Yuda believes something is wrong with his best friend.

"Have you ever acted out of your control?" tanyakanya.

"of course. Everyone must have experienced it." he replied. "What are you really doing?" tanyakanya.

"Have you ever had contact with the person you hate the most?" ask again.

"No. Are you experiencing it?" Yuda who opened, guessed it immediately.

"I hated him, but somehow last night I kissed him." Hearing Andreas' honesty, Judah was blown away.

"You kissed a woman? Did I hear wrong?" ledek.

"Survor your voice!" Andreas throws it with the book in front of him.

"I'm just surprised, you're finally in a relationship with a woman. I think I like a guy like me." she said.

"Get out of here, if you're still making fun of me." she said.

"Look, Bro!" quickly answer. "Who is he? Do I know him?" tanyakanya.

"Shut your mouth!" andreas. Yuda is back.

"What are you talking about?" ask Olive who just came in.

"Here, Cassano is upset!" olive sat down near him.

"Why why?" Olive looked at Andreas who was sitting by himself.

"She's new sa ...."

"CRUMBLE!" a book landed on his face.

"What are you doing here?" Andreas diverted the conversation.

"Did Yuda not say anything to you? I want to invite you to hang out." she replied.

"Sorry, but I have business." Andreas refused. "You go together." he suggested.

"Me and her?" Olive looked at Yuda who was shaking at him. Andress nodded. "Lazy!!" the smile on Yuda's face immediately faded. Olive stood up and left them just like that.

"Don't despair! You should try again." Andreas suggested. He knew very well that Yuda had liked Olive for a long time.

"Night." Cleo headed straight for the locker.

"CRUMBLE!" he raised his head when he realized that his body was hitting someone. And, how surprised Cleo would be if the person she hit was Andreas.
