"Next week you're off to London. Dad and I have prepared all your needs there. The earth will help you too." Adam said as they ate breakfast. Cleo did not say anything, she seemed to focus on the food on her plate.

"I'm full!" Cleo put down her spoon and walked away from the dining room. Bi Ita could only look compassionately at him.

"Sir, what's your decision?" ask bi Ita.

"It's the best, Bi." she replied.

"But pity non Cleo. He wants to stay here to accompany sir." Adam looked at him. "Yes, sir, he said that to me this morning. Miss didn't want to leave master alone." bi Ita told them the conversation this morning.

"Cleo, are you awake?" adam asked as soon as he got to the dining room.

"Not yet, sir." replied bi Ita.

"I have to go to the hospital. Please take care of him." the message, Adam left without touching anything.

"Come in." said Cleo from the inside. "What's up, Bi?" tanyanya when she saw bi Ita enter.

"Is the lady okay?" tanyakanya.

"I'm fine. If aunty comes here because she's worried about me, aunty take it easy, I won't argue with dad anymore." bi Ita looked at her lovingly.

"You wait here! I gave this to the pharmacy." Nayla nodded, before long Aisyah sat down next to her.

"Mom, Nayla go to the toilet first!" said it.

"No, I'm just here. Nay can be alone." After that, Nayla walks to the toilet located near the park inside the hospital.

"Isn't that dad, Cleo? What's he doing here?" while coming out of the toilet, Nayla sees Adam being with a man wearing a doctor's suit.

"What should I do?" ask Adam.

"You better be honest with him. Cleo needs to know your condition." replied Vincent.

"He would be very sad if he knew this." - Adam.

"But when do you want to keep all this from him? He needs to know, so that there's no regrets later." Vincent gave him advice.

"I can't afford it. How should I tell him? He must be surprised if I say my life won't be long." Adam covered his face with both hands.

"But Cleo must know! Your current condition is not so good. Cancer is growing so rapidly. We cannot guess what will happen tomorrow. Imagine, if all of a sudden he couldn't see you anymore. What will it be like." Adam shakes again.
