It means: "Every one who lives will feel dead. And only on the Day of Resurrection will you be perfectly rewarded. Whoever is cast out of hell and put into heaven, he will have victory. The life of the world is but a deluded pleasure."
Based on the interpretation of the Quran one of the messages contained in the above verse is that every living being who lives will feel Death

In Surah Al-Hadid, 57:19 reads:
"When one feels the saccharat of death, they can witness the various pleasures of the Hereafter which Allah has promised them" (QS. Al - Hadid 41:30)
