Hearing Cindy's shout that said, that adalagi will come out, making Rio, very surprised to hear it. He did not expect, the small body of his wife, like having extraordinary strength, until he had removed three children from his womb. He even shouted back that there was another one.

"Doctors want to come out! Hurry up and help my wife!" he shouted again at the Doctor, because he could not bear to see Cindy's face that looked in pain. Hearing Rio's scream, the Doctor went back to handling Cindy.

"Calm down sir, I helped him immediately" said the Doctor, who then went back to check on Cindy. "Maa shaa Allah, the baby's head is at the door. Come on Mom spirit, once again, take a deep breath and then spread!" the Doctor tells Cindy to come back.

Without wasting any time Cindy took her breath back. "Lailaha illa Anta subhanaka inni kuntu minadhdalimin! Sjr..!" he said it and returned he was circulating with all his might and..

"Oek..Oek..Oek..Oek Oek" The sound of the fourth baby's cry is heard again and breaks the room of the rebirth.

Seeing her fourth baby had been present Rio's tears finally spilled. He was so grateful for God's great gift to him.

"Alhamdulillah, our fourth baby girl again" said Rio, as he kissed Cindy's forehead with great affection. "No one, baby?" rio asked who looked like he was drowning. Looking at the tired face of his little wife.

Cindy, who seemed to have run out of steam, only replied to her husband's questions with her head. Rio who understood his wife's tiredness, gave a soft kiss again, saying.

"Sa-sama-sa-ma Kak, Acha ju-ga beri-ma ka-sih, un-tuk ku-sih. ja-ga bu-ah ki-ta heart ya. ma-sorry-kan Acha k-ak..,hes.." said Cindy, stammering, then she slowly closed her eyes. Making Rio flinch and instantly his blood rippled when he saw his wife's face, instantly paled.

"No! Honey what happened to you? Open your eyes, baby!" calling Rio, whose voice now sounded quivering, he also continued to pat Cindy's cheek softly, but did not react at all, making Rio become frightened. "Doctor! Quickly check on my wife! Hurry Doctor!" his shout, made the Doctor startled because Rio's voice was so high.

Seeing Rio's panic, without saying anything, the Doctor immediately examined Cindy's state. The doctor's face was clearly visible, changing pias after he examined Cindy, from her pulse and also her heartbeat to her breathing which seemed to have all stopped.

"No! That can't be Doctor! It is impossible for my wife to die! She can't leave me and her kids! Quickly check again Doctor!" yelled Rio, who looked as if he could not believe what had happened.

"Noooo! No way! Acha wake up Acha! Banguun! You can't leave me and our kids Acha!" rio shouted, as he shook the body of his wife who looked stiff.

"Yahoooo! Noooo! heuheu.. Don't go Acha, don't leave meu!. huhuhu" Rio shouted so hysterically, and his cry broke, he constantly shook Cindy's body, until finally he hugged her tightly, and she was still crying, sometimes he kissed Cindy's whole face.

Rio was no longer able to touch himself. He forgets his four children with Cindy. And because the body is not so fit, plus he just passed the tension when watching Cindy give birth, and now the tension is mounting, making his body immediately weakened and finally he was unconscious.
