Zayan was found guilty and sentenced to 12 years in prison for rape and molestation of a woman in the back yard of Venus. The witness was also present in the congregation and testified about what he saw.
The day that the trial was held, Ransi was not there. He chose to stay home until the judge decided everything. Ransi sits in the living room with fear, though she believes Zayan is unlikely to commit the depraved deed that leaves a woman depressed and in need of treatment.
