Adi laid Elsa on the bed before she covered herself with a blanket.
"If you don't drink well, you should drink less beer."
"No way, the drink is so good, I'll keep drinking it."
Adi only let out a long sigh before he straightened his waist to get out of the room, Elsa's words stopped him.
"I'm sorry about the furniture, he's been betrayed by someone he trusts so much, because that's what he is."
"I don't mind, after all I may be a bad person who employs you as a tool to achieve my desires."
Elsa shook her head without saying anything else, for her first life as a slave she had already seen how her friends ended up.
Before he joined the slave seller Adi bought, he had been in a certain noble house, every day the woman gave him a lash.
There was no meaningful reason that made him do that, he just wanted to torture her mercilessly.
Elsa forced herself to sit up from her bed, she removed her upper body and showed that there were many wounds of concern.
"Elsa, you?"
"This I hide from the others, I guarantee that Mr. Adi, is not a bad person."
Judging from his wound Adi could confirm it really looked sick, even though the torturer had been put to death for Elsa things in the past he could not forget.
There was nothing she could do to help Elsa, even if Adi wanted to do it.
She leaves Elsa's room to go to her own room.
"That's a bad scar, I wish there was something we could do for her."
Adi nodded at Mesna's words, her online shopping system did not give any magic item that could do it, the thing that was probably to look for her in this world.
The next morning outside the city, several freight trains had been prepared with adventurers who served as bodyguards, Adi came on time and saw Riho who was checking the goods before leaving.
"Thank you for the hard work."
"Adi, you've come."
Seeing Adi who appeared Riho smiled widely, it might look as if it was discrimination that made Adi treated more than other adventurers.
Shortly thereafter four adventurers appeared.
The one adventurer who was the leader sighed softly.
"What, I guess the adventurer who will help us adventurers higher than us, he is only a tier 8."
"Then Adi was very strong."
Adi only smiled wryly while the adventurers in front of him tried to judge him, he was not wearing a Jersey even though it did not give a meaningful change, in fact he chose a black coat to make himself cooler and it was definitely ineffective.
"Well whatever it is, try not to bother us."
The adventurers left after giving a bad taste to Riho's pouting mouth.
"Not to think about it, adventurers are like that sometimes."
Adi only replied with a wry smile, he rode on the back train with Riho who was happy to explain things that often happen when shipping goods like this.
For ordinary bandits but in fact sometimes the demon army also often attacks the supplies that are done, if they are lucky they can get through it without getting hurt.
Adi only thought that if so should his bodyguard be more than four people, it would be much safer to travel.
Their train began to enter the forest area, the city next door only took a day trip because there was no time to rest.
Adi asked.
"The adventurers I never saw, were they really in our guild?"
"They do have our guilds, but travel outside the city more often. I don't know what kind of work they take but they still routinely take it"
"Riho who are the people who are hired as horse charioteers?"
"Ordinary people who are often employed by the guild."
Adi was increasingly distrustful of what was happening at the moment, he pulled the revolver and pointed the tip at the head of the coachman in front of him.
"What are you trying to do?" adi's words were cold.
The adventurer point of view.
Inside the front four adventurers were laughing.
"I thought the guild would hire top-tier adventurers, it was just a kid."
"But it's not risky to try to rob supplies like this."
"Of course not, even if this train disappears they will blame the bandits or the demon lord's army, we will be fine."
"That's right, lucky that we joined Mr. Oscar. Since we did we can live with luxury, we can also bribe these people to join."
"Frankly, by the way the receptionist who came with us is very sweet, let's sleep in a crowd."
"I like the idea."
They had absolutely no idea what was waiting for them ahead.
Adi's point of view.
Adi heard all the explanations thrown from the person in front of him, in short they will not go to the nearest city but go to the headquarters of the person named Oscar. He is known as the head of the bandits who have been royal burunons.
Riho showed a face of anxiety.
"Would we just get out of here?"
Adi wants to overcome this alone, but since he is with Riho he needs to keep making sure that his safety is maintained. All the goods here are needed by the city next door so he cannot just leave.
Adi detonates a firearm in his hand which makes an end for the coachman in front of him.
"Riho hide for a while."
"You'll fight them."
Adi just nodded in response.
The adventurer point of view.
Hearing a strange explosion made the adventurers wonder.
"What's that?"
Adventurers two, three and four simultaneously glanced back, they were not blind enough to not know the direction of the sound.
"Came from behind."
They stopped the train, it should not be long before they reached the base, making it difficult enough that they stopped here. When they got off the men who served as coachmen ran towards them.
"What are you guys doing? Quickly bring the train back."
One by one they suddenly fell down easily, even to know what kind of weapon had hit them no one could. What they saw was that an adventurer named Adi was walking while stuffing bullet droplets into his firearm.
"What the fuck is that, what is he?" Before adventurer two finished his words his head had already exploded, followed by three and four.
Their leader fell to the ground palely while dragging himself desperately.
They were strong adventurers yet with just a strange object they were defeated too easily.
"Stop, I."
A hot bullet has pierced his heart.
