Chapter 52: Luxury Banquet

Before sunset, this afternoon Adi decided to entertain everyone with his special dishes, before Elsa and Misa paused to take a vacation to inform Adi about Rinko's plans. Instead Adi will provide special services through cooking instead.

Chairs and long tables have been arranged in such a way outdoors, as for which their seating includes, Furniture, Elsa, Yorin, Misa, Kamui, Vern, Brietta, etc, Melty and lastly of course Daria are sitting between Riho and Casandra.

Riho was already part of this house even though she was honestly not there to settle down or work. Apart from that, everything will be served like in an expensive restaurant.

The rarely seen faces were Yorin and Kamui.

Yorin likes to confine himself to the inventions he wants to make while Kamui prefers to hunt all day, if Adi forbids him from hunting wild animals he will sometimes hunt humans or bad people in the city.

In some cases the news about the many destroyed bodies found on the streets were all the work.

Adi who was already wearing all-white clothes helped everyone prepare cutlery, she even poured wine elegantly and juice for Brietta.

"Wait a minute, I'm not a kid. Give me the wine."

"Joking around."

"The things are ugly, the times you didn't notice but I've grown taller today."

Adi felt like stroking Brietta's hair.

"Please enjoy, now I am not Adi, but the master Chef so call me that."

Only Daria looked at Adi with the gaze of a dead fish as if looking at an alien creature that had just landed on this planet.

"Your eyes are terrible."

"Why are you doing all this?"

The entire Shadow Hunter members raised their hands and simultaneously said "Because we like."

"Served like this isn't too bad, is there room service as well."

"Stop saying dirty things at the dinner table, you little fox."

"What's the Furniture? Do you want to do it too."

Before they would throw plates at each other, Misa was already there while pointing a long rifle in front of them.

"May?" x2.

"I've filled it with dope, I think I'll shoot it if it's all out of control."

Both of them chose to sit quietly.

Kamui laughs.

"You should try to fight it out, as I do, when you see people suffering it feels so good."

Yorin sits down while reading a book.

For the sake of making things go normally Adi calmed everyone including taking Yorin's book.

"Master?"

"It is forbidden to read a book while at the dinner table, try like others to enjoy the wine first."

Yorin had swollen cheeks but Adi had withstood the power of the so-called priesthood, even though in his heart he was still shouting.

"I understand."

Melty clapped as Adi went to bring her an appetizer.

"I wonder what kind of food will be served first by the master Chef?"

"I also feel that way, Adi always stopped by my house if he wanted to eat something, this is the first time I've made something by him."

"Master often comes to Riho's house?"

"Once he comes in the middle of the night and comes home the next morning."

"Suspicious."

Riho threw a face as Melty looked at him so closely. On the other hand Brietta and Vern look forward to it until they are a little disappointed because the first served is just a can placed on a plate instead of a big meal to fill their gluttony.

"What's this?" ask Furniture.

"Caviar, it's made of eggs and it tastes good."

"Fish eggs, I just saw them" said Casandra.

"Try."

When they eat it they look happy.

"What the fuck is this taste?"

"In my hometown only rich people can eat it, you can add bread or biscuits to improve the taste."

They all raised their hands to order it.

"Please the bread."

"If only the rich eat it, then this must be noble food."

"I feel so too."

Vern and Yorin throw it at each other when Adi puts bread on each table.

A serving of Brietta is made a lot even if it is just an appetizer.
