Chapter 115: The First Gate of the Demon Tower

Adi parked his car in front of a red tower located on the seafront, when viewed at a glance it resembles a beacon tower but the size is much larger. Around it does not grow anything making it entirely barren with rocky cliffs.

The three enter the gate and discover that in each room has a spiral staircase that rises to the top, there is no monster in it just an empty room with nothing.

Obviously this place was not used like a dungeon or anything else, just a residence formed like this.

However, they never weaken the guard. On the 10th floor they could finally find a person wearing armor waiting for them, he stood like a knight with a sword stuck on the floor.

"From here only one person stayed and the rest could continue their journey to the top."

"Then let me."

Yuela volunteered while the rest nodded in agreement before climbing the stairs back, Adi and Rinko could guess what Shion wanted.

Besides separating them he also hoped that his men could weaken all the heroes a little, even if they lost it would be much better for him.

Rinko walks in front and Adi follows behind. On the 20th floor both found the same person as on the 10th floor, only now the one waiting was the Ice Armor.

Rinko asks Adi who continues the journey to the top, for him he is quite interested when dealing with something user of the same element.

Adi also agreed. Mesna, who had been silent in his system, said.

"It's surprising that it turns out that there aren't any traps for us, as if demon lord Shion only wants to fight blatantly one-on-one in this place."

Adi's turn to find his own enemy, the Wind Armor, which is a different spear user from the previous two.

Wind armor shot out with quick footsteps, Adi was also already wielding a sword to fend off his attacks, generating sparks into the air.

The wind armor leapt back before returning giving off more puncture force than before.

"You don't want to say your name before you fight?" adi said while dismissing the attack.

"We don't have a name, you can call me Windshield or something."

Their attacks were restrained against each other at such a close distance, Adi did not know what kind of face was shown from the person in front of him who obviously might be a powerful demon.

Both of them jumped back, the Wind Armor enveloped his spear with the wind then pushed it forward, it created a strong wind that could destroy the tower wall behind Adi with a huge explosion.

He retaliated with a swing of the sword that created the blade of wind, and when it struck the armor the wind instantly faded.

"So it doesn't work."

Adi continued with a melee attack, though, he took a gap from the side with a transverse slash but the Wind Armor predicted and held it before turning his spear in the circumference of his waist which exhaled the air to throw Adi backwards.

"He has a strong defense" Mesna interjected.

"Obviously, it's likely that the two were the same... hey, was the armor you were wearing specially made?"

Adi didn't expect him to answer, but unexpectedly, he said.

"This armour was once owned by a human from the empire, we repaired it and increased it to such an extent in its use."

It could be said that the demons also took knowledge from humans making them even more developed.
