Book 2: Surviving In Another World From Zero
Chapter 06: A Confession

After reporting himself to the landowner of the Ardhi group, received a room to rest.

The Purin show will be held the next few days during which time he will try to recognize how the city works.

Purin posters had been raised all the way and what was visible from everyone was the feeling of being excited to see his appearance.

"Ardhi, can we talk together?"

That night at least according to the normal hours outside, Purin had surprisingly summoned Ardhi to a building roof that allowed him to see the entire city, while he was wondering, the figure of Purin in front of him held back his hair that flew to the side.

"Thank you for bringing me here like everyone else, this is my last performance, so I'm going to do my best here."

"Last look, what does that mean?"

"I can't be an idol for some reason, because that's why..."

For Ardhi this was obviously absurd, even though he knew Purin not for so long, he knew how much he liked dance and singing, it was almost impossible to just let go of him.

When he fell into that thought, a light enveloped Purin's body and as he realized his figure was like never before.

There was a pair of ears on his head as well as a tail that moved left to right following the movement he was doing in short it was part of a fox. That pink hair color had turned blonde as well.

"Purin, are you.. a demi-human?"

"True, at least I want someone to know this truth, a truth that I've been hiding for a long time."

His appearance, voice, mannerisms, it was almost impossible to call him Purin usually.

"Don't tell me that the bandits who kidnapped you know all this."

"True, not only did he also already know that I am the heir to the throne of the kingdom of Arvensia, if this continues I may be arrested and will eventually make my kingdom suffer a great loss."

Ardhi was indeed quite surprised but not until he lost his mind did the conflict of the three kingdoms he often heard in adventurer guilds flash across his mind.

Obviously if the Purines were sold to the Elves, the demi-humans would submit to them.

"I don't think this is getting any further away."

"After knowing this, please forget what I just said."

Ardhi raised both his hands while shaking his head.

"Because it has come this far, where might I pretend not to know."

He pointed towards Purin before continuing.

"I'll keep you on stage and solve your royal problems."

Purin widened his eyes due to his shock, he intended to part with Ardhi's group when he finished performing here but nevertheless, everything he wanted had been twisted just like that with the selfishness shown by Ardhi.

"Why do you want to go that far, we're not really close?"

"It's true, but that doesn't mean we're strangers to each other."

"But."

"Obviously Purin's lively and cheerful face is something that everyone has always seen."

Purin could say nothing more as Ardhi continued.

"But what I'm seeing now, you're really suffering a lot. I definitely can't just let it go."

When Ardhi said that, Purin only realized that he had been crying since the beginning.
