Episode 2; The Good-Natured Fool

“It's done right Len?” tanya Tami, a journalism teammate. That afternoon they were all busy rechecking all the posts and layouts of the school newsletter before going to print.

“Already..” Lena rubbed the sweat on her neck and smiled at all her comrades. Lena glanced at the wall clock that already showed five o'clock. This work was finally finished as well.

Lena tidied up all her stuff and rushed home. He still has to shop for the kitchen for his dinner. He said goodbye and ran away from the journalistic room.

“Hopefully it is not too late.” Lena prayer throughout her journey.

Arriving home, Lena found no one. Sepi, it is commonplace considering Lena only lives with her father. He turned on all the lights and started his activities in the kitchen after changing his clothes. Preparing dinner for himself and his father.

“Dad? Why not go home?” lena asked as the clock in her living room showed

“Daddy must overtime Nak..” the answer of the Father is only responded to with a sigh of resignation from Lena.

“Again?”

“You eat first and rest, dear.”.

“Do not forget to eat Well and carefully return home..” Lena ended her phone call. He then moved to the dining room and tried to enjoy his dinner. When was the last time he ate with his family? I don't know... Lena was too afraid to be disappointed if she knew the answer.

“Len?” Kenny touches Lena's sleeping arm while reading the second chapter of Kenny's manuscript.

“I'm sorry, Brother.” Lena quickly apologized and refocused on the script.

“Lo okay?” ask Kenny worried.

“Yes I'm fine. Just a little sleep deprivation.” Lena drives away her drowsiness. He was also astonished at himself. Lately, he has been feeling tired and has fallen asleep in class. Unnatural thing for Lena.

“We continue tomorrow only how?” kenny's suggestion, “lo can take this manuscript and read it when free, I can still read his softfile..”.

“Truly Brother?”

“Iya, we'll see you tomorrow huh?”

Lena replied with a steady nod. He can concentrate more if reading the script itself than in the library which is precisely rame after returning to school like this. Lena tidied up her stationery and kept the script carefully.

“Live home?” ask Kenny who is walking on the side.

“No, I still teach bimbel lessons on Jl. Heroes..” Lena looked at the clock, there was still plenty of time before her class started.

“Lo lined up too?” Kenny is surprised by Lena's work.

“Iya... make extra pocket” money, Lena smiled because she accidentally lied. It was for the money his school needs. He did not want to burden his father again so he decided to find a side job.

“Elo crazy..”

“Maybe?” Lena thought if she didn't do it it would be crazier. He hated his solitude at home so much that he decided to spend as much time outside as possible.

“Gue anterin lo, want?” bargain Kenny.

“Totally?” Lena smiled happily. He will have more time to write his story while waiting for his time to work.

“Of course, lets go!”

“Len, lo dating Mas Kenny?” asked Chery after trying hard to hold back her curiosity. Their togetherness ama–lama became a byword at his school. Many are heartbroken, many are envious or even jealous. This rumor made Chery worried about her best friend.

“Heh! Where's the rumor from? I just help Mas Kenny make a correction of some of his writing really..” Lena was surprised by the news.

“The news has spread yes Len, elo less sensitive anyway.”.

“Seriously? There's nothing between me and Mas Kenny, we won.”  Lena finally realizes that their closeness can make others misunderstand.

“There is nothing is also okay, right from temen to demen..”.

“Hush what the hell..” Lena and Chery were taken jokingly through the field to the cafeteria. Suddenly the scorching sunlight that stung Jakarta was blocked by hundreds of papers that floated from the roof of the school. Lena stopped and looked up, blocking the blinding light with her hands. What's the matter? Lena picked up the piece of paper that fell closest to her feet and was stunned.

“I.i.ini..” Lena stuttered while looking around, she then took the falling papers one by one. All the students who happened to see the phenomenon of paper rain were curious and in groups to know what was going on.

Seeing Lena's panicked behavior made Chery crouch down and pick up the papers scattered in the field. He did not understand but seeing Lena's panicked attitude, his instinct told him that the papers were important to Lena.

“Why can it be like this?” ask Kenny pias.

“I...aku...” Lena does not want to defend herself. Nothing changes just because he makes excuses. The truth before him speaks. Lena knows for the writer, the script is everything. It's appropriate that Kenny is angry if the script falls apart like this.

“When I trust you, why can it be so careless like this? I'm really disappointed!” Kenny puts his frustration on Lena. The girl lowered her head without intending to stop her efforts to collect the remaining papers.He did not want to blame anyone, especially the misunderstanding that befell him at this time

Renov sighed at the sight before him. He was really annoyed at two things. First, he had just finished helping Mr. Revelation sweep the school grounds. The school guard was still sick and Renov helped him because he did not have any work at home. Second, he was really upset to see the children in his school just looking at Renatta without any intention of helping him. Why is everyone in this school so selfish?

Renov really doesn't want to interfere. Everything that flew from the roof of the school was paper. The paper that looked so important that Renatta hurriedly collected it. Renov turned his body around, as soon as possible get out of there. He also did not want to be involved with Renatta. The girl's aura looked so cloudy ever since she met him.

“Lo see his face earlier?” renov overhears something that catches his attention as he returns a broom in the warehouse.

“Truly looks so stupid! What's-her-name? Renatta?” Renov grew curious as he heard Renatta's name called. It must have been something to do with them.

“Iya! Let me know how he feels! Who told the deck-decker Kenny. She doesn't know that Kenny is your boyfriend? As for him being popular, he could as well call Kenny from lo?” hearing it made Renov understand now. So all that happened to Renatta was them?

BRAAAK!

Renov deliberately took back his broom violently in order to cause a rowdy sound. The women looked surprised. They were about to shut up who stole their talk but stopped when they saw Renov who was in front of them. Why is his classmate here?

“What lo? Want to replace me with yippu?” Renov pointed the tip of his broom towards one of the women in front of him, “if you want to look for a storm, find a parallel opponent dong. Because of all you I have to take another field, damn it!”

“Ki..ki...ta..

“Not to waste, I hear everything!” hissing Renov while swinging his broom against the wall and making them shudder in horror. Renov then dragged his broom back to the field, “fucking!” village slowly.

“Hey!” renov shouted making everything on the field look at the source of the voice, Renov stood up while carrying a broom in his hand.

“What the fuck? I've been working hard since morning! Want to deal with me? If not this clean intention get out there! Damn you!” renov shouted again, making the crowd unravel one by one. No one wants to risk arguing with Renov. Kenny only glanced at Renov at a glance before leaving behind Lena who looked down deeply.

“Elo again...” hiss Renov, “no can ya make your life normal? So you want to exist here?” Renov swept away some of the papers that were strewn across him.

“Don't, Mas..” Lenamengstop Renov's hand, “ah sorry” said Lena while pulling back her hand holding Renov's wrist.

“This time you will not escape, you have to help me design this mess..” Renov only sighed when he saw Lena nod and immediately continued her work. Pick up those papers.

“Mas sorryin me..” Lena approached Renov who had been watching with her eagle eyes. Very scary.

“Len..” Chery pulls Lena's arm. He did not want to prolong this. Seeing the look on Renov's face was already horrifying. Especially if you have to encourage it. Woe.

“Mas.... punished again?” lena asked doubtfully after she left Chery.

“Why? You want to replace me punished?” Renov put down his broom and leaned against the wall of the building, avoiding the heat of the sun.

“Then you think the exact time is like what?” Lena looked at Renov who was looking towards the sky. Lena is unable to answer Renov's questions, nor does she know what the exact time is like, for her time is not always exactly what she wants. The two of them looked at the sky in silence until the last bell of the lesson rang. Lena realized, this is the first time she skipped lessons.

“Gue likes it...” whispered Renov who made Lena look surprised, liked what? His heart thumped, the same thump as when he saw the man's smile for the first time.

“Book, lo...” Renov made clear the meaning of his words when he saw Lena's reddened face, “lo inget right? Lena was stunned, not only because of Renov's tenderness but also because Renov seemed to know that the novel he wrote was an escape from his life story so far.

“Mas..” Lena was about to say something but Renov cut her off.

“Gue is not punished, I am not obliged to come to school. Why am I being punished?” Renov turned around and left Lena who was beginning to realize his stupidity. He realized that Renov was not obliged to go to school. But what is he doing here?

Lena stared at Renov's distant back, leaving Lena's heart that began to shake strangely and making her body bristle. The man touched the edge of Lena's consciousness. The man seemed to be able to read his mind and heart. He was afraid that Renov could see his weakness. Weaknesses Lena must hide. This is not the right time for Lena to feel weak. He must be strong. Right, he can't deal with Renov
