CHAPTER 93. ALREADY KNOW
The car driven by Rama and Kian has now reached the hospital parking lot where Lian is being treated. Kian looked very agitated, he could not wait to meet his twin brother. He hoped that the woman would be fine. He would definitely feel very sad if something critical happened to the woman. How cruel Lian was to destroy her life, but the affection in Kian's heart for her brother would never fade even if only a little.
He quickly removed his seat belt. And without waiting for the husband to open the car door, Kian immediately opened the door and got out of the car. Seeing the wife in a hurry, Rama immediately shouted.

Sometimes Kian turned to look at the man who was holding him by his side. In his heart he grumbled why his path was so slow. When Kian tried to walk a little bit quickly, Rama's hand immediately grabbed the woman's shoulder was strong, giving a signal for Kian to walk slowly. Finally, inevitably, Kian followed what her husband wanted.

Rama knocked on the door of a room and opened it. Lian who was watching television immediately turned her head towards the door. His face looked so happy as he looked at who had already come.
"Mas Rama," muttered Lian with a big smile.
But the big smile immediately turned into a frown when he saw one of Rama's hands hugging Kian's body. Both of his hands immediately grabbed the blanket cloth that covered his feet firmly. He does not like to see Rama look romantic with Kian.
"Kian.." cried Kian. Without being prevented again the woman immediately entered with half a run and hugged her twin brother. Lian returned the embrace of her sister with a smile.
"Lian you finally came too. I miss you so much" said Lian as she let go of her brother's embrace.
Rama was seen smiling at the familiarity of the wife with her twin brother. He was very happy if if the woman who had the same face with his wife was really changed.
The man then walked up to the two women who were in front of him. One of her hands rubbed her head gently.
"Darling, I have to go back to the office. You wait here. Later after work, Mas will pick you up." Rama told Kian. The woman nodded while smiling. Before leaving, Kian kissed the back of Rama's hand, and the man kissed Kian's forehead. A ritual they always do if the husband wants to go out of the house.
Looking at that scene, Lian seemed to smile wryly. Sometimes he turned his face the other way. Not out of shame to see the romantic scene in front of her, but rather she felt annoyed and also angry to see her legitimate husband had to make out with his own biological sister.
After Rama left, now there are two twin girls who meet each other. Sometimes they smile, but not a word comes out of their mouths. He clasped the brother's hand.
"How are you Lian?" ask Kian. He sat next to his brother still on the patient's bed.
"Well," Lian answered briefly.
"Lian what happened to you? How could your face be so scarred like this?" tanya Kian but Lian just kept quiet.
"Is all this done by Vicky?" ask Kian again. Lian nodded slowly.
"So it's true that this was all because of Vicky?" tanya Kian was more convincing.
"Yes. And he also said the reason he did this was because he was angry with you" Lian replied. It's quiet for a moment.
"I'm sorry Lian. I don't know if what I did yesterday made you like this. I was just trying to save all your jewelry that Vicky was going to sell. And I'm sure if he did it without your knowledge, for sure" Kian explained.
"Hmm yes you are right. It's okay," replied Lian bowed.
There was actually a sense of pleasure in Kian's heart when he saw his twin brother seemed calmer than usual. Though usually Lian always seems excited in discussing everything. But not with now.
"Lian," call Kian.
"Is there something you're keeping secret?"
"What do you mean?"
"I don't understand, doesn't Vicky love you so much? He's even willing to do anything for you. But why is it that just because of a trivial matter, he can hurt you to this extent?" ask Kian. Lian was silent for a moment.
"I don't know if this is true or not. Looks like I should ask mom about the truth. But I was confused how to ask Mom, "lian said again.
"Mother? Why ask mom? What's going on?" tanya Kian was getting curious.
"Yesterday Vicky said he was our half-brother."
"meaning?"
Lian told him everything Vicky said to him yesterday. Surprised not to play. He never thought that the father he always loved and respected dared to make such a mistake. He could not believe that the father had a child outside of his marriage to the mother.
"But Vicky could be lying, right?" ask Kian again.
"I don't know. That's why I wanted to ask my mom. But I'm confused how to ask about this if our position is still swapping like this," asked Lian.
"You don't have to worry. I know how we exchange identities" Kian said. Lian speechless.
"Thou? Since when?" ask Lian.
"Since my father died," replied Kian firmly. Lian thought and finally remembered how her mother's attitude had changed slightly after her father's death. At first he never thought it would happen because his mother knew everything. Lian thought it might be because of the effects of feeling like she lost her father. But it turns out this is why.
They both went back to silence. Both focus on their minds.
"Kian," call Lian.
"Yes." Yeah."
"Are you happy living with Mas Rama?" ask Lian. He was a little confused by Lian's sudden question.
"meaning?"
"Are you happy to play Mas Rama's wife? I see you seem to be enjoying the show a lot."
"I don't understand" said Kian. Lian was silent for a moment.
"Kian, I want us to end this identity exchange?"
