BEING THE WIFE OF HIS BROTHER-IN-LAW

BEING THE WIFE OF HIS BROTHER-IN-LAW
CHAPTER 72. MEET INDRA

He kept pulling out all his stomach. His head was very dizzy and Rama immediately asked Samir to send warm sweet tea to his room. After it was finished, Rama took Kian to get to the sofa. He sat his wife there. Simultaneously Samir also entered with a glass of warm sweet tea that Rama immediately gave to Kian.

Seeing the condition of the friend who was so weak with a very pale face actually caused worry in Samir's heart. But he could still refrain from interfering in his superior's family matters unless he was ordered to.

"Are we going to take the lady to the hospital, sir?" ask Samir. Not yet Rama replied, Kian has already preceded.

"No. No. No. Mas, I don't want to go to the hospital. Don't want to," said Kian.

"But baby. You should get a doctor's check-up" Rama said.

"I don't want to. This is common in pregnant people."

"Where do you know that things like this are common for pregnant women?"

"From the internet."

"But we still have to go to the hospital. At least Celia's doctor will definitely give you medicine or vitamins so you don't limp like this."

"I don't want to, Mom. If you want to go to the hospital, go alone. I'll have Samir take me for a walk" Kian said. Rama frowned. While Samir even glared because he was surprised he had to be carried around in their quarrel.

"Why bring Samir with you?" rama is getting angry. As usual whenever the wife mentioned Samir's name and showed his closeness, the man must always be jealous and angry.

Samir who does not want to be trapped between the couple in front of him, prefers to just go out of the room and let this love couple settle their quarrel.

Kian who had just got a clash from the husband, immediately fell silent. His head lowered and the woman began to sob. Sometimes his hands rubbed the tears that had begun to fall. Seeing this, Rama took a deep breath. He walked up to his wife and sat down next to her.

"I'm sorry" said Rama. Still not moving from its original position.

Seeing the wife just silent, Rama immediately pulled the girl's body into his arms. But with all his might he rejected it.

"Remove you" said Kian in between his cries. Rama also obeyed the woman's wishes.

"You don't want me to hug? You don't want to apologize?" ask Rama.

"I want to apologize Mas but on one condition," said Kian.

"OKs. What condition?"

"I'd like to have some ice soup at the end of the street near the city park."

"But that's a long way, baby."

"I don't care. Anyway I want Mas anterin I bought ice soup fruit there. Point."

"But…."

"If you don't want to, yes. I won't apologize to you at any time."

Rama leaned his body roughly on the sofa. The work is still piling up but the wife even whines like this. He wanted to let out his ego and his sharp eyes kill him on the woman next to him like before. But love and also their future children have become a barrier to do so.

"Did all pregnant women always suck like this? Hmm, thankfully love. If not, you are finished, dear" Rama said in his heart. But he still obeyed the wishes of his wife.

That afternoon Indra was riding his big motorbike around the city streets. After several hours of walking around, the man stopped his iron horse right in front of a small stall of ice tea vendors on the side of the road. He ordered a cup of sweet iced tea and drank it there. A chair of plastic became a place to rest while enjoying the sweet and cold drink.

What an unintentional coincidence. Right in front of the iced tea stall was a mini market where Lian was seen just coming out from inside. The people who saw that were very excited.

"Lian!" call Indra. Lian, who was just about to get on the bike, stopped and turned to the source of the sound. His lips smiled when he saw who had greeted him.

"Indra.." said Lian with a smile.

"Hi, how are you?" greet Indra when their position is near.

"good. I'm good."

"Thank God then."

"Oh yes, Ndra. Sorry yesterday I went straight home. Not saying goodbye to you," said Lian who remembered yesterday when she came to the man's house.

"It's okay. Just relax," replied Indra with a smile.

"Oh, are you in a hurry?" ask Indra again.

"Not really. Why the hell?"

"Hmm, actually I was drinking iced tea over there. If you don't mind, can I buy you a drink?"

Lian turned towards the spot pointed by Indra. A small kiosk. To be honest Lian had never eaten or drank at such a small stall. But he also felt bad if he had to reject the man.

"Alright," Lian finally agreed. The man smiled happily, then they walked side by side back to the iced tea stall.

Now a glass of iced tea is already in Lian's hand. He also sat in one of the plastic chairs there. This was his first experience. And Lian still looked awkward.

"Let's drink. It's really good, you know" Indra asked. Lian smiled then slowly the girl began to siphon her cold drink. There was a cool and fresh feeling created in Lian's neck. The cold sensation that instantly dispelled the thirst that had been so excruciating since.

"Where?" ask Indra. Both eyes looked at the woman's face.

"Enak. It's tasty. It's a big deal," Lian replied with a smile.

"What did I really say?"

"Hm. Honestly, Ndra. It's my first experience drinking on the side of the road like this" Lian said. He was already starting to feel comfortable sitting with the man.

"Oh yeah? It's a pity" Indra said with a smile. Lian glares.

"Are you avoiding me?" ask Lian. Now Indra is laughing.

"Yes, I feel sorry for you. Where have you been all this time?"

"It's not like that. I used to think food and drink on the side of the road was bad, a lot of dust, dirty. So I'd rather eat and drink at the restaurant."

"Don't like to judge things just from the outside. Those who sell on the side of the road like this will feel very happy if the trade is bought. Especially until they sell out. They sell to meet their daily needs. They sell for their wives and children. As for the restaurant owner, he is already rich even though we do not come there often. It does not mean giving bad value to restaurants or people who eat there. But it would be nice if we have more sustenance, buy food or drinks sold by small traders. Besides we're full, we help them too."

Lian stared intensely at the man who was now sitting beside her. He felt that something was different from the figure of Indra that he already knew.
